Never going there again. Order from there last night and when I got home I found a fingernail in there. So I called and they said to come back with the receipt and they would give me a refund. When I went there the manager gave me a refund. While I was walking out I counted the money and it wasn't even the correct amount. Had to go back to get the right amount. read more

Horrible service with them!! I ordered wings with them through Uber eats when the Bears game had started. Apparently they decided this was too much and cancelled all orders through Uber eats and never notified me, the customer. I waited over an hour, and watched in the app as my driver went the their location to pick up my order. They NEVER notified me they they decided to cancel my order after over an hour and a half and when I called to complain, offered nothing. They will not be getting my service ever again! read more

Not sure what was going on, but all the draft beer was WARM... not even a little cold. Never let customers know about that issue, just waited and hoped that they wouldn't complain. On top of that, the service was slow, and had no concern to make sure the customers were taken care of. read more

We just ordered $40 worth of wings. To say they were disgusting is a gross understatement!!! Tired that we spend our hard earned money and these FFR think they can serve up this kind of to-go crap and we'll eat it and not post a review--not tonight--DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DIVE!!! Not worth your time or money! read more

You cannot go wrong with wings, beer, and sports! The perfect place to get all of that. I like the new rewards program. Just signed up for it. Staff is very friendly here. One of the bigger Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to as well. read more

I was there with my father on our first mutual day off in weeks, and Buffalo Wild Wings decided it was a good idea to authorize fire alarm testing at 2:30 pm. One of the servers walked into the floor and warned everyone they should "cover their ears for awhile." The alarm repeatedly went on and off for about twenty minutes before our server came back to ask how things were so we asked for our food to be wrapped up and to speak with the manager. This girl asked what the problem was as if she was surprised that there was an issue, and after arguing for ten minutes about how "this wasn't her fault" offered to give us "five dollars off because that was no problem." We tipped, but will never be back to this location. read more

Never got our wings because our server, Michaela, never put them in. I asked to speak to the manager, Nicholas, who came over asking if we had a question, because Michaela didn't explain the situation. The manager only removed a queso dip from our bill. Wouldn't recommend coming to this BBW. read more

I called to see if I could change my potato wedges to regular fries, the young lady was very rude. After putting me on hold she said very quickly, she would let the kitchen know and hung the phone up very rude. For a busy Sunday afternoon in the middle of football season i must say they're fast to bring out our food. Very impressive I must say. Wings were lacking a bit of sauce but starting to notice most bww doing that. But our server Khrystina was the best. Very nice and made sure to check up on our table often on our visit. I must say this looks like the perfect location to visit for a big game. As their tv's setup is amazing all around. read more

Just had the worst experience I've had at an eating establishment in my life. Arrogant, incompetent staff and terrible policies combined for a complete disaster. Arrived at 7 pm with a party of two and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a table. 30 minutes later I asked where we stood on the list and was told we weren't even on it. I took a look at the list and noticed a Jack party of two circled. I asked if that could be us (my name is Josh) and the hostess said probably. I told her ok, can we please be seated. She responded by saying someone else must have wrote my name wrong and we would have to wait. She was the hostess who greeted us and I told her such. Ten minutes later we were finally seated. After another ten minutes a waitress came to our table and I ordered a beer. I showed her my ID and she said she had to show it to her manager because it was from out of state. The manager returned to my table and notified me I could not be served because there was a price listed on the back per buffalo wild wing policy. While I understand he had nothing to with creating the policy, the way he executed this interaction was extremely rude. I told him I was 25 and offered to show him alternate forms of identification. He said it doesn't matter, I can't be served. He then told me I should have gotten a new Id because I turned 21 four years ago. However, my Id does not expire for another two years. At this point it had just gotten to be too much and we left. Needless to say, I'm never going back. read more

After waiting in line for 50 minutes on the UFC finals night we finally got seated. I was with my 23 year old friend from Europe. We wanted to order blue moon, and she showed the waitress her European Union ID. The manager came and told us that he can't serve us because he is not sure if my friend is legal age. Then we showed him her drivers license (also with the birth date and her picture on it) but the manager did not want to serve us anyway.(!) It was really disappointing and funny at the same time because we obviously were legal age and we have been to the place lots of times before! And we never had any problems with the service. I give 3 stars because I like their asian zinc wings and the rest of the staff is very nice. read more

I suppose going here when it's semi busy is one thing, I understand that at times when a dinner rush happens or something of that nature, that having enough servers can sometimes be a challenge. But when you have on the floor in our area, at least 4 servers covering roughly 20 tables, and of those maybe 8 of them occupied with parties of 2-10, let's be real here. Okay so let's just scratch that for now. Explain to me how upon being seated by the hostess, that it took us 10 minutes to even get noticed. After being noticed two servers "debated" in front of us if they wanted to take our table, then after deciding, our present server took an extra 15 minutes to come out with out beverages (wrong ones by the way) then dropped a wing on the ground, after nearly another 30 minutes of wait time. After that though, another 15 minutes for our check. Also, being I've never personally been into BWW often - when one asks where a restroom is, I recommend you don't say, "where the sign says 'restrooms'". Such a shame that you did though, we wanted to give you a tip, we truly did as we often do so generously. Here is your tip BWW of Willowbrook as a whole- fess up and understand customer device. We weren't asking for a lot, we weren't being rude or anything of the sort, all we wanted was decent service. The food was all right but the service was beyond terrible. Will not return. read more

I just don't know what all the hype is. I've tried it multiple times to appease my friends and hubby....but I just can't seem to like it. The service was horrible, had to keep asking for things over and over again. We also had to ask other severs because ours was never anywhere to be found. We drinks, 6 wings, and dessert (45 min wait). Server got my drink order wrong. Desserts were ok, but nothing that would persuade me to return. I will not be returning here or to any other bww.....unless I'm forced by my acquaintances who have horrible taste in food. read more

I always order spicy wings because that's something I enjoy so I need a little ranch to cool them down. Today I got my order but they didn't deliver any of the ranch that I requested which is absurd since they make you pay extra for it too. read more

This is pretty much a huge sports bar disguised as a buffalo wing restaurant. The wings are mediocre, mostly because the sauce was more like paste and the wings themselves came a few degrees from cold. Even the tiny hamburgers we ordered as an appetizer was nothing special. At 10:30 PM, the service was friendly and we sat watching Sports Center with no sound and playing Buzztime trivia. Now, this has nothing to do with the food or service, but this crazy guy sat at the bar with two consoles. I think he may have been drunk, insane or both. He kept coming to our table and talking to us in a slurred barely intelligible voice about the last question. We kicked his ass in trivia. Maybe if he was sober or if he took his lithium he could have been a force to reckon with. I mean two consoles? Even when sober that's an impressive feat unless you're Rain Man. read more

Thought it would be nice to come here tonight but the food made my boyfriend and I sick. Our waitress seemed clueless the entire time as if she never remembered where our table was. Our order was messed up not once, not twice, but three times. I had to have one of the hosts find our waitress so we can pay because she wouldn't come back and check us out. All of this and she never even apologized for any mess ups. She just said she "figured we would want to leave" read more

It's always something with this place. If it's not forgetting part of the order or inattentive staff, it's waiting forever for food that comes out cold (however the one time we complained, the manager took care of us). Tonight, my husband ordered a Manhattan on the rocks and got a glass full of whiskey and ice cubes. SMH. It's never been enough for us to stop going, the kids love it there. Now, we just make bets amongst ourselves what'll get messed up this time. read more

Nick doesn't suck. But damn.... $1 upcharge for all flats? WTF. $2 upcharge if its 15 or more wings? I almost have to put a quarter in to take a a leak. Come on BDubs. No mamen! At least take care of your regulars. Julissa is the best. She made that $1 upcharge hurt less. read more

While all Buffalo Wild Wings look the same; same decor, television setup, bar area, and all else, each one I've been to has still been vastly different when it comes to service and quality. I will have to admit, that it was darker than normal in the place when we first came in on a Sunday afternoon. It was what I called "hangover lighting." Everything was dim, most of the lighting coming from the televisions. There was garbage and crumbs strewn all about the floor, and it looked more like the night crew had not done that great of a job cleaning up the night before. Unlike my last foray to a BWW, where the service was atrocious, I found our server here to be competent and friendly, which is always a pleasure. Unfortunately, the food quality, was way under par. My wings (tiny- very tiny) were fine, but the boneless wings I ordered were one step away from inedible. I don't know if they were leftovers from the night before, or if the cook decided to take a nap while the batch was in the fryer, but these nuggets were super crunchy, and very dried out. If I wasn't from the school of "eat everything on you plate because there's starving kids in____" I would have left these miserable excuses for chicken well enough alone. Since the nearest Hooters is in Joliet, and BWW has pretty much monopolized the chicken wing trade in the area, I'm sure I'll be back, though. read more

This place is like Chuck E Cheese for adults. No one goes to Chuck E Cheese for the pizza! The food is so bad, I can't even give them above 1 star for carrying every sport you'd ever want to watch. I love that they have a lot of TVs and carry NFL Sunday ticket. I hate the food. The wings are dry, not juicy. The sauces aren't really all that great. The salsa (with chips) is the worst I've had anywhere. At least they can't screw up beer! I've been to other franchise locations, but this one is the worst. read more

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, I really do, I mean I've gone to countless locations and had an amazing time but the service here is horrendous. The location and restaurant itself is great. There's televisions everywhere, excellent food, the music is great and upbeat, but the service... ATROCIOUS. Our waitress Peyton had such an attitude. She barely spoke to us and I myself have some experience in the restaurant business so I can tell you she really was a bad waitress. She didn't up-sell or ask us if we'd like any more food, refills or sides. She checked on her other tables far more than ours because I kid you not, she didn't check up on us once! I asked for a drink due to the fact that my mouth was on fire from the wings I was eating (which were excellent) and I finally got my drink WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. You've got to be kidding me! I ordered wings not your attitude Peyton! I truly feel the horrible service ruined my dining experience and I seriously doubt I will be returning. read more

Today I dined in with my child around 2:00 pm, of course we have to wear our masks walking in but what is the point when all your servers are not wearing them or not wearing them properly even when bringing our food or drinks to the table. The place was not busy at all maybe 4 tables being used and I have to ask the hostess for things because our server was too busy socializing with other employees. When did we have to start asking for napkins? There is no excuse for disgusting bathrooms especially during covid times. I understand that the staff may be limited but these are simply tasks that should be done when serving the public. I have worked in the service industry for 20 years and I as well have to mask up for my 10 hour shift. Do better bww. And u should tell your servers if they want better tips to actually take care of the people they are serving. read more

Food is like any other Buffalo Wild Wings, the service is horrible. The waiters are not attentive at all and they can't even crack a smile or greet you nicely, And when we were done eating and wanting to leave, we had to sit there and wait 10 minutes for our waiter and even then we had to signal her over otherwise she wouldn't have came to our table. Once we gave her the credit card, it took her over 5 minutes to come back to us. The poor service alone here makes this buffalo wild wings unappealing read more

Unfortunately the only location close to my house. Been to many locations and those is the worst. Girl brings out the cold food, ordered hot btw, which was. When we said it was wrong she doubted us, until she looked at the ticket and realized we were correct. Then she huffs and puffs because she had to correct it. Saw our waiter 2 times, well 3 if you count the 20 minutes it took to get the water I had asked for. There's more but it's not worth my time. Not going back. read more

Ordered delivery pretty late to my hotel. It came 10 minutes earlier than expected, and my order was right. The delivery guy was efficient and friendly. I ordered traditional wings (wild and blazen) and I felt that they were under sauced. The onion rings were good; they are amazing when dining in, but that's on me! Overall it was pleasant and convenient. The food was what I expected... tasty just not the best wings around, and expensive for what you get. read more

Ok. So you are surrounded by tvs with games on that's a plus. Over 20 beers on tap. But quite frankly, it's not much better than hooters. Their wings...I guess they could have been worse. You pick the number of wings and then you get to pick what sauce you want the wings to be tossed in. There's quite a number of sauces (14). The hottest sauce they have is BLAZIN and I just laughed when i tried them. Can't believe they have a wing challenge with such a child's play. (Smokeaters will beat them any day). So, nothing special bout their wings. However, they offer many other items on their menu that seem appealing but had no room to try. It's hooters without the boobs, more beer choices, and "naked" wings served in many different sauces. read more

Went in last night for the boneless Thursday. The place wasn't as busy as we expected it to be so we figured we'd be seated and served quickly and with ease. We had to wait 5 minutes for a table but when we got to it it was completely wet and the menus were stuck to it. After drying it off with our utensils napkins we got to ordering. When the wings came they were really undersauced and hard like they had been sitting out for a bit. The outside was almost like biting a rock. The waitress asked us about 6 times within a ten minute span if we needed anything else but when we finally got the check she disappeared for a good 15 minutes until she picked it back up. read more

This place always does a number on to-go orders. Just picked up an order they forgot the salad and when they did make it put the wrong dressing all over it. Which is usually on the side. My chicken wrap looks like they dropped it from a building- the wrap is all ripped there's one tomato and forgot to put the ranch inside. My husbands boneless wings are completely dried out. When i call they put you on hold before you can finish your sentence then they pick up and hang up on you. This place should be shut down. Horrific food and service. read more

We had been here multiple times before and it has only been getting worse. Their "special" was a tall Bud light for $3.75. Which is not a special as the poster listing that price is on the wall every day. This last time, we ordered food to start the day and were drinking while watching the playoff games. We had walked over, due to the weather and the fact that we knew we would be drinking. We were there for a game and a half before management came over and cut us off. This was after we had previously talked with our waitress about walking, not to mention the fact that we had other members that joined us just an hour earlier and were going to drive us home. There are enough other places that we can walk to and enjoy a day/night out. We have spent our Christmas gift cards and have no reason to return read more

Every food item....came out just tasting awful. Like, why? And then forgot ranch. Well we didn't get asked so I guess that's our fault for not explaining :( spinach artichoke dip tasted like 99 cent rice-a-roni broccoli cheddar rice....wings were dry...queso tastes like beans now. And our salad was soggy old lettuce...with chicken on top....server was eh. I'll stick buffalo wild wings in Bolingbrook. read more

Slowest place I have ever been to. Ever actually. Pickup order and had to wait an extra 45 minutes after getting there for 16 wings

I usually only go here with my husband when there's a big game on, so it's always pretty busy when we go. That being said, there's always one thing wrong with our order- like a wrong beer brought to our table, forgetting a sauce, etc.. but is always corrected quickly, and we usually aren't charged for the mistake. We usually sit in the bar area, as many places in the restaurant when it's busy don't have good site-lines to a TV, or TVs aren't always on the best channels. read more

The staff was very nice. The wings were bigger & fresher but the sauces taste a little stale to me; I don't know if that's just how they all are but as far as wings go, this place keeps disappointing me.
