Majorly disappointed in Pony Party Time!!!! They had free pony rides at the Drive-In's customer appreciation night on April 25th, 2013. We waited in line, and my four year old daughter Olivia was next (wearing her pink cowgirl hat - because she is such a pony lover), the handler had me hold her hat and had the helmet on her, and was just about to lift her on to ride, and the other lady says INCREDIBLY RUDELY with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE "No!! We're done! That's it!!" And proceeds to take off with the other two ponies. The handler takes the helmet off Olivia and says to me, "Sorry, but take one of our cards and have us at her birthday party..." (Like I would hire them after they left my kid CRYING because she couldn't let one more kid that was already set to ride go once around!!). I asked if I could at least get a picture of Olivia with the pony, and she says yeah if I make it quick. Which was useless anyway because Olivia was on the verge of tears. Way to break a four year old's heart!! And I just want to say, I own a party entertainment company, McKenna Artistry. I cannot tell you how many times I have stayed late unpaid because I refuse to let any kid go home crying because they couldn't get their face painted. Our job is to make kids happy and to be polite and courteous to the parents. Even if you cannot stay late, then you need to learn how to cut the line POLITELY by saying, "I'm sorry, but after this child we cannot take anymore," or something similar. You don't let a kid get so close to being on and then angrily yell that you're done and take off without an apology or anything. This company seriously needs to teach their employees about CUSTOMER SERVICE and the rude blonde lady who was in charge at this event needs to not be such a heartless angry woman. If you cannot have some compassion for children, then perhaps you are in the WRONG BUSINESS! I have recommended Pony Party Time to many clients in the past - you can bet I will NOT do so in the future!!!!! Two thumbs down! Absolutely deplorable and shameful! UPDATE: Pony Party Time is now accusing me of blackmailing them and saying that I wanted them to work my daughter's birthday party for free. After the way we were treated at this event, trust me, I would NEVER want them at ANY of my children's birthdays. The reason Yelp has not removed my review is because there is no "blackmail" and no "proof" of whatever lie they are coming up with. When you give BAD SERVICE and MAKE A LITTLE GIRL CRY you should APOLOGIZE to your customer! Not make up lies and false allegations! read more

I was at Lorenzi park where Easter Seals was having their annual Easter celebration. Pony Party time had two small cages/pens for the animals. One pen was a petting zoo with goats, bunnies, and chickens. In this pen was a man that was the handler and the one letting children in the pen. He did not act like he cared to be there and was not interactive with the children as he let them in the pen. A little child was scared as she entered the pen and he could care less. As this child stood there a bunny was scurrying in the pen and as it came close to a goat, the goat became agitated with the bunny in his territory and nudged the bunny out of his way. The handler kicked the bunny with his boot, then hit the goat in the head with his hand, grabbed the goat, smacked the goat a few times on the nose, yelled at the goat, then shoved the goat away. The child witnessing this became even more frightened and stood there in shock the rest of her time in the pen. The second pen, which was smaller the other pen, had a couple lamas and a donkey. The donkey was very agitated and was pacing rigorously in the cage, not one of the handlers cared to calm him. To make it worse the handlers put a horse in this pen (even with the irritated donkey) making no room in the very cramped pen for the animals to move in. They were crammed into this pen for at least 3 hours (I had left, so I don't know how much longer they were cramped for). I am disgusted that animals were allowed to be treated this way, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use a service that treats them in this way. read more

Hello, This is George N. from Frisco Texas. Back in February 2011, we had "Sparkles" for my granddaughter, Madeline's 1st Birthday party. It was in Las Vegas and she and the rest of our guest had a wonderful time. After showing her the pictures of her riding Sparkle at her 1st Birthday (see attached), she wanted Sparkle again for her 3rd birthday party. My daughter called me and asked if I still had your information and to my surprise, I still had your business card, so I gave her your information. My daughter said that she did get in contact with y'all and it's a go for a pony...just don't know which one. I hope that my granddaughter can get "Sparkles" again. All-in-all, it's so nice that a Pony such as Sparkle can bring back great memories to such a very young child. I have had Pony Party Time do multiple occasions within the last 5 years. They have happily complied to all requests and are always on time. The staff has always been great with the kids and handling the animals. They are very organized and prompt with the petting zoo set up and it's very obvious they love and take care of their animals. We have had pony rides as well as petting zoos. They are very generous with their time and friendly. Both of my kids have had dream come true parties with the help of Pony Party Time. For what all is involved for setting up and bringing the animals to location you cannot beat the price. They also do a fabulous job of cleaning up during and after the party. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them. Out of all the numerous times we have hired them I cannot find one thing I would change. Love this company! We hired Pony Party Time for my daughter's 5th bday party last weekend. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Supervisor & Staff arrived about 45 minutes early for set up and by the time the party started, everything was ready to go. We had a riding pony and the small petting zoo, which had goats, rabbits, chickens, a donkey and another pony. We have been to a lot of petting zoos with our 2 kids and the goats are always very intimidating, jumping all over everyone and biting at clothes. These goats were very docile and sweet and never once jumped on any of our party guests. The pony was great and with 13 kids at the party, everyone had plenty of time to ride in the hour the pony was here. Cleanup was done by the staff and looked great. I have used Pony Party Time Services to rent a petting zoo for my sons birthday party. I have two sons one was turning 12 the other was turning one. It was mainly for the one year old but it was a hit amongst the whole neighborhood! They brought out all kinds of animals they had bunnies, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas, oh my! Children, parents, even police officers of all ages were crowding around to get pictures of the animals! It was an amazing experience I still get compliments seven days after the party! They entertain the kids wonderfully they utilized the space amazingly their time management was perfect! They were professional and honest. I have nothing but positive things to say about Pony Party Time and I will be using their services again in the future Because they are awesome! I would give 10 stars if I could. read more

We did a cowgirl themed party for my daughters 3 yr party and did the pony rides and the petting zoo. My daughter still talks about it everytime she sees one of the animals from her party! Aslo Tami the woman who runs it all is amazing, she made my kids so comfortable that my daughter hopped right on, my son was a little weary but as soon as she got him on glitter (the pony) his eyes lit up and he cracked the biggest smile! Tami made everyone feel special but never forgot about the birthday girl, and made sure she was happy. Also I would like to point out all farm animals are dirty that comes with being an outside animal but hers were very well taken care of and for the most part very clean! I have used Tami and her ponies for 2 of my kids birthday parties one with the petting zoo, and my sister used them for her sons "Toy story" themed birthday. They have always been on time, very friendly to the parents and all the children, always asking the kids questions, or helping a kid who may be nervous about the ponies. The petting zoo animals were a huge hit! when the kids weren't riding the ponies, they were playing with the animals. Very professional team! Adorable and very sweet little ponies, decorated each time to the theme of the party, with bows and beautiful braids! I know I'll use them again, and have recommended out quite a few times! This is one of the best companies that i have ever had the pleasure of volunteering for. Tami is a wonderful mentor and is one of the wisest people i know. Ive worked with both her and the animals for about two years and it has helped me grow so much as a person. The animals are very kind and always put a smile on my face when i see them. Tami has also been known to help rehabilitate animals that have come from an abusive or neglective past and let people enjoy their company at their parties. We booked them for my daughter's birthday party and they were FANTASTIC! They showed up 1hr early so I could get them through the gate at Nellis AFB and allow plenty of setup time. They were great with the kids. We booked the petting Zoo and pony ride for 1hr. They were nice enough to stay a few minutes extra to allow the last 2 kids to ride the pony. They also did a great job with cleanup. I highly encourage anyone thinking about a petting Zoo/pony rides to utilize this company! read more

I just recently rented two ponies and bunnies for my daughters 6th and my other daughters 3rd Bday party and with so many kids and adults around Tami and her helper were over the top with helping make everything run smoothly and professionally. The ponies came decorated better than expected and the bunnies are just as adorable as can be. Very professional and GREAT with kids!
