Make sure if you book your party here ask if the AC is working. The kids did enjoy themselves but were saying they were hot. I asked staff and they informed us it was not working

Had my daughter's 7th Birthday party here. she and 14 friends had a blast. The establishment is very clean and they assign a staff member to help out with your kids. Unlike so of the other jump places this one has timed private time in each of the two rooms. Which is great since it's just your kids and their friends. You also get time in a private party room with a throne chair for the birthday kid. The place is very clean. When your party arrives they wait in the waiting area till their time starts so make sure your guests arrive at least 10 minutes early. There will be a big wheeled bin with your child's name on it where the presents go. I kind of wish the bin had a lid because at times that area is quite busy and if the staff member at the desk on the other side of the room isn't paying attention it is easy to have someone swipe a present out of the bin. Once your time starts the kids go into the first room and take off their shoes and put them in cubby holes on a wheeled cabinet. (They wheel this over to the next room) They start on time and you only get so much time in each room. I suggest your kids wear grippy socks and pants that cover your knees. While The kids are jumping in the second room. They give you some time to set up any stuff in the party room. My only gripe about the party room is you're supposed to have access to the refrigerator in there. Unfortunately I did not have access to the refrigerator because the party after mine came early and put their stuff in it. I would have liked to have some of my stuff in there since some things should have been cold. Luckily I had brought drinks in a cooler so they were already cold. If not I would have been kind of mad about the refrigerator thing. You are required to purchase pizza from them but you supply your own snacks and drinks. They currently get the pizza from Newington Pizza. All in all it was a fun time and the kids had a blast. And nice not have to clean up the mess.

Great place for play dates with the kiddos. Very clean and staff are super friendly. Appointments to jump have to be made in advanced so that the play area isn't too full. Lots of space for active toddlers and small children to run around. My son was happily exhausted afterwards. They sell juice, water and ice cream in the building as well. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the price, $13 is kind of pricey for only 1.5 hours of jumping time but we will definitely return.

My two-year-old son and I have visited this location dozens of times over the past year without a single issue. On this visit, we also happened to be the only Black family present. What happened afterward was shocking, unprofessional, and felt unmistakably discriminatory. Later that day, I received a call from someone identifying herself as the owner/manager. She claimed that it had been "reported" that my recently turned two-year-old son had: * "Shaken" a one-year-old girl * Then supposedly been "violent" toward multiple children * And later--somehow--"choked" the same child These accusations all came in a single phone call and kept changing as she spoke. Not one version was consistent with the last, and none of them matched anything that occurred during our visit. When I calmly asked her to check security footage, she said she would but immediately followed it with, "The video may not have caught anything," despite openly admitting she hadn't reviewed it. To this day, I have received zero follow-up or confirmation that any video was checked at all. I later spoke with the front-desk employee who was there during our visit. He confirmed that: * No parent voiced any complaint about my son * He personally witnessed nothing concerning * The owner/manager was not even present at the time This brings up extremely concerning questions: * How did the owner know to single out my child when no complaint was made? * Why was I immediately presumed guilty with no evidence? * Why did the supposed reporting parents never speak to me directly, which is standard in children's play spaces? * Why did the claims escalate from shaking, to multiple children, to choking--a sequence that simply does not align with a newly two-year-old's behavior or my son's history? My son has never harmed another child, and our long history at this business reflects that.

Only complaint with this is that it saved some of the information on the screen. I would definitely recommend to click to not save your information. We were able to go right to the party room where a host checked the kids in to ensure a waiver was completed. They were given socks and a wristband. The party allowed for 2 hours of fun! The host and people there were attentive. This isn't a babysitting facility so obviously keep track of your little ones. They had so many things to keep the kids preoccupied and the ability to get their energy out. They didn't want to leave! The only complaint that I have is for the arcade area. All games were 7 or 8 credits. Minimum card option is for 20 credits so there aren't enough credits for a minimum of 3 games. They should adjust the credit minimum to 21. Otherwise this place was awesome for the kids and we'll be coming back!

Pleasantly surprised at how massive the location is. We went right at opening on a weekday and had the place to ourselves which was great to not have to worry about anyone potentially bumping into my 2 year old. Absolutely loved the massive ball pits and different types of trampolines. Only downside for us was that the slides were a bit steep for younger kids so it didn't seem safe to use them. Great place to get together with friends old or young! Pricing isn't necessarily affordable to visit too often but definitely must try at least a couple times a year.

However, why do parents have to pay to get in with their child. That's what I don't like. These entertainment places go toddlers get pricey already. So I have to spend almost $40 for my child to go in to have fun. Mind you if there was a monthly membership it would be worth it 100%. There's so much to do here! Very clean as well. Ok, in November I considered booking my son's birthday party here and I didn't. I'm happy I did not. We actually come here for my son and we came here for a birthday party. If you select 20 guest, that includes parents, and technically that can be 30 guest easily or more. So imagine having to pay an extra $11 for an adult. You aren't going to invite the child without having their parents there. I didn't like that. That's how they make their money. You pay for a package, extra food to have your guest eat, and pay extra for the parents. To top it off they don't give you the reserve room right away. They have you go in, put your things in an assigned cubbie or cart. You go play for an hour, and the workers move their things into the room. After cake you leave the room to jump again. At least give 2 hours because I don't want no cake, cupcakes, or gifts out in the open for someone to ruin it or steal it. I don't like that at all. The experience for the child is 4/5, but pricing and how they do their parties need some work or changes. Once that or if it gets modified then it'll be 5/5.

I am giving it two stars for the lack of availability on party planning. You put in a request and online and on the phone it says someone will get back to you within 24 hours. There is no option to talk to a person live. You have to put in a request and they text you and call. I put in a request on Thursday and it's now Monday and somebody finally got back to me. You're not allowed to go into the room to set up for your party so if you bring plates, balloons, table cloths, decorations, you actually only have five minutes to set up the room itself and are not allowed in there before that. So if you book a party from 4 PM to 6 PM, you're not allowed in the room until your second hour. Unfortunately, I would never recommend trying to attempt to book a party here just based on the lack of communication from this establishment. I had to put in three requests in order to get someone to call me back within their advertised "24 hour" callback time. Also, I find the allotment for people allowed to your party vastly different for the same price. You pay way more on a Saturday or Sunday for less people than you would on a Thursday or Friday. With the same time framing to set up a party (5mins) with your own decorations, and what not seems a very rushed and not as exciting to make it as personable as you can for your event. I get that the rooms are themed however, if you're making it a special moment for your child, you have less than a reasonable amount of time to set up balloons and your own personal decorations for your party. Overall, a great place to bring your kids on a rainy day. But if you're planning a party, make sure you ask the right questions before coming in.

It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks.

I was "supposedly" allowed to arrive 15 min early to set up they wouldn't let us in the room until exactly 11. I was given attitude from the manager when I was asking simply questions and was told, "trust us we've been working hard all week for this." I don't know what that consisted of the room wasn't set up, I didn't have enough plates or utensils. The party attendant was no where to be found and non existent. One of the moms was trying to help me out and was yelled at by an employee. I will say the only helpful and apologetic employee there was Esmael (probably spelled that wrong). He had patience with us and answered all my questions. But unfortunately he was also running two other parties at the same time. When I originally booked and spoke to someone the person advised me I could just pay for the other additional children at the same party rate. Well apparently that's not how that works. Any additional adult and child is regular admission fee which gets to be very expensive very quickly. I paid $700 and this was more of a headache. And I received very little help at all. The manager just tried to argue with me (when in fact I didn't intend on arguing) and I shut it down telling her it didn't matter that I was still paying. Another thing is the cleanliness. The playscape I can understand that probably is difficult to clean. But the floor in party room was very sticky. The women's bathroom had a toilet constantly flushing which didn't allow any other toilet to flush. There was no toilet paper in the stalls. We were there when it opened, how were the bathrooms not cleaned from the prior day? Also the hand sanitizer stations were empty. All in all if you're looking to book a party just don't. Save yourself the torture and aggravation. For the amount of money I paid I expect at least some help and some courtesy and respect as a customer. I didn't expect to have the red carpet rolled out. Just treat us with kindness is all I ask for.
