A pervious employee sold me a privacy screen for my new phone. She did not do a good job. I brought…read morethe phone back and showed the supervisor. The supervisor said that he will order me a glass privacy screen. He said to come back in two weeks. I kept checking but the store was closed. After a week there was a sign that said not enough employees. I was finally able to get in the store after three weeks. I asked about the glass privacy screen and he said it has not arrived. I said it has ben three weeks, can you fix it another way. He said sure and put a non-privacy screen protector on. I went home and noticed what he did. I went back to the store and asked why I paid for a privacy screen protector and he put on a non-privacy screen protector. He then started to argue with me and yelled at me. He then said that I was trying to get free stuff from him and I was dishonesty and I never been to the store. He then put on the privacy screen protector ad did not do a good job. When I showed him the work he did, he said this is the best its going to be and then kicked me out of the store. I will never go back to this store inside the Harrisville Walmart. In fact, I will not visit any business where this supervisor works. He said he also runs the store in Riverdale.

So we will have to take that little gem at face value and talk about the things we DO know. First, they build a great computer for a guy like me. Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. They do it what I believe to be a reasonable price and I have never left unhappy about my purchases. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.
