Great workout. Although I didn't participate, I did watch the kids enjoy their time. We might've been one of the first ones to try out their new location with several rooms. They just moved in and was a little hard to find, but the concept is pretty cool. I was worried about the glass with my younger one and they accommodated by replacing with other options.

We came here with three teenagers. For 15 minutes we got glass bottles and a flat screen tv. There were three tools to use. We paid $115ish. They had us complete waivers. Then we were given face protection and gloves. The kids took a before picture and an after picture. I think I would have liked to have seen a few more items for them. They have a gamer station with a few Nintendos and some other games. They also had a few board games as well. My only complaint is the scent. It was a little strong for us with allergies.

This place is just ok for me. I honestly think it's a bit over priced. For 4 people I paid $170, for 30min of destruction. The staff were friendly and amazing, but due to the cost, I'm not sure we will be back. Kids did have a blast though. I also expected it to be bigger.

Workers were absolutely polite, professional, and compassionate about their job. Not once have i ever felt uncomfortable, discriminated, or out of place in this business--they have all showed care about everything that was going on. Even though i got a cut on my finger, they were quick to whip out their first aid kit and help sanitize the wound before helping me out with a band-aid. I will definitely come back here! The items they provided me for my package were perfect--not too big and not too small--as well as them having good crowbars and mallets to destroy them with. In the lobby, there are games for you or your friends to play while you or they are in the destroy room, which i like very much as you dont have to sit around and wait for however minutes you bought. Their merch is simple yet unique with the material being a good one. At their display case, they also sell crystals!! Outside the destroy rooms, the place is neat and clean. Inside the destroy rooms looks so badass. Let your anger, pain, and stress out at this place! Definitely worth it :)

I came here with my best friend for a bro-date. He had a relic of a coupon for him "+1". It was so old that it still had furniture as an option to destroy! Well... it didn't really work. I still had to pay full price for my time to destroy things. We had a number of objects from old computer monitors, old speakers, a boombox, beer bottles (which easily bounce), glass plates and a couple of someone's grandma's tea sets. We had the option to take a 30-40" TV in for a price and would get 1/2 off if we could fold it like a taco. We passed on that. While you wait to head inside, you'll have to fill out your waiver. There's a plethora of old-school video games available to pass the time while you wait for your room to open. Some of these games cost money but the old systems like the Nintendo kept us busy Back to the room and smashing things! To start, you have to suit up and protect your goods while in the room. This included a helmet with face shield, and gloves. I wish the gloves were thicker because my hands were bruised from crushing all of the items we had available. Depending on the package you buy, it gives you different items and a time limit to destroy everything in reach, other than the room itself and your best friend. Sweet bonus, they even included a portable speaker to blast your favorite tunes on while you make big things into smaller things. We had a great time in the room. Mostly trying not to smack each other accidentally by a bouncing beer bottle. Or, an off swing from the crowbar. We had a sledge hammer available but it wore us down crushing things on the tires. The tires are there not to inflict damage on the room/floor itself. I'd go back to blow off steam anytime. I felt like the amount of things available to break and the time was enough to keep busy. I just wish the gloves were a bit thicker and there were more weapons like maybe a baseball bat or frying pan.

This place is awesome!! We went here as a mom and daughter date!. I've been wanting to do this and visit this place but due to the covid they're been close! Now I'm so glad they're finally open!! We did the reservations thru their website! (Easy and self explanatory) The owner is actually nice and he actually go extra miles (awesome customer relationship and service) So we got the basic one (10mins) At first I thought 10mins is not enough but surprisingly it's really good/just enough time for us to really enjoy it! We will definitely gonna go back here and do it again! It's a fun date for all types and time! A really good releases of all negativity feelings (specially right now due covid) Highly recommended place

We enjoyed it so much and will do it again. This was great for two grieving widows. I recommend to anyone grieving or need to relieve stress or anger.

This place is AWESOME! We brought the stress and they cleaned the mess is an understatement. My friends and I literally DESTROYED so much stuff, but let me tell you, I walked away feeling so much better. Incredibly military, and emergency services friendly. The owner is congenial, polite, and not pushy. I can't wait for them to eventually bring back destroying a car :). I definitely recommend! When I first say 25 minutes I was like "that's it?" But let me tell you, it's a workout in there! Drink lots of water! I'm definitely doing this again :). They also have another destroy room where you destroy colored glass and then can make a mosaic. So you being the negative inside of you and out of it you can build a positive and something beautiful.

I enjoyed my time here. The rules were simple and leaving the mess we made was even easier lol! I will be back, I felt the rage leave my body as I was smashing, bashing, and throwing items, great feeling and got to listen to my music. The owners were super nice and helpful.

My sister and I took my mom here for her birthday last week to try something a little different and it was AWESOME!! You start off with a plate where you write down something that is frustrating you and that's the first item you break in the destruction room! You get tons of glass items and appliances you can throw or use a bat and sledge hammer to break! You can pick your own music! You can all go in the same room together if you want too! I love that they recycle all broken items for art mosaic classes and for energy purposes! Highly recommend this place! Birthdays, date nights, guys nights, bachelor parties....so fun!!!

This is an interesting area. You better stay on the designated area as they repeated to us so many…read moretime. It is small with some great information on the history of the Colonist first stop. It is well maintained and I love the walk way up to the beach/Overlook. You absolutely cannot go on the beach. That is restricted area but the overlook is super nice to look out on to the water. I can just imagine the first time the colonist showing up. We always go over to this after we go look at the really cool lighthouse. That is the star of the show for me.

This is a charming site to visit right on Joint Base Fort Story…read more Visitors can access the area using Gate 8 off of Rt 60/ Shore Drive. Those with CAC or valid DoD issued ID can proceed to drive straight. Don't do what we did initially! We didn't know so we initially parked where all the civilian visitors go. The nice MA3 let us know that we can just drive onto base and proceed with our own car. Thank goodness for her! Civilians with non-DoD ID should peruse the visitor parking behind the gate guard booths. They have shuttles that bus in and out civilians parked at the visitor parking to the site back and forth. We skipped visiting any of the lighthouses because of having dogs and temperature being too hot to leave them in the car. There were also bees and wasps everywhere. I couldn't stay for too long due to bee allergies but felt thankful my car was parked close. Otherwise the sites were kept beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The area near the sites have MWR recreational facilities as well as NEX mini mart and gas station as well. I particularly liked the view from the small lookout spot and the rose bushes that got my grumpy beagle smiling. The St Theresa's chapel looked lovely from the outside although inaccessible for anyone to take a peek inside. The lookout spot is also accessible for those with mobility differences. The ramp is made of flat wooden slats at a gentle curve. It only has 1 corner to turn, and the top has benches to sit on and a nice breeze to enjoy. It may be wise to skip on days right after rain as I can definitely imagine the area becoming very slippery and wet. Most of the other sites has grass paths and some concrete slabs. If you are clumsy like me, watch your steps! Although dogs can walk around with you, the asphalt pavement has glass shards and other plant fragments that cause get lodged into the paw. Just something to keep in mind. One of mine had to be carried after visiting the chapel because a small splinter got stuck. He's very dramatic too when such a thing happens. He limped and hobbled and made the most blood curdling shrieks when picked up to see what happened!! As I mentioned earlier on, there were several bees and wasps everywhere. It's definitely a must to bring the epinephrine shots just in case or leave as needed. Although we most likely won't be returning again for sightseeing, I still enjoyed the gorgeous ocean view, other statues and historical explainer panels. I hope everyone else visiting the area feels the same as well.
