Maaaybe 4 oz and that included the upcharge to add chili which apparently adds 2 beans and a few grains of beef. Ordered the bottomless apps and the server said "ugh, you're just doing bottomless apps? Not ordering actual food?" We then waited over 45 mins for 6 mozzarella sticks and 10 slices of fried pickles. I was calling to inquire if they were going to have the Penn State/SMU game on this Saturday as it is on a different channel than normal sports bars have. (TNT). Really friendly staff. Our server, Nathan, was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. This is a place for fun, hanging with friends, eating unhealthy. We wanted to join in on their trivia game, but wasn't sure how to do that. This place is busiest during big sporting events. Tuesday's are 1/2 priced wings! Good wings! But other stuff was just okay. So eat the wings. We did ours medium, but I think it was a little mild for us. Next time we'll do hotter. If you want wings, beers and to watch sports this place is great. read more

8/29/23 around 4 PM I stopped at the East York, Pennsylvania Buffalo wild wings. I ordered a Coors light in a bottle. They walked in the back and found two 6 packs, the bottle cooler look like they're local Dollar General store .... The bartender served me one and it was warm. I ordered six extra crispy bone in wings to go at this point, because the beer was warm, once I got into my truck, I took a bite of one of the wings it was rubbery. So I decided to try to eat the celery and blue cheese and the celery was frozen. I might go out once a month and treat myself to say, I was disappointed would be an understatement! read more

It's my first time at this city state and this area. We ordered last night from this location & when we got home, we were missing some wings. I called the location to report the issue; I was placed on hold few times and were on the phone for at least 30mins. First was told they will give me refund/credit me back for the missing wings then placed on hold again as they could not find my order. They finally came back on line and was told that per his manager, for me to come back instead with my receipts. Ummm...I'm from out of state and not even sure when I'll be back again. Went to BWW for a casual night dinner with my husband and our one month old. Walked through the doors to see a sign saying "limited seating due to low staff"- which is everywhere with COVID so not shocked. However, after walking in- the hostess tells us we can't be served because they are only sitting people on the bar side with the high top tables and there would be no place for a highchair. Now I get they are short staffed and chose to only seat the bar side because I'm sure that works for 95% of their customers- but because we have a small child- we can't be served at all and are told we have to leave- instead of making a small adjustment and letting us sit at the one booth right on the other side of the bar. I can't imagine it would be that difficult for a server to go around the corner to serve us instead of making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwanted. There are plenty of other BWW locations (which we went to instead) and I can easily say we won't be coming back to this location. read more

Ordered online. After picking up my order, all four of the dip sauces were left open in the bag (the snap-on lids were not "snapped on"). Did not notice until I got home. I know they didn't open during the ride back home. Maybe the plastic bag was tied too tight and squeezed the paper bag the sauces were in? If you have somewhere else to be after BWW you are going to be late and probably miserable. It's a pretty well known fact in our office if you go to BWW for lunch you aren't making it back in time. It's almost in walking distance so it's hard to give up hope on the place. 4 of us decided to give it a try again today. When we arrived at noon the place was a ghost town. I believe there were maybe 5 other people there eating. We figured it would probably be a quick lunch for once. We were wrong.... We ordered drinks had to pass them around to figured out which ones were diet and which ones were regular, because our server had no clue. After that we ordered 4 pretty basic orders. I was pretty specific about what I was ordering. What I got back was not what I ordered. 2 out of the 4 orders had a problem. You would have figured with a 45 minute ticket time they were doing some crazy Gordon Ramsey inspection and plating process back there, but nope. My chicken tasted like an old shoe with sauce on it. About 20 minutes after we finished eating the waitress came back to ask us if we were doing OK. I guess she figured we were homeless people and needed shelter for the entire day... After having a bad experience when this location first opened, we thought we'd give them another try. Went in on a Monday night- there were about 4 tables seated in the whole place with almost that many servers standing around. Despite this, we waited a few minutes to be greeted, then our server was slow taking our order, barely checked on us, and was slow checking us out. Our food was received in a reasonable time frame and the quality was adequate. I was very pleased with the tenderness of my grilled chicken, though our meals overall were nothing spectacular. What really ruined the experience were the number of empty tables left sitting with trash and dirty dishes on them. Two parties left shortly after we arrived and their tables remained uncleared almost an hour later. Meanwhile, we spent the entire meal listening to one server's cell phone dinging frequently as she texted away while all the servers carried on indiscreet personal conversations as they wrapped silverware at the table next to us. Given how they handled cleanliness in their dining area, it's scary to imagine how gross the kitchen may be! First I want to say that this place just opened on the 29th of October. I have never been to a restaurant that was perfect right after they first open. I have been to several Wild Wings, two in MD and one in Pittsburgh and they were all the same... loud... because it's a SPORTS BAR! Its not an Applebees people! I was beyond excited when this one opened up in your because my husband and I really enjoy this place. We have been there twice since they have opened. First time we had a 20 min wait. Service was ok but again they were super busy and had just opened 5 days prior and the food was good. Our second time was tonight and service was much better and food was just as good. We only waited 10 min this time. It was louder today but I expected that because the Penn State game was on. So all of this to say this is one of our favorite spots and we will continue to go there. It is refreshing to have a good restaurant here in the York area. We came from Lancaster were there was quite a few good places to eat. I can't say the same for this area. I will say if you don't like loud rowdy places, then this is not the place for you, it is a sports bar. However, if you love sports and good food then this is your place! read more

I, too, always loved the food at BW3 (before they altered their name), so I was excited they finally made it to the area. As with so many chain restaurants, they have made the mistake of only building one location, and placing it in the East end of town, as if they never actually experienced the traffic on Market Street or 30. I complained to them with no response. That said, my first experience there was OK. It was relatively crowded, but to be expected because York Countians always flock to new chain places. We had a party of 8, but got seated fairly quick. Service was decent, not too long of a wait for food. As already noted, the sound of all the different events on TV, combined with music, is a sensory overload, and it is loud!! We asked them to turn the speakers down a bit, but they said management and corporate frown on that. Funny, I never noticed that problem at other locations in OH or IN. I can't say I remember the temperature being a problem. A few weeks ago, we went there again after 8:30 on a Saturday night. There Was maybe one other party waiting for a table. There were 6 in our party, and they told us it would be an hour or more for a table. I asked why, and they told me there was some fight on TV and people weren't leaving. I told them to tell people to go home and watch the fought, it's a restaurant, not a living room. Funny though, I saw a few empty tables that we could gave been seated at.
