It seems like the perfect place to maybe read, or even get some work done while your little one plays. There are several couches to sit at inside the play area and several tables on the other side by the coffee bar where you can bring a laptop or sit to enjoy a coffee or snack from their kitchen. They have an online ordering option where there are QR codes on each table. Make sure to bring comfy and grippy socks for little and maybe even yourself. The kind of play that really helps little brains grow. Environment was noticeably cleaner and better cared for then many indoor play parks. They limit how many children can attend each session, reservation required. You only pay for the child. 2 adults per child can attend and "play" for free. Cons: There is no food or drinks allowed in (at least during open play). I listed this as a con only because having a corner where a 2 year old could have a quick snack could help ward off grouchiness so just plan the playtime accordingly. I do appreciate that no food or drink keeps toys and areas much cleaner and less sticky. Only other con is... It was warm in there. Not sure if that's the norm or if the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat the kids were generating in there. It was only 69 degrees outside but probably 75 inside. Layers are your friend here. We did open play on Saturday morning. And will probably plan our subsequent trips for weekday mornings when possible because it was more comfortable in there as the crowd thinned out.

What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly.
