Wow wow wow- this is the playground of all play grounds. I met another mom who travels to this…read moreplayground because it is one that her child's unique abilities are considered. So many unique structure to play and be in the outdoors. Both my boys said this is their new favorite park. Their favorite features were the basketball hoops and the circular merrigo-round made for one person. There's so much more- a braille reading library. Safety fence with a safety lock to keep kids inside. Huge parking lot. There's also motivational quotes all around with so much color. The buddy beach is bright and there's also a rock sharing area. This park has thought of everything to make everyone have a sense of belonging. The only negative was the picnic tables that are covered are also used for parties. They may come out to ask you to move to accommodate a birthday party. Which was a major pain for us as we had a full on picnic spread out. The staff was very kind and allowed us to stay when they recognized we had a bunch to move.

It opens everyday from 8 am to sunset. There is a porta potty available. This was built in 1996 and was the first all inclusive playground for children of all abilities in the area. We went on a Saturday and it was super busy. You have to keep a hawk eye on your babies because they can get lost in the crowd. There is a pavilion with picnic tables. The play area is fenced in and has plenty of parking. In the end, I can't wait to come back on a weekday when it's less busy.

I'm writing this review to share an extremely troubling experience my family had at Playhouse…read moreFairfield on December 4, 2025. My two-year-old son and I have visited this location dozens of times over the past year without a single issue. On this visit, we also happened to be the only Black family present. What happened afterward was shocking, unprofessional, and felt unmistakably discriminatory. Later that day, I received a call from someone identifying herself as the owner/manager. She claimed that it had been "reported" that my recently turned two-year-old son had: * "Shaken" a one-year-old girl * Then supposedly been "violent" toward multiple children * And later--somehow--"choked" the same child These accusations all came in a single phone call and kept changing as she spoke. Not one version was consistent with the last, and none of them matched anything that occurred during our visit. When I calmly asked her to check security footage, she said she would but immediately followed it with, "The video may not have caught anything," despite openly admitting she hadn't reviewed it. To this day, I have received zero follow-up or confirmation that any video was checked at all. I later spoke with the front-desk employee who was there during our visit. He confirmed that: * No parent voiced any complaint about my son * He personally witnessed nothing concerning * The owner/manager was not even present at the time This brings up extremely concerning questions: * How did the owner know to single out my child when no complaint was made? * Why was I immediately presumed guilty with no evidence? * Why did the supposed reporting parents never speak to me directly, which is standard in children's play spaces? * Why did the claims escalate from shaking, to multiple children, to choking--a sequence that simply does not align with a newly two-year-old's behavior or my son's history? My son has never harmed another child, and our long history at this business reflects that.

Pleasantly surprised at how massive the location is. We went right at opening on a weekday and had the place to ourselves which was great to not have to worry about anyone potentially bumping into my 2 year old. Absolutely loved the massive ball pits and different types of trampolines. Only downside for us was that the slides were a bit steep for younger kids so it didn't seem safe to use them. Great place to get together with friends old or young! Pricing isn't necessarily affordable to visit too often but definitely must try at least a couple times a year.

Only complaint with this is that it saved some of the information on the screen. I would definitely recommend to click to not save your information. We were able to go right to the party room where a host checked the kids in to ensure a waiver was completed. They were given socks and a wristband. The party allowed for 2 hours of fun! The host and people there were attentive. This isn't a babysitting facility so obviously keep track of your little ones. They had so many things to keep the kids preoccupied and the ability to get their energy out. They didn't want to leave! The only complaint that I have is for the arcade area. All games were 7 or 8 credits. Minimum card option is for 20 credits so there aren't enough credits for a minimum of 3 games. They should adjust the credit minimum to 21. Otherwise this place was awesome for the kids and we'll be coming back!

He asked us to make sure we got there at 7 so we are there 20 minutes before our game. We ate and came back in around 6:55 to check back in. It was a different gentlemen than before. He couldn't find our reservation for a while and when he finally did it said we didn't pay. Finally he figured it out and we were able to go over and pick out names for the game. We then sat around doing nothing for the next 20 minutes until our game was called. At 7:30 when the 7:20 people were finally called...they didn't call our name. We went up to the desk for him to tell us we were in the 7:00 game... we were told our game was 7:20 and our stickers even said it. He said the next game we could get would be closer to 9. We decided to get a refund and just go bowling. We expected to not get in at 6 when we got there since it was a Saturday night. But to do all that waiting to not even getting to play was such a waste of our time. If something is wrong with the system then that needs to get fixed asap. Will not be recommending this play or coming back.

From the giant brick sculptures to the build-your-own minifigure station, everything in the store was bursting with creativity and color. I could've easily spent hours just exploring. Whether you're into Star Wars, Harry Potter, architecture, or classic sets, there's something for every kind of builder. One of my favorite parts was the Pick-a-Brick wall, yes, a wall full of individual LEGO pieces in every color and shape you can imagine. It's like a candy store, but for builders. I also loved checking out the display sets, they're seriously impressive and gave me a ton of inspiration (and a longer wishlist). The staff were super friendly and clearly just as enthusiastic about LEGO as the customers. They helped me find a retired set I didn't even think would still be available! I walked out with a new set under my arm, a huge smile on my face, and the excitement of knowing I'd be spending the evening building. The LEGO Store is the perfect stop for fans of all ages and let's be honest, building bricks never goes out of style. Can't wait to go back!
