Yelp did not let me down this time. We had an ant problem so we gave Bugco a shot. They came out and sprayed plus laid some bait. They told us that ants sometimes require a follow-up treatment which would be complimentary. Sure enough, we still had a few ants a couple weeks later and they came back out for free for a second treatment. Even offered to come out once more if required. I live on a rental property and this company was the one servicing this house, there was an infestation on roaches when we moved in, they came and service our house 4 times and each time the problem got worse, I was frustrated and called them to talk to them about it and the customer services rep that took my call got upset that I was upset and told someone on his office that I wouldn't shut the f up, I worked retail before and I know how to talk to customers, this guys not only don't carry the proper chemicals for an infestation, but do not know anything about customer service, I called preventive pest control they came one time and problem gone, now they will still come back 2 more time to follow up and I didn't even have to tell them I saw results right away. read more

I definitely owe this review to BUGCO. Chris (owner) came out for termite inspection and recommendation on a property I was selling in a real estate transaction. The prospective buyer sent a report stating that the house had termites and would require expensive remediation. Well guess what? They were lying as they tried low ball negotiation tactics using false reports. Not only was Chris honest enough to give me a proper assessment and advice, he waived the normal inspection charge. Best exterminator service! I'm terrified of wasps and called bugco when I spotted a nest. Cory came out the next day and knocked the nest down. Turns out it was "dead" no live wasps! Because it was dead he did not charge me at all. He also applied product for millipedes and did a perimeter. I didn't realize when I bought a house in Sugar Land, TX I would be moving into "Possum Hollow" but apparently that is the case. I contacted BUGCO because the owner also owns the company who did my home inspection prior to the purchase and we had to get rid of the critters who had taken up residence in our attic and atriums. Chris and Cory have been diligent in getting the job done. We have captured 6 possums to date and they will continue to come out and set traps until we capture no more and then they will take care of closing up any points of entry. They are always responsive to my calls and texts and are prompt in getting the critters taken away to release them back into the wild (several miles away from this hollow) WITHOUT charging an arm and a leg! I also had them spray for bugs since we seemed to have had a wasp issue and that had gone well too. I've been more than happy with the service they continue to provide!! read more

Fantastic customer service and absolutely brilliant at what they do! We are highly impressed with the way BUGCO deals with pests in the home. We found bugs that we suspected might be bed bugs, but they didn't fit the profile! Another company would just have sprayed and be gone! Not BUGCO! They went the extra mile, collected samples and sent them to an entomologist to make 100% sure what they were. Not only do they give fantastic feedback, but they also set some traps and sprayed the room as an interim precaution while waiting for the results- this was done free of charge! Very professional, careful around our two dogs, courteous, and helpful in letting us know about some areas in our home that need to be sealed that bugs may be coming in from outside. I had a wasp issue.. I called Bugco on Monday and they wanted to come the same day; while that would be awesome, we agreed on Wednesday and they called asking if they could come earlier; which is even better. Germaine A and his partner arrived; they listened to my tale of wasp woe and went to work, spraying wasp killing stuff on them in the eves. he went around the house and did all the eaves, and I hope they annoying bugs are gone. I still have to caulk and seal up the entry spots where they entered the eaves to their nest. Before treatment, in the time it takes to smoke a cigarette outside, I'd see 5-10 wasps flying in and out of the nest. Today: NONE. YAY. Germaine and his partner were professional and friendly. I even had them do an extra job for me not originally requested which was to spread sod worm killer granules on the grass and today, the moth population is MUCH down; not completely gone, but it might take a bit.
