At Woodstock, I haven't seen anyone picking up garbage or any rangers. They have a skate park that is pretty big and has a beautiful design. A full design tennis court. I think it's also cool how they teach you how storm water works. I used to be a water treatment operator, so it intrigued me. Kids usually leave things on the table or at the park. The first time, I found a kids purse and wanted to turn it in, but no one was available. The second time I saw another girl's purse and a Sonic The Hedgehog backpack. I had asked around if it was their kids. I guess this park is so trusting that they will leave things anywhere. That's a bonus.

I believe this place was recently renovated several years ago and it looks amazing! This place is perfectly located in the Fairfield area and has quite a few amenities including a skate park (I've seen people on rollerblades, scooters, and skateboards!), fairly large playground with multiple slides and swings, outdoor grill / party area, two pickleball courts, a tennis court and dog park as well. I've been several times this summer and it's always been clean and organized. I just wished that the "front" parking area had more spaces to park but there are plenty of spaces in the back, it's just a further walk to the park itself. The playground is updated and fun for all ages, especially toddlers and young kids. There's plenty of space to run around and play and never feels crowded here. Highly recommend this playground if you're looking for a new spot to check out !

This park is great for adults, kids and dogs. The views are of a crystal clear lake NO swimming and NO boating. Plenty of trees. Great for bird watching. They have a nice size children's playground. Covered picnic tables throughout the park. a few fitness stations on the 1 1/2 mile hike. VERY easy loop hike. Starts out with a cement trail and turns into fine gravel trail around the lake. Lots of people running, kids playing and dogs walking. My favorite thing I found a bench dedicated to their sweet dog Savanna. And they offer doggy poop bags. Encouraging a nice clean park. There are two covered shelters with picnic tables and plenty of trash cans throughout the park. There are bathrooms as well but I've never been inside. There is a children's play area/climbing structure and I often see families playing there. There are about 30 parking spots but plan accordingly because this park is located near Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater so this area gets backed up when there is a concert/event. Only taking off a star in my review due to stories I've heard from family/friends who say that there are stalker/creeps occasionally here. When the police have been called for an assault attack a few years ago they said that these complaints happened fairly often... not sure how it is now in 2022 so definitely stay aware and have some sort of protection on you and bring a buddy if possible!
