Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I'm waiting to make sure all the bugs die :) Customer service setting up the appointment was fantastic, and I was pleased to get an appointment just 3 days after I called. Tito was very friendly and made sure I knew all about the warranty in case we didn't get them all the first time. Highly recommended! read more

I live on a rental property and this company was the one servicing this house, there was an infestation on roaches when we moved in, they came and service our house 4 times and each time the problem got worse, I was frustrated and called them to talk to them about it and the customer services rep that took my call got upset that I was upset and told someone on his office that I wouldn't shut the f up, I worked retail before and I know how to talk to customers, this guys not only don't carry the proper chemicals for an infestation, but do not know anything about customer service, I called preventive pest control they came one time and problem gone, now they will still come back 2 more time to follow up and I didn't even have to tell them I saw results right away. read more

I appreciate Jeff's service. He quickly responded my concern and came to addressed the problem after my initial complain. Thank you Jeff.

Brooke came and serviced our home today. He was awesome. Our original guy had canceled and they were going to have to reschedule our appointment but Brooke added us to his route and came out to help us after he was already done with his day, and he came and helped us anyways, after hours! He was super knowledgeable and really took care of us and gave us all kinds of tips on how to keep critters away. Definitely will continue to use Bugco for all of our extermination needs and we hope we get Brooke every time! read more

I definitely owe this review to BUGCO. Chris (owner) came out for termite inspection and recommendation on a property I was selling in a real estate transaction. The prospective buyer sent a report stating that the house had termites and would require expensive remediation. Well guess what? They were lying as they tried low ball negotiation tactics using false reports. Not only was Chris honest enough to give me a proper assessment and advice, he waived the normal inspection charge. All he asked was that I give him a good review. Fair enough, I think he definitely deserves it. They have earned my future business. read more

Thanks Bugco! Chris Millward was awesome treating the bugs, roaches in the house, very professional and knowledgeable of what he does. it's been few months now and we are clear! I will definitely recommend your services. read more

I had a very good experience with Joseph Costello from Bugco. He just treated my apartment for roaches and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Of course the treatment will take time to work, but he made me feel very confident that his pest control service would eliminate my roach problem. I would definitely have them come back in the future. read more

Best exterminator service! I'm terrified of wasps and called bugco when I spotted a nest. Cory came out the next day and knocked the nest down. Turns out it was "dead" no live wasps! Because it was dead he did not charge me at all. He also applied product for millipedes and did a perimeter. Cory provided awesome customer service, and was very professional and knowledgeable about pests. I also recommend Bugco because they will not "nickle and dime" you. Thanks Cory! read more

The most thorough pest control company I've used. Daniel was our technician and he was fantastic. Very professional, friendly and gave me many tips on how to "bug proof" my home from critters. Will be using them for quarterly service from here on out. read more

Amazing Company Bugco!!!WOW!!Germaine Abrams is the bug whisperer. We had ant nests in the walls inside our house. Also we had several wasp nests & literally ants everywhere outside. Germaine spent so much time & attention to detail to fix from start to finish every single bug problem we had. Germaine is very professional & incredibly knowledgable as we thought we had termites: lucky us no this was not the case. I Highly Recommend Bugco to all my family & friends. Bugco & Germaine are calling us back to check in to make sure there are no other issues: Truly a top notch company. I will hire them on a regular basis to keep all the bugs away. read more

This morning, I had to see a man from BUGCO about a rat and it turned out to be a very good visit. Tito Picon (nice fella) arrived at the scheduled time, inspected and fixed a few of the possible entry points and set out some bait boxes. I chose BUGCO because of the good reviews posted here and will definitely choose BUGCO again. My whole experience, from that first customer service contact to Tito Picon's work, was awesome!!! read more

I used Bugco for a second time and am pleased with their service. Joseph Costello arrived early and was polite and friendly as he gave our house a preventative treatment. After using Bugco last year to treat some unwanted bugs, our house has been bug free, so I'm confident the follow-up treatment will keep any creepy crawly visitors from even thinking about coming back! Thank you Bugco!! read more

I didn't realize when I bought a house in Sugar Land, TX I would be moving into "Possum Hollow" but apparently that is the case. I contacted BUGCO because the owner also owns the company who did my home inspection prior to the purchase and we had to get rid of the critters who had taken up residence in our attic and atriums. Chris and Cory have been diligent in getting the job done. We have captured 6 possums to date and they will continue to come out and set traps until we capture no more and then they will take care of closing up any points of entry. They are always responsive to my calls and texts and are prompt in getting the critters taken away to release them back into the wild (several miles away from this hollow) WITHOUT charging an arm and a leg! I also had them spray for bugs since we seemed to have had a wasp issue and that had gone well too. I've been more than happy with the service they continue to provide!! read more

Daniel came out today and did a great job. He was thorough and took the time to listen to what I was dealing with. He explained the approach to solve the problem. After using several different pest companies in the past I finally found one I think I can stick with. read more

Fantastic customer service and absolutely brilliant at what they do! We are highly impressed with the way BUGCO deals with pests in the home. We found bugs that we suspected might be bed bugs, but they didn't fit the profile! Another company would just have sprayed and be gone! Not BUGCO! They went the extra mile, collected samples and sent them to an entomologist to make 100% sure what they were. Not only do they give fantastic feedback, but they also set some traps and sprayed the room as an interim precaution while waiting for the results- this was done free of charge! It was easy to make an appointment, they were dead on time and followed up quickly. Kudos to Cory for a thorough inspection, prompt feedback and patiently explaining every step! We will never use another company for pest control! read more

I called Bugco based on their Yelp ratings. Germaine serviced our house and did an excellent job. He was professional, showed up on time, super helpful and friendly. He let me ask all my questions and made sure to answer all of them. He was extremely knowledgeable....not just some guy that sprays your house and then leaves. He gave feedback on the house when he was done spraying and gave us suggestions of ways to avoid future pest problems. I feel happy knowing I have a 90 day guarantee that they will come out and spray if I see anything!! Very happy with this company! Thanks Germaine! read more

I had my first treatment done today by Germaine and Chris and I was extremely pleased with their service. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was very much appreciated since I have a huge bug phobia. My home is new and even though this treatment was solely preventative, their service left me feeling very comfortable and gave me peace of mind. I've used many different pest companies in the past for quarterly preventative treatments and BUGCO surpasses them all. I'm a very satisfied and happy customer! read more

I used them for bed bug treatment. After I spend close to $1000 nothing changed. Not even slight decrease in the number of bugs. They said i have to be wait and they do come and follow up and are not leaving me behind. I am just frustrated still been over 2 weeks and we still have not slept peacefully. read more
