They are quite lax here, and you can bring your own food and beverages in a cooler and tote it around. Also the standards as far as checking riders seems a little lax too compared to what I'm used to by visiting theme parks in CA. They also allow dogs into the park and they don't have to be service animals either. Overall it was a nice Sunday. Kids rides were short lines, while the big coasters had pretty long lines. We road a train past some animals but didn't see any entry way to check those animals out further by foot except the deer. There were a few shows, but we only caught one and it was a choreographed dance show that was Halloween themed. Some workers were really friendly, others not so much.

Funny thing is the guard rode his noisy golf cart around our spots over and over yelling that we were disobeying camp policy. No clue where this guy was from. Beware! You really do not want to camp here. We were not loud. Most of us were asleep. Too bad. Not worth the drive or the camp fees. Try lagoon!

We even had to light our own candles, which we were told we couldn't do, and when the hosts returned, they were unprofessional and called it out in front of the kids. It really took away from the celebration. For the price, I expected much better communication and support. Sadly, I wouldn't book this again.

Not only for the sheer size (as it's so large it'll it's very difficult to find someone you're looking for), but it also has a little "adventure" you can do if you buy the extra wristband, and it seems well monitored (there seem to be 2-3 employees roaming around at all times.). The obstacles within the playground are also widely varied with something for pretty much any age. Most importantly just about the entire playground is easily accessible for an adult to traverse. There are are even normal stairs on either side that take you most of the way up, enabling a much easier way to find your kids, rather than having to climb up through the playground yourself. The reason I give 4 stars is two reasons: 1. The rope bridges are set up in such a way that it's pure pain and misery in your feet to get across them 2. The triple slides are probably the fastest ones in the playground, and the "landing zone" is not carpeted or cushioned. It's straight plastic, which is especially painful when you aren't expecting it
