Let's start off with the address on the yelp doesn't match the address on Google. I'm hoping I'm on…read morethe right Yelp page came across this at the Bourbon, BBQ, bacon , & chocolate showcase. best thing about the whole event. Premier Events had events had casino game tables set up in the VIP section of this event. They had grabs, roulette, and my favorite blackjack! which is where I spent most of my day. What a phenomenal idea. The best part is you're not spending your own money which makes it even better. Our dealer ( dang forgot his name) was very friendly, fun and personable very engaging. This would make a great idea for a birthday party a fundraising event, New Years Party, even a family reunion. What a fun night you could have with this I wish I knew more people so I could host an event and hire them. If you decide to hire them or if they end up having a fundraising event that you hear of, please come back and let me know because I would love to attend another event where they have casino tables. This would've been perfect to have some sort of giveaways for the person with the most chips at the end of the night like a little gift bag , a free casino table for an hour, or some sort of Premier Event Coupon or some sort of door prize from your vendor would've been perfect just to make it fun and interesting . So if you're ever looking or planning on hosting an event I would highly recommend you contact Premier Events I'm positive. They could help you with an event and it will be very memorable. I had so much fun that if you're looking for a blackjack dealer for an event and that's something I can do on the side. I would definitely consider doing this. That's how much fun I had. Don't forget notify me if you have a public event I would love to attend.

This is a rather mixed review of the new Bistro at Victorian Station. It had been a very long time…read moresince I had eaten at the former Victorian Station Tea Room, and the Bistro has replaced whatever replaced the tea room. We went for lunch on Tuesday and the place was closed. No hours posted. We tried again on Thursday and voila! it was open. All the tables now are downstairs in the former Ute's gift shop. It is very eclectic in that room with mismatched everything. Upstairs where we used to dine has sofas and coffee tables. I gotta say, the place seems musty and the vibe took me back to some places I'd rather forget about from the early 70's. Parking is scant, kind of a "it's ok to park on the grass" kind of place. I was dining with 2 friends and one would give the place 3 and one a 4. My friend who would give it a 4 said the water was the best water he ever tasted. So there you go. There was one long table reserved but we were the only guests. Before we left 2 more tables had guests. The waitress was very sweet. She handed us paper menus and on the back was a coupon saying free iced tea with lunch purchase, so when she took our drink order I said I would have the special on the back - the iced tea. "Oh no," she told me. "That is a coupon for a flyer they had passed out previously and they just used the flyers to print the menus to save paper." For crying out loud. You give me a menu with a large coupon stating I get a free iced tea, and tell me it doesn't apply. I'm sorry but right there, the iced tea that would have probably cost you five cents to honor, should have been provided. How am I supposed to know the info on the menu isn't valid? So I ordered the afore mentioned water. I believe we all ordered the chicken salad. It was OK. I wouldn't get it again but the menu is still 'under development.' I was told.I asked if the potato salad was made with mayo or mustard, and she told me mayo with a teensy bit of mustard. I ordered it and out came a very yellow mustard filled potato salad that I did not like at all. It was like the kind you get from Food Lion in a big tub and bring to a pot luck when you are too busy to make anything, even though I'm sure it was made fresh. My friend liked it and the other one got potato chips - def NOT homemade. They have live music at some times I guess, and my friend who is an aficionado of live music said he would come back there. He probably won't though. I think he just liked the place better than I did. I can't imagine the sound in there if a band was performing because the tables are right up to the performing space. Since we visited we added it to our list of places for lunch, but the two times I have suggested it I've received a resounding, "No!." So when I will be able to give it another try I don't know. Hopefully before it changes hands again.

My first time here. Great local restaurant with a unique atmosphere. Friendly staff and live music…read more I am under the impression that the menu changes. I just with they offered at least one healthy meat like grilled chicken or fish. They do offer salad and veggies though. The food was tasty though!

An Affair To Remember By Sazi

An Affair To Remember By Sazi

Sazi is a very nice person but should NOT be in event planning. Allow me to explain…read more Initially we hired her as our partial wedding coordinator (because we had already done a lot of planning prior to meeting her) and our ceremony decorator. During the first 5-6 months, we continued planning. After awhile we noticed that although we had been paying Sazi regularly, she had not participated in the planning at all. And it was hard to reach her. It took her a long time to respond to phone calls and emails. When we set up face to face meetings, she was usually late or had unusual excuses of why she could not show up. This scared us to death!! How can we trust her with something as precious as our wedding date when she was been this negligent with our other needs? This is why we decided to end the planning part of her job. She agreed and we were able to move forward. But we still needed the decorations that we had spent hours discussing with her. It took her forever to draw up a new contract. And because she is not a timely person, we didn't trust her to deliver the decorations the day of the wedding. And thank God we didn't. The day we went to go pick up the supplies we found out that the company she worked for Event Central had fired her. And she did not have all of the decorations that were listed on our invoice. It is only by the grace of God and a lot of work on my mom and my mother-in-laws behalf that this wedding was not a complete disaster. Overall Sazi is nice, but because she is disorganized, unprofessional, has poor communication skills and is not forthcoming with valuable information she is in the wrong line of work.

Ms. Brooks had several months to have flowers ready for the wedding; however, did not provide flowers on the wedding day and caused an extensive delay to the start of the wedding. She overbooks, is hard to get in touch with, and unprofessional. She severely lacks attention to detail, which would be expected in her line of work. I highly suggest you look elsewhere and avoid Event Central, where she currently rents space. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Search online and look at other reviews.
