I decided to switch to ATT at the end of January because I was having issues with the service i was receiving and they had a decent trade in deal. The gentleman i spoke to was friendly, straight to the point, and we were able to set everything up perfectly. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely horrible. I THOUGHT i was having issues with T-Mobile! Ohh, no! ATT has to have the absolute worst service in the Ogden area. In the two months since I've switched over, the amount of text messages that don't initially send until they've been re-sent (sometimes several times) has far surpassed the sms issues I've had with T-mobile. That doesn't even take into account the amount of calls that wont send or just completely drop. I brought these issues up the first month of my service and i was told that ATT "reset the network" and to wait two weeks. Well, after the second time of them telling me to wait two weeks, (i foolishly thought they would have that information on record and extend the period you could cancel the contract) low and behold, no changes and now i am stuck with ATT for 2 years. I also can't pay off my phone to unlock it or escape without losing all my trade in credit while not receiving my old device back. If i were you, I would run far far away from ATT (at least in the Ogden area) because this service is worse than budget phone plans like Metro, Straight Talk and Mint. If i can help it, I will never do business with this company again. read more

Walked in, wasn't helped for at least 10-15 minutes. Then other customer began walking in and they staff began helping others when I brought this up to the manager. He was rude and stated they had not helped anyone else before me. When I pointed out the customers to the manager Raymond that walked in after me, and the customers themselves acknowledged that yes I was already in the store when they walked in. And yes they where checked in and helped before us. I was in the store spending thousands of dollars to be treated as if I was nuisance and made to feel like I had done something wrong. I work in healthcare administration and the "manager" Raymond should be fired for the culture of staff he has created at this store is upsetting. Today my iphone 5s died after it fell for the 100th time. I looked online to check which store had the 6s plus in stock. The nearest one being this store. When I arrived I was greeted by an employee Ryan to be exact, opened the door and got down to business. Extremely happy I went to this store, I've had some issues with others in the past. Went in for an update a week ago, and was told that I could trade in my old phone and save $300 on my new phone, and then I was told that I had 14 days to turn in the phone (so that I could get my pictures and info off the phone). When I brought it in today (only 7 days after my purchase) I was told that I didn't qualify for that promotion anymore. Even tho I was given 14 days to get it done.......
