If you're looking for the Hooters concept but with a more diverse menu this place is the perfect choice. The lobster BLT rolls were amazing, with a great flavor and affordable. Stay away from the Mac and cheese unless you're OK with an after taste of beer and uncooked flour but as a side wasn't a deal breaker. Clean establishment with Attentive staff, would visit again. read more

Let me say this first, I did not know it was like a "hooters" type of place. I didn't necessarily have a problem with that.. just came as a surprise. On with the review.... So honestly, this rating is between 2 or 3 stars for me.. for a number of reasons: 1. Idk if every restaurant is choosing premixed drinks over real alcohol to save money or something but it's getting crazy. Even their shots are premixed. Their lemon drop shot is literally just a shot of Deep Eddys...... you guys, go to Mariano's/Target/Binnys and buy a 15 or 20$ bottle of Deep Eddys. Do not pay 7$ for a "baller shot" of that. We asked what drinks weren't premixed and from what I can remember, there was only about 3 drinks that wasn't plus all of their top shelf liquor. I just don't see the point of having a full bar just to fill it with premixed drinks.. but...ok 2. Apparently the workers are not allowed to taste any of their drinks... so if you're thinking about asking them which drink they like more, don't. They won't know what it tastes like. My friend and I were completely perplexed by this but then our waiter said it's bc not all of their hires are 21+up. Again....ok.. I guess 3. As you can see in my pictures, we were at first served a small plate of burnt sweet potato fries. Idk how they even made it to our table but we politely sent them back for a fresh order. The second picture is what they sent next. Much better, thank you. Kinda felt like you were trying to see if we'd accept anything.. But it's ok. You fixed it 4. Good things. - The two baller shots we did have were tasty (they were premixed still.. found that out later) - the pornstar drink (I didn't name the drinks, don't judge me) was not a premixed drink so we did order that. That one was good. - the second batch of sweet potato fries were good as well In conclusion.. I settled on 3 stars bc our waiter was the sweetest read more

Absolutely horrible service. Went there on a Saturday night and ordered 12 wings. I asked for 1 blue cheese and 1 ranch. as my order came out with fries I assumed it was "with" the wings order. When I saw the bill come out with a "fries" extra charge and an additional charge for "extra dip"...for the 12 wings order I informed the server I didn't order fries and was surprised by just being limited to one dip for the humongous wings they serve. I told the server I would ignore the extra dip charge and still was charged for everything else. I was extremely puzzled why she was insistent on pulling her manager in for her mistake order. The manager came out and was absolutely clueless on what a good customer experience would be and was more insistent on talking about her employee as her feelings were hurt and not focused at all the customer. Won't be back. read more

Had a truly wonderful meal. Everything we ordered was delicious and the beer is ice cold just as advertised. The staff were super friendly but often were in discussions with other guests or each other and not very attentive to customers waiting for service. Plenty of tv's everywhere to watch all the sports that you could want. Would definitely return in the future if I am in the area. read more

Stopped here for dinner with my friend today and for a Monday it was still pretty busy here. We ordered the Double Stacked Nachos with Brisket as an appetizer which was very yummy and the brisket was cooked perfectly. For our main course we ordered the The Hangover Burger w/ Sweet Potato Fries and the Lobster Mac & Cheese w/ Sweet Potato Fries both the Burger and the Lobster Mac & cheese were mid nothing special. For Dessert we ordered the Twin Peaks Sundae which honestly was the best thing we ordered tonight! The vanilla ice cream was elite. Overall Customer Service was slow there due to the fact there were only two waitresses running our entire section. I had a slightly better experience at this Twin Peaks compared to the Bolingbrook location, but overall it still fell short. Our server was very kind, got all of our orders correct, and genuinely did her best. She mentioned it was only her third shift, and it showed in the pacing. Service was very slow. With that being said, I don't blame her. Management shouldn't be assigning a brand new server to handle a 12-top table. Again, not the servers fault, purely terrible management. Drinks took a long time to come out, and the food took even longer. By longer, I mean a full hour. While the food here was a bit better than at the Bolingbrook location, the wait times made it frustrating. One positive is that they do a great job showing all the sports games, which adds to the atmosphere. In addition to very slow service and poor management, the bathrooms were not well-kept. One of the stalls was clogged, full to the rim with toilet paper and urine. Another stall had a bloody, used pad on the ground. Went into the bathroom to wash my hands and walked out still feeling dirty. I will give management a little credit, because a manager came over and offered a 20% discount on our food, along with a few coupons for free mozzarella bites. This was after they initially seated us near space heaters that were uncomfortably hot and didn't offer a solution, forcing us to move tables ourselves. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn't make up for the overall experience. For comparison, my previous visit to the other Twin Peaks location was a terrible experience. The had poor service and the food was honestly awful. A server there even admitted she doesn't eat the food because it's greasy and doesn't taste good. This Oak Brook location was an improvement, but still not enough to make me want to come back anytime soon. Overall, poor management, long wait times, and cleanliness issues really brought this experience down. 2/5 stars. read more

Been here many times as we go out a few times a week and get together . Always go with 4-5 of us and would say we spend good money eating and having drinks . I think every time we go here one of us say yeah I'm done with this place ...we'll am saying that now for me . Just went the other day . We sat at a table with a waitress that had zero personality and couldn't even say hello or really even show any sign of life . We then moved to the bar to wait there for 10-15 mins and actually had to flag one of the two girls down and say Hello can we get drinks , and she also had zero personality and showed no politeness or really anything - felt like we were bothering them . Really crazy how the vibe is here lately and weird. The food is typical bar food and nothing special- So I don't recommend and won't be back ....moving on to a new spot to go weekly !!!!! read more

Prices aren't bad, food isn't bad, it's a neighborhood sports bar. They said my erie needs to be over 85 words....mmmm

First time at this location. It gets pretty busy during the evening hours on a Friday. We got seated right away, preferred a booth so we got a choice. Unfortunately the booth was right under the speaker and so we sat next to each other because the music was blaring. Didn't take long to get served, got waters and sodas. Tasted fine. Appetizer: Chips and salsa 8/10, chips were really good and light. The salsa had a good spice to it and flavor was amazing. Having it warm was throwing me off a bit. Entrees: The hangover burger 7/10 the meat was cooked medium as they mentioned and I had no problem with that. The ingredients with the egg went really well together. The bacon was made my fave it was just really thick cut and wasn't too crazy about the flavor of it either. The fries were really good tho. The sirloin 7/10, the broccoli in the side wasn't seasoned as mentioned in the menu so they were just some microwaved ones. The steak was supposed to be cooked medium rare, got cooked close between medium well and well done so that was a bummer. Overall flavor was good tho. The mashed potato's didn't really hit as it wasn't really mashed there were bigger chunks in it and not too favorable. Service: Our waiter was super fun and friendly we didn't wait long as mentioned in the other reviews. It's reasonable to wait for your food to about 20-30 minutes or around there knowing it's going to be busy. And the food came out good, flavor wise of course too. We will be back, hopefully not seated under a speaker read more

Twin Peaks is a preferred choice for wings/beer and it tends to be a great fall-back option for a guys hang out. The look/feel of this place is a sports bar, which is great. It's large, can accommodate groups, and there are plenty of TVs so it is a great spot to catch a game. Our waitress, while scantily clad, was pretty attentive though and our beers were never empty. Speaking of beers, they have 29 degree beer, need I say more? The food is pretty good too. We had wings, wings, and more wings - highly recommend them. Prices are average. You leave feeling like you got a decent deal. The food is good and the views are solid, I'm sure we'll be back again soon. read more

Waitress was cool. Drinks were delicious. Sweet potatoes were yummy! My fish tacos came out cold with missing ingredients, so that was a letdown. Mr Supervisor on duty last night (05/26) refused services arbitrarily insisting I provide a debit card to order one beer at the bar. Take note that the bar was not busy at the time. In essence he was implying that policy is in place due to bartenders at the bar who are not able to collect the money owed on an orders. In all my recents visits (even meals at the bar) I never was asked for a debit card to start an order nor was I treated second-rate. Punish an inattentive employee for those incidents and not an honest paying customer. Learn to de-escalate, Mr Supervisor, and not give dagger looks and fist bump a patron, when he extends a hand after agreeing to leave in peace. He even refused services to my buddy who provided a card -- whose card was swiped and approved for a beer -- making him leave the restaurant shortly after I left. why shame a customer who already paid for his beer. And to make matters worse, he "high-fived" his staff and reveled in the moment with them as I peacefully exited the property. I think Mr Supervisor was trying to show off. Well, maybe he impressed his staff, but definitely didn't impress me, my buddy and any patron who may have witnesses the customer-shaming. Management review of Mr Supervisor is kindly requested. read more

What was supposed to be a night of fun turned out to be an evening of chaos and dealing with unprofessional management at the Oakbrook, IL location. Despite speaking to management consistently prior to our planned event, we arrived to blatant disregard for what was agreed upon. We had to ask several times just to get the game turned on then several more times to get the sound turned on and when it was finally turned on it was deliberately turned down so low that subtitles would have made for a better experience. The manager, Alex, was rude and argumentative at the front of the restaurant, making a scene rather than simply accommodating a very basic request that was promised ahead of time. We were made to feel completely unwelcome despite being a group that brought business in with intention to consistently bring in others. To make matters worse, food service was ridiculously slow. One guest didn't get their food until the game was basically over, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Corporate staff was also onsite and stood by doing absolutely nothing nor offering a simple apology for the mishandling of a planned event. This experience was unacceptable. We will never return, and I will make sure others in my community are aware of how unprofessionally we were treated. This was a missed opportunity to build lasting business, show support for women in sports, and demonstrated a clear lack of customer service, care, and accountability. read more

Checked in at 7:44pm for a party of 4, got seated at 8:12pm. It's currently 9:02pm & it took them over 20 minutes to bring one beer. I understand it's busy but this should be disclosed and mentioned previous to. This is the longest time i've waited and it's a Friday. No communication whatsoever from management or waitress as there are other tables around us where people are just waiting as well. We ordered everything at once to avoid having to wait. We got the chicken tenders, 18 bone in breaded wings (original, bbq & hot honey), sweet potato fries, fried pickles & the nashville chicken sandwich. Food was good!! Unfortunately not enough to make up for the wait. We still had to ask for utensils & napkins. They never took off the beer they didn't have from our tab. They forgot my regular fry & lemonade, I just had our waitress remove it as I was not going to wait for that. Overall, food is great! Hope to visit again and not deal with this service. Tab was about $110 before tip. read more

I am writing to formally complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience at your location 17W744 W 22nd St, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 restaurant on june 19. We chose your establishment for a family gathering, expecting a pleasant evening, but instead faced a severe lack of service and professional conduct. Our group placed our food and drink orders at 7:30 PM. It took an entire hour just to receive a bucket of beers. When the food finally arrived, multiple orders were incorrect; a sandwich was entirely missing, and worst of all, one of the children at our table did not receive their meal. Throughout this time, our waitress never checked back with us to ensure the order was complete or accurate.Seeking a resolution, I spoke with the manager on duty, Jose. I was not looking for free items, but simply wanted to bring these issues to his attention. Unfortunately, Jose handled the situation with an incredibly unprofessional attitude, even smirking while I explained our experience. As a manager, he should have addressed our concerns with empathy and urgency. Instead, his dismissive behavior ruined what was supposed to be a special family event.I expect a much higher standard of customer service from your brand. I look forward to your prompt response regarding how this matter will be addressed with the local management team.Sincerely,Salvador nunez read more

Food was great, service was great, server is a sweetheart! Only complaint that I have is that if have over thirty years in the Food industry and one of the things that was stressed was personal hygiene and showering every day. Exceptional Service with an Unforgettable Vibe Where do I start? The Oakbrook Terrace location delivers not just great food and drinks, but a full experience and it all begins with the customer service, which is absolutely phenomenal. Let's talk about Kya--a walking vibe. She's personable, funny, effortlessly magnetic, and just the kind of energy you want surrounding your evening. Even when I'm not seated in her section, she always makes a point to stop by and say hello. That kind of consistent, thoughtful service? You don't forget it. She's truly a whole vibe. The energy continues with entertainers like Elle (or "Elle Boogie" as I call her), Ari ( the Pin Up Girl), Corrine, and Mia--each one professional, poised, and engaging. They bring personality and presence to every interaction, making every visit feel elevated. Lately, though, I've been perched at the bar--and let me tell you, "Bar Star" Olivia does not miss. She's got that smooth, sultry bartender aura attentive, clever, and always on point with conversation. I'm a Manhattan enthusiast, and when I gave her my specific twist, she took it a step further with her own signature spin: half sweet, half dry vermouth, finished with maraschino cherries. The result? Perfection. I now call it "The Olivia" and it never misses. If you're visiting and enjoy a Manhattan with a unique flair, ask for "The Olivia". And if you appreciate top-tier service, great energy, and a welcoming, stylish environment this location delivers every time. read more

Food was great, drinks were great, what else could you really ask for? I had the blackened chicken with fried shrimp and fries, and it tasted great and came out of the kitchen quickly. Service at the front desks..instead the hostess and waitress were all over modeling all over the restaurant instead of serving the customers at the arrival time ... plus the manager had said there's was no tables available when you can see many tables empty and said there's a waiting time of 45 minutes before sitting plus he also mentioned that there's a reservation call of 24 hr if you like to reserve.!!!
