Called to speak with the old owner David and was advised all he can do is apologize and bring her back tomorrow to see what could be done. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable. Body clean but face dirty and stinks. If you are going here I would suggest you watch who is cutting your furbaby or ask for credentials because clearly this person has no skilled training and I am stuck with paying for full groom only to receive 1/2 the service. I decided to hit this place up after my dogs vet appt. My dog instantly loved this place! So many cute things! He picked out a toy, and treats. I got toys and treats for my cat, and bought some homemade cookies for my dog. They had all sorts of unique things for pets. It was like a pet's a dream place to go pick out treats and toys.
