We recently had a sudden ant infestation in both the kitchen and the bathroom prolly due to the recent heat. (Re: the bathroom, they were apparently attracted to the scent of body wash.) James was available within just 24 hrs and came within the stated time window and discovered three trails and colonies in our backyard.
