I can't give it more. I wish I could and this place has really great potential but management needs help. I went for a bday party. The room was fine. The set up was cool. It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks. read more

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any staff. Unfortunately they were short staffed only had three people working. The manager was very very rude and unprofessional. I was "supposedly" allowed to arrive 15 min early to set up they wouldn't let us in the room until exactly 11. I was given attitude from the manager when I was asking simply questions and was told, "trust us we've been working hard all week for this." I don't know what that consisted of the room wasn't set up, I didn't have enough plates or utensils. The party attendant was no where to be found and non existent. One of the moms was trying to help me out and was yelled at by an employee. I will say the only helpful and apologetic employee there was Esmael (probably spelled that wrong). He had patience with us and answered all my questions. But unfortunately he was also running two other parties at the same time. When I originally booked and spoke to someone the person advised me I could just pay for the other additional children at the same party rate. Well apparently that's not how that works. Any additional adult and child is regular admission fee which gets to be very expensive very quickly. I paid $700 and this was more of a headache. And I received very little help at all. The manager just tried to argue with me (when in fact I didn't intend on arguing) and I shut it down telling her it didn't matter that I was still paying. Another thing is the cleanliness. The playscape I can understand that probably is difficult to clean. But the floor in party room was very sticky. The women's bathroom had a toilet constantly flushing which didn't allow any other toilet to flush. There was no toilet paper in the stalls. We were there when it opened, how were the bathrooms not cleaned from the prior day? Also the hand sanitizer stations were empty. All in all if you're looking to book a party just don't. Save yourself the torture and aggravation. For the amount of money I paid I expect at least some help and some courtesy and respect as a customer. I didn't expect to have the red carpet rolled out. Today, July 21,2021, at Holyoke MA, I was very disappointed at the staff that was there at 4pm, it was horrible especially when the manger came, she made me pay for myself and my 3 month old infant that slept through the whole time!! Had my child's seventh birthday party with about twenty people. We arrived about 15 minutes, and the room was not ready. They seemed very unorganized and unprepared. We had to wait for the party manager, then the credit card reader didn't work, and then we were allowed in to just wait at the snack bar. Finally, the room was ready. The floor was sticky. A case of bottled water was brought in just before I was going to buy some. Our "party assistant" first came in to introduce herself, and then was never seen again for the rest of the party. We had to go find a lighter to light the candles. There was no knife to cut the cake, no spatula or cake serving utensils. We couldn't find the light switch to dim the lights. They brought the pizzas and soda in and never checked on us again. The pizzas tasted like Ellios or school pizza. The only redeeming factor to this place was the kids had a great time running around in an unbelievable indoor jungle gym. It was nice when it was time to leave to just leave the mess in the room and just leave. For like $500, it was a mediocre time in the eyes of the paying parents. read more

I hosted my sons Birthday Party here recently and it was the worst experience. You get your own private room for two hours. When we got there we waited a long time and we finally got to go into the room after the start time. The whole time our host was no where to be seen and the only cups and plates that were provided were for the kids! What about the adults? I was scrambling for over an hour back and forth to the desk to ask for supplies. We got our food in a timely manner but they failed to provide the pitchers of soda until the very end. No one got to drink anything with their meal. By 3 o'clock when people are still eating they are yelling at us that we need to start cleaning up and be out in 15 mins. I spoke with the manager and all he could say was he was sorry they were short staffed and he couldn't do the host job. Couldn't you at least put extra supplies in the there then so we wouldn't have to keep asking. Nope he says his manager doesn't allow it! Okay fine then, I just wish he would have told me they don't provide extra plates napkins etc I would have brought that all myself and then he tells me well you don't have to do that we provide but we are usually there handing it out ... so basically we got the short end of the stick because he couldn't be our host! I will never again have a party there. They couldn't even offer me a discount or coupon for next visit. They told me someone will call me few days before party to finalize it and that's when I will give them count. So I did. It's a fun place to take kids. We went here on a rainy day during our six flags trip. The toddler area is nice. There are quite a few slides. My toddler enjoyed the "ball room". My now 4 year old and I have done a ton of these indoor style playgrounds. Everywhere in Massachusetts and some in new Hampshire and Maine. This is by far the best one we've ever been to. The structure seems to be endless. Tons of super fast slides. There's even arcade games and a snack bar. Not that my little man saw any of those things. This is an awesome spot for blowing off steam on a rainy day. He has been sprinting now for well over an hour. So I look forward to the period of unconsciousness he sinks into later. The security seems above average. The front desk take your picture with your kid for verification and also assign a numbered bracelet. So I was comfortable letting him just run loose and be a kid. Highly recommend. Will return. Only down side is parents have to pay to get in too, which isn't typical in our experience. But police; fire and ems gets in free so bring your badge or military id. read more

This is a fantastic place to bring your kids for hours of non-stop fun climbing, running, sliding and jumping. They have a smaller area just for toddlers so they can play without being knocked down by the bigger kids. The trampolines are fun as well but they do cost extra to use. There is also a "food court" for those hungry kids and adults who need to refuel. The area is very secure; your children can't escape or leave unless you are with them and your arm bands match when scanned. They have plenty of staff walking around making sure everyone is having a great time while being safe. So if you need a place for the kids to come for a day of fun then this is the place for you. I really love bringing my kids here, but today they got me so frustrated and upset because I bought the 10 child passes for $138 with tax. I brought my 2 kids 4 and 7 and my twins who are 11 months old. I have bought the 10 passes b4 and never had an issue but today this lady who said she was the manager decided that I had to pay extra for my kids father to sit with me and the twins inside the facility. I told her I bought the passes and I am using two of them today so he should be included, she proceeded to tell me that I could only have one adult per visit for free. First of all this is such a ridiculous rule and change in corporate policy because I could come tens times with one child and myself which would mean ten free adult passes, or I can come fewer times with more than one adult. Either way the rule seems to be in effect just to frustrate the heck out of someone. I refused to pay the extra $6.95 for my kids father to sit there at the benches and hold babies. Its maddening because had he checked in when I got there they would have let me do it but because he had to run to the car and came in right after, they wanted me to pay!!! Also, the play mats in the toddler area were ripping and the filling was pulled apart, my 11 month old was trying to eat the pieces of foam. When I let the manager know she told me they were waiting for a repair. I told her some masking tape would have sufficed to atleast cover the exposed foam so toddlers couldn't eat it. Another issue was my toddler was able to take a cover off the electrical outlet as well as take their plastic piece in the outlet out, which in my opinion is completely unsafe. I brought my two nephews and we had a blast. There are so many slides and little obstacle courses that kept all three of us entertained for more than four hours. They loved the trampolines, where kids go one per trampoline (there are two), with each session being five minutes. If there's no one waiting, they'll reset the clock and let you go again. I am not a tiny person and I was able to do everything they did. The arcade was small, but they have the Jurassic Park arcade game which was super fun. A little pricey at about $54 for one kid, one toddler and one adult, plus two all day trampoline passes. But it was worth it. We had so much fun. They'll need to refurb some things soon, but it was mostly in great shape. read more

This was our first time here and the kids love it. It is a bit pricey especially since they charge the adults to get in. They also asked how old my six month old is, as they charge for children over 11 months, which is ridiculous. She sure can't do anything at a year old. Might want to increase that to two or so. There is tons to do and that's a problem. I have three children, none of whom can tell time, and finding them in the maze of slides and netting is virtually impossible. My children do not yet tell time, so that poses a problem when trying to give them a time limit. After searching for a half hour, I was super frustrated. I don't think we'll be back unless it is less crowded. There is also an element of just plain taking advantage. Who charges $2.50 for FIVE minutes of bounce time? Fortunately Bounce is not far away, so we will do that exclusively. The food is also very expensive, which is to be expected in a place like this. Didn't buy much, but it would economically be worth it if you spent the day and got your money's worth. You can go in and out, so you could go there, hit the mall, and then go back. Overall, a cool place to hang out for a few hours. read more

My son has a ball in the ball room and loves the rainbow slide make sure to stay hydrated though going up the padded stairs to the rainbow slide is steep and even the fittest of people will get winded it's a hike!! read more

This used to be a fun place to take the kids. A little expensive but the kids had a blast. Now after raising their prices they also require that everybody buy billy beez socks for $3 a pair. It's not a safety issue (they don't require the socks if they're out of stock) just a blatant money grab. So for two kids with one adult, the socks and maybe a session on the trampoline you're looking at over $50. Absurd. Even the people working the register shake their heads at the whole thing. Had my sons party there on 5/1/22 and had a terrible experience. Good didn't arrive until 40 minutes before the party ended (you try feeding 7 kids pizza AND cake in 40 minutes), another food order I placed arrived 15 minutes before the party ended and was undercooked and inedible. 5 minutes after the party was scheduled to end, a staff member came to the room and tried to rush us out (mind you, THE FOOD WAS LATE GETTING TO US), being extremely rude. Staff started mopping common areas 45 minutes before closing, causing my husband to almost fall, staff was walking around talking loudly about the amount of guests still at the park 30 minutes before close and how they wanted to leave. One staff member kept pointing out how tall my husband was and how big his feet are (not sure if she was trying to be rude or flirt, regardless, still rude). Absolutely unacceptable. Called every customer service number I could find, left messages (on whichever lines the mailbox wasn't full on), have been calling for 4 days and have yet to get a call back. This place is great for children. But the prices are crazy. The fact that they charge for adults to basically stand around is a rip off. My kids loved it and we needed up spending an hour there. My daughter just turned a year old and they charged me for her too!! That's crazy there's no way she would be using any of the equipment. They have nice massage chairs. SO, we LOVE Billy Beez! But this last trip was horrible due to staffing issues. I was not allowed to bring in my $8 Starbucks I had just treated myself to so I could have while kids played. "no outside food or beverage allowed" This is by itself a ridiculous ask. I told the staff person on desk I would just leave it on counter between "inside" and "outside" She said no. Then called manager without telling me. The manager spoke to me while on the phone. She reminded me of policy. I asked if I could step 5 feet from entrance gate and put it out on floor. She said I am not allowed to leave while my kids are in there. Then I asked if I could put my coffee only in the 'cafeteria' area. She said No . Now, who knows where my kids where in the structure. I just wanted to step 5 feet to put my precious drink down. She still said I cant leave. SO I said "youre not going to let me leave"? She said no and then said "Do we need to take this to the next level"? Im assuming she meant call the police or security. I just threw my drink out and was so upset the entire time. The minute I threw it away I turned and saw multiple starbucks cups already inside being drank. I guess they snuck those in. Now I know. My kids love it! My suggestion is going in the morning when not a lot of people are there. I have seen many issues with some kids being way too rough and their parents not watching them! Which I find highly annoying especially if your child is swearing and pushing all the kids! When you go first thing in the morning this issue doesn't seem to happen ever. I went to Billy Bees on a Sunday with my son, who is 7. I was told there there is no outside food or drinks allowed. So now I am stuck here with my son and can't eat or drink. I a vegan and diabetic. There is nothing at this place for some one like be. But if I was a baby, with dietary restrictions that's ok. Little pouches of yogurt or the drink boxed from home. All fine but since I am adult. Look if you have no fruits and vegetables why can't I bring some? Really what's the harm. My son will eat you nasty pizza and crazy chicken all day. Places like this could care less what I say. I could even say I will never return because of this. But the girl sitting behind me with her 1 year old child dressed like she just got off the stripper pole is ok for a family establishment but healthy food options are not. read more
