I cannot express enough how impressed I am with Game On. From the very beginning, they've answered all questions with patience, and everything I needed was done through texting. I had a birthday party for my son here on a Sunday afternoon. You basically pay for how many people you will be serving pizza to. It comes already very nicely decorated so you do not need to. The kids come in and immediately start playing whatever they want (xbox, playstation, pc, etc). The pizza is from the restaurant next door which was delicious! The party hosts and manager did a wonderful job assisting the kids and Will did a great job keeping the party organized. The kids were saying how they had the best time ever! A+ in my books! This is a pretty popular place for young adults, which makes since in these days. My kids 12 and 8 enjoy games, so I thought this would be something cool for them to try out instead of always playing at home. Service: i attempt to come on a Saturday one day, and way too crowded but I was greeted with kindness. I brought the kids back on a Monday instead and meet the owner who was nice as well. Not much assistance with game difficulties. Atmosphere: The prices run in hourly blocks. I paid $6 for one hour, each child. They got all the games in Xbox, PlayStation, PCs and more. It's really teenagers to young adults are frequently here, so you get all the things associated with it (i.e. foul language, no sense of awareness, etc). This was a Monday. Can't imagine a Friday. Birthday parties:. They have 8 and 16 person packages arranging from $300- $400 dollars. The kids need to be independent and know how to play without help or don't waste your time. Overall: Great customer service but just need but wouldn't recommend for children under 12 and definitely not for those who can't play and need help. My 11yr old son is a total GAMER! HE LOVED THIS PARTY!!! I hired the bus for 2hrs and it was parked right outside my home!!! The 16 kids were all smiles from the time the bus pulled up until it was time to let it go. THE BEST PART AND REASON FOR MY 5 STARS: THE STAFF!! Deidre Thompson (owner) was my 1st contact and she told me everything up front and quoted all costs, down to the last penny! She sent me invitations as soon as I placed a deposit and she assured me her staff would be there early to set up....and they were! The Two staff members ( I forgot their names) were very pleasant and professional! Two hours was a perfect amount of time for the kids!!! My son is the talk of the neighborhood and a very happy kid.
