It's all a scam. Don't register your bear it costs $10 for a crap piece of paper. Do they tell you the cost before they send you over, nope.

Great store in a gorgeous outdoor mall. The staff is very friendly. Prices as usual. Large inventory to choose from.

It wasn't busy, I picked what I wanted for my birthday, the numbers made it super easy to make my teddy. Super friendly staff.

Wow this was a really cool place!…read more I brought my 2 year old and 10 month old and they had a blast. First things first was the pricing, when I looked online it said it was $10 for adults if they wanted to join the fun, and free to watch. And $6 for two and under. However, when I went to go pay it was only $12 for the three of us. So I don't really understand what I paid for, but was happy with the result. There is a crawling baby section, 3 and under section, and then of course the huge playground. The crawling baby section was honestly quite disappointing. Of course, babies of that age don't need much, but the area was so full of blocks that no one can even walk in it, let alone letting a baby crawl in it. The 3 and under section was more than appropriate for me little guy though, so I put him in there. There large playground is awesome. This was the first time I let me two year old truly go and adventure on his own. I was a little nervous and kept checking up on him, but don't think he has ever had so much fun in his whole life. What was really nice is that much of the playground is built in such a way that as an adult, I didn't have much trouble navigating it when going up myself. Aside from the crawling baby section though, the other reason I only give 4 stars is that I wish there were only exits from the playground on the same side. You can actually get up to it from all directions and there are two exit doors towards the back of the playground. They appear to be alarmed, but honestly, there really isn't anything stopping someone from standing in the back, waiting for a kid, and running. I know this is a worst case scenario and likely never happened, but the possibility did make me a little uncomfortable. That said, I highly recommend taking your kids here. The price is well worth it and they will have the time of their lives

We're from California and don't have places like this available really, so being able to go is a lot of fun when we visit other states. There is a huge variety of activities from slides to climbing to shooting balls up trampolines. Truly so much available!

We used the space for the first time for a group of 10 adults for a ceramics painting activity. The ceramics were to be glazed and baked after we left. We were directed to put our initials on the bottom of the piece, then as we checked out the initials were entered into the computer and attached to a list of our pieces. It seems as if the business is good at making sure the correct pieces stay with the person they're supposed to. At the beginning of the process an employee directed us on the process, which was relaxed and fun. After a description of the different kinds of paints, the time is open free time to paint as you'd like. The employees are available for questions if needed. For 10 adults the activity ended up being $288.77, so an average of just under $30 apiece. That price will be marginally different for all groups depending on the pieces they pick to passing. Definitely worth a fun, different activity and cute little space. I'd do it again.

We visited at opening on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded at all. We saw so many cool exhibits, a leopard, a dwarf cuttlefish, flash light fish, many types of sea horses, birds, a sloth, an octopus, an otter, and so much more. It was clean and easy to walk around. I liked how many of the exhibits were lower so my 2 year old could see them on his own. They had cool indoor and outdoor spaces, a big slide, an awesome indoor playground that costs $3 extra per kid, a free small outdoor playground, tables inside and outside, a giant ship for kids to play in, and educational programs throughout the day. It was a really great visit.

I particularly enjoyed the penguin exhibit, which included a soap opera about all of the different penguin relationships as well as great views of nesting penguins. The colorful aquariums were also beautiful, and would probably have been more relaxing if the room hadn't been full of camp groups at the time. Overall a great option for some indoor time in Utah if the outdoors get too hot!

They have educational science shows for kids, generally in the 5-10 year old range. I went to a friends how for their 9 year olds bday party, and it was so much fun. The instructor had all kinda of gadgets and activities for the kids... Was a big hit. So Much better than a clown, and educational too. I certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a different party for their kids.

We had looked up "Mad Scientist" parties on Youtube and were amazed at the fun things that were demonstrated. We had requested the "Air Blaster" party and was sure that it would be an amazing and fun party. Our "Mad Scientist" party wasn't what I expected! It all started out with our "Scientist" showing up 1/2 hour late. He stated that he had gotten lost. You cannot use the "I got lost" excuse in this day and age of google maps, GPS, and YAHOO. When he finally got started he spent 15 minutes telling all the "SAFTY" precautions of what he needed us to do. That was completely fine, except we were running out of time and the children were getting restless! One child finally piped up and said "WHEN are you going to do something!?!?!?!" Which got the ball rolling on the "Mad Scientist" party, or so we thought. We got a total of 4 experiments: Egg in a bottle Styrofoam head UV bubbles And actually ? it was something to do with smoke, and was a complete joke, because other children had brought bigger "Vortex" things than the mini 2" one the scientist had brought. So it really was a joke! Finally we did a hands on "bouncy ball" making experiment. It came in prepackaged stuff you could buy yourself. It wasn't a hit at the party. We were told by "Mad Scientist" that a "Mad Scientist" Party was perfect for a 9 year old child. Don't believe it!! The pros A different kind of birthday party Kids were somewhat interested at first Mad Scientist was knowledgeable about science! Cons *Mad Scientist felt like he had to respond to EVERYTHING the kids said. He had a very tough time just ignoring them and moving on with the show. *NO BIRTHDAY child acknowledgement, NONE! Not even a "Happy Birthday to the birthday child!" *Mad Scientist was knowledgeable about science, TOO know it all about it. The Mad Scientist was annoying with his comments and details. The details should have been simplified for children who really don't need to know all the intricate details of why, just that it is cool! *BORRING! To the point grandparents fell asleep and the kids ran around. *TOO much money, for nothing really special. I would not suggest a Mad Scientist party for children under 12!!! Maybe older kids would get a kick out of a party like this, but our group of kids did not! With the $140 you would spend on a one hour mad scientist party, it was NOT worth it! I would advise you to do some searching online for Mad Scientist experiments, and do it yourself! Look up Steve Spangler on youtube and he can give you better ideas than what the "Mad Scientist" group did. Don't waste your money! PS I did write to Mad Scientist to tell them about our experience and they never responded back. We gave them a chance to respond and make things better, and they choose to ignore us.
