I've returned twice since my last review and I must admit the food was much better than in the past. The service both times was great and the covered pet friendly patio is a huge reason we keep coming back. My only complaint now are the high prices. The dinner entrees are just too expensive for the quantity you receive and then there's an additional cost for the salad. Really...$18 for chicken Marsala and then you have to pay $4 for a salad. Doesn't that seem excessive especially in OC? When I suggest Bugattis to my friends they all complain about this and the sole reason we go elsewhere. read more

My daughter got off work late and we decided to eat here on a gift card I had won on the radio. The food was excellent. I had the ravioli, which were filled with portabello mushrooms and red peppers with spinach and a garlic wine sauce on top. I am happy I have leftovers. The food was delicious. I loved the garlic/olive oil dip for the bread. My daughter had the champagne salad and macaroni and cheese. It was tasty as well. We will definitely come back as the food and service was topnotch. read more

It's disappointing this is the only Italian restaurant we have in Oregon City. I've been here many times, and each time I leave with a worse impression. It's not that it's that bad, it's just not good. And when you want good food, paying $$ to eat out, you should get that. The last time I was here I ordered pasta with chicken and the chicken came out so raw. I never complain, but had to send it back (politely) because that's not safe to eat. The cook must have been pissed, because what came back was a black mess of burnt chicken that literally (with no exaggeration) crumbled in my mouth like ashes. After that, I have just given up on this place. Not worth it to try again. read more

My deluxe blue burger came out very cool to touch even though it was ordered well done. My wife's beef tenders were also barely warm and the potatoes looked more like paste. Not very happy with this choice. After sending back the burger the second attempt was delicious and hot. The wait staff was very accommodating. read more

Went here for lunch today ... they were very busy so service was a little slow but not that bad ... the spagetti and meat balls were great .... we will be back read more

Food is good. Service is ok. Priced too high. It's not fine cuisine. Not a big fan how they treat the kitchen staff. The waitresses are heard treating those cooks terrible. Just not ok. I might go again, for carry out. read more

The calamari was bad!!! Literally!!! We've had it in the past and it's always been so good but this had gone past its best serve life. Also, it's look and texture weren't right. Service is very slow and it appears they have all new wait staff. Had to keep asking for refills over and over. read more

I love this place for lunch. The staff have always felt like family and the food is fresh and plentiful. I've noticed at night the service isn't as good as my gals at lunch but I still love it. The Ouso Buco is the BOMB read more

I ordered the soup and salad combo and for $2 more, they offered me warm gluten free pizza crust cut in triangles and served with zesty bread dipping oil. It was heavenly! The Cobb salad was HUGE and the minestrone soup (with no pasta, by request) was good but not amazing. I ate half the salad, some of warm bread and a few bites of soup and I've got enough leftovers for another meal! Nikki was a very good server who was friendly, kind, professional and had a sixth sense to anticipate when I needed a refill on my Arnold Palmer. read more

I really wanted to have a good experience here.... Oregon City is lacking good restaurants and this proved to be no different. We went there after the dinner rush on Saturday. We were seated quickly, but then nobody came back for our drink orders for a good 10 minutes. We ordered an appetizer, salads & our meals and it took FOREVER for each thing to come out. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. Tables that came in after us were getting quicker service. So our main dishes came out cold. Like they had been sitting in the kitchen forever cold. I knew the server wasn't going to be back soon, so I flagged down the hostess and she took my food back to the kitchen where they reheated it to scorching hot and sent it back out. No compensation for the crappy service or cold food. read more

Oh em gee their lasagna was so good. I wasn't even high and the food was delicious like even though I didn't finish it because I was tired and was feeling bloated before I ate the food. The taste of their lasagna was extremely good and I'm from Seattle, so I'm bummed I won't be another one of their lasagna. Imagine if you were high though and you ate what I ate, your ovaries would have exploded if you were a woman. I dare you though. read more

Seated immediately, excellent food, excellent service. Some people complain too much. Great place!

I really enjoy Bugatti's! I usually have their salmon and it comes out nice and moist and the potatoes are soooo good. The service is usually very nice and there's not usually a long wait to get a table or to get your food. The only complaint that I have is that I wish their seating was a bit more modern and their dining room is a tad on the small side. Otherwise, a nice place to grab dinner in Oregon City! :) read more

I love this place! Could come here for the bread with oil alone. My favorite is the lobster prawn tortellini.

It's kind of trying to be a classier version of The Olive Garden. Too expensive for what you get.

While the reviews posted were pretty negative, my husband I decided to try Bugtatti's Oregon City and make our own judgement. For years we have gone to the West Linn restaurant, and, granted, it's not the same as when it was owned by the Ms. Bugatti, but it has a nice atmosphere and consistently good food. We were greeted upon entering and we chose to have a cocktail in the bar before dining. We were served promptly, however, the drinks we chose had a "sticky sugar rim" and no cocktail napkin was set down, so there was nothing to wipe our hands on. The bartender was attentive and friendly! The lighting is a little harsh, not conducive to relaxation. Afterwards, we were seated in the dining room, promptly, by a very courteous hostess but, unfortunately, it took over several minutes for a waiter to come by with menus and beverage options. She was, however, very professional when she did arrive! The bread and olive oil were delicious! Our caesar salads were bland and overdressed, but my husband's pizza and my pasta dish were good... not outstanding, but good! We were surprised to find that the prices at the Oregon City location were roughly $2-$3 less per dish than the same dish in West Linn. Overall, good food at a good price! My recommendations to the Pamplin Group would be to dim the lighting... felt like we were under interrogation in both the bar and restaurant -- obnoxious spotlights -- put beverages on cocktail napkins, and offer a more sophisticated wine list... doesn't need to be outrageous but better than the retail $6.99 - $9.99 per bottle choices offered. We will go back, but, unfortunately, still in search of a higher-end restaurant in Oregon City for client visits! read more

Love this place, they have a great happy hour and always 4+ awesome IPA's on tap to choose from.

I usually don't really like to go to Italian restaurants because pasta is so easy to cook at home, but Bugatti's food is much better than the pasta I cook at home, and I'm a pretty decent cook! I probably never would have tried this place, but my husband picked it for our first date. I had low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect for a date. My husband and I both really like Bugatti's. It is our opinion that Bugatti's is the best restaurant in Oregon City. read more

I love this restaurant! The food and drinks are fantastic! My favorite is the Gamboretti and my entire family adores the foccaccia that is served with all meals. We also love their particular club sandwich. Their cocktails are also very good. Just an overall favorite of our family and we've never had a bad experience in all the times we've been there. I definitely recommend you try it! read more

Awful customer service. Went there today and they were not accomadating at all. I have a broken leg. Was not able to sit at a table in the bar as I need to be comfortably elevated. They were not able to offer happy hour to us at all unless we were in the bar. I work at as waitress and my spouse as a restraunt manager, that seems absolutely absurd we would try and best accomadate any customer who walked thru the door trying to spend money. Especially when my spouse and I were the only people on the restraunt side. It's not like it would have looked unfair to the other non existent customers. We will not be going back there ever. read more

Literally the best food we have had in years. Went for happy hour and got a burger, spaghetti, salads, artichoke spinach dip and dessert! Everything was absolutely amazing. I've been here before but never had such a great time experience nor ordered what we did. Go for happy hour! And the peach Italian cream soda was a the best ever and 1 dollar for a refill is a deal! read more

I stopped in at Bugatti's OC because I had heard it had great Happy Hour food. After my tanning appointment across the parking lot, I pulled into Bugatti's for some afternoon delight. I sat at the bar and asked about the house wines. I was offered a tasting of my selection before having to commit. I appreciate that a lot. The Pinot Gris was to my liking so I was given a generous pour. After a while I decided on the fried artichoke hearts with roasted pepper sauce for only $3. As I waited for my order the bartender brought me a complimentary french bread and garlic olive oil dip. I've had this before but hated the over saltiness of it. Today it was perfect. My artichoke hearts arrived and to my surprise it was a pretty good portion, nice presentation and cooked to perfection. Yum, I never knew artichoke hearts could really be this good. I enjoyed a second glass of wine and then I was ready to go. I can't say the service was overly friendly or over the top but it was satisfactory, the Happy Hour menu had a good selection and the atmosphere was pleasant. All in all, I'm not disappointed but if it had not been for a couple of friends ending up joining me, I would have left way sooner because it's not a place that makes a "lone" patron feel comfortably welcome. read more

I've had a variety of complaints over the years.... usually has something to do with the workers .... you know how they change often??? But yesterday I think was my last pizza there.... my last anything from there!!! There was a hair in my pizza .... it was undercooked .... my husband arrived 40 minutes after we ordered it and it still was not in the oven and the lady was just cleaning tables and said oh I'm sorry let me start that now so he had to wait. For an undercooked pizza with hair in it ....wonderful... . not once have I been contacted about any complaints I ever made !! now I'm done! Redlands pizza and Abbys are much better anyway! Byeeeeeee .... read more

On my way back home and stopped to get a bite to eat. This place is yummy. Wide variety of pasta. You can build your own as well. I'm satisfied! Heading for home. Long day! read more

Pleasantly surprised - excellent service and the happy hour food was really good - and we are picky - we will return.

The steak frites are a fantastic alternative to steak n fries. I hope you like garlic, because they have quite a kick! The half portions of pasta they offer are filling for an average person, so keep that in mind, Great beer selection (I'd recommend Moretti, from Italy), and wine, too. Service is really good. I would recommend dressing business casual here. We were wearing jeans and t-shirts and felt a little under-dressed (even for Oregon City). read more

I love this place, and have to make it out here more often because the West Linn location closed. It's a great atmosphere and always crowded on weekend nights, delicious bread, friendly servers that always remember our names, and a full, diverse menu. I order the Cobb salad almost every time I make it out here because it's so flavorful and full of generous topping portions. Their pastas are devine, too! read more

Great happy hour on Sunday all day! They have a great pizza's and burger on the happy hour, and great French Fries too!

The only thing good here as far as the food goes was the service. I had the Ziti. Too much sauce miniscule meat in the sauce and 25 cents worth of pasta for $15.50 read more

This place has excellent food! Forget the name.. But their lobster pasta dish is amazing for ~$15. We have been several times and have had excellent service every time except the last visit, waitress must have had a bad day.. Very loud, spilled our food and took forever to clean it up. Other than that very happy, great place and is close to home. Upset I waited so long to give it a try. Much better than Olive Garden or spaghetti factory. read more

Every time we come in here we have the worst experience but when I came in with my mom and two sisters it was awful!!! We were the first ones in but we're the last to get our drink order, food order, and our food. I have worked in the restaurant industry and the way we were treated was unacceptable. It took about 15 mins for drink order, then another 10-15 for food order and after that almost an hour! Yes an hour for our food. We didn't get any re fills to our drinks and I had to get up myself to do it. She was to focused on talking away to the other tables that we were not a concern to make sure we were okay. I will never go here again and recommend that to other people as well. read more

I waited over 30 min a salad, plus the server put in the wrong order and also tried to justify herself that she heard me say chicken Caesar instead of chicken Marsala. Won't be coming back here again. No sense of urgency at all. Server wasn't nice either! read more

Steak salad, nice service. Our climbing group's regular place when I'm up in those parts.

Good happy hour. They had some good beers on tap which was nice, and on happy hour they are $1 off. The service was fast and efficient.

Food was excellent we tried lotsa motsa in appetizer - great sauce. We had pizza I tried margherita and my beau tried classic pepperoni - great crust , really good amount of cheese wished it had a lil more sauce but it tasted amazing. Am glad we saved some space for dessert it was to die for - profiteroles . I said I will eat only 2 spoons as I don't eat too much sweet but I didn't rest till it was over :) read more

Food is excellent when they don't mess it up! I'm always for giving businesses and waiters/waitresses the benefit of the doubt but I've had 3 bad experiences here in the last year. My food is always messed up and I get the same thing every time and it seems like a simple order - cheese tortellini. 2 out of the 3 times, we were forgotten about. The waiter/waitress forgets they're serving us and it seems they go on break and don't tell someone else to take care of us. Drinks always take 20-30 to come and the food even longer. Next time I'm craving something on their menu, I'll try the one in West Linn and hopefully have better luck. read more

Love Bughattis. Staff is great (Dan and Liz especially). Food is delicious and always fresh.

My husband and I come here often. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. We're steering clear of gluten this year, so we almost always skip the bread (which is a shame because it's so tasty!), and split a Cobb salad and a pizza (south of France is my favorite) with gluten-free crust. read more
