I had a slightly better experience at this Twin Peaks compared to the Bolingbrook location, but overall it still fell short. Our server was very kind, got all of our orders correct, and genuinely did her best. She mentioned it was only her third shift, and it showed in the pacing. Service was very slow. With that being said, I don't blame her. Management shouldn't be assigning a brand new server to handle a 12-top table. Again, not the servers fault, purely terrible management. Drinks took a long time to come out, and the food took even longer. By longer, I mean a full hour. While the food here was a bit better than at the Bolingbrook location, the wait times made it frustrating. One positive is that they do a great job showing all the sports games, which adds to the atmosphere. In addition to very slow service and poor management, the bathrooms were not well-kept. One of the stalls was clogged, full to the rim with toilet paper and urine. Another stall had a bloody, used pad on the ground. Went into the bathroom to wash my hands and walked out still feeling dirty. I will give management a little credit, because a manager came over and offered a 20% discount on our food, along with a few coupons for free mozzarella bites. This was after they initially seated us near space heaters that were uncomfortably hot and didn't offer a solution, forcing us to move tables ourselves. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn't make up for the overall experience. For comparison, my previous visit to the other Twin Peaks location was a terrible experience. The had poor service and the food was honestly awful. A server there even admitted she doesn't eat the food because it's greasy and doesn't taste good. This Oak Brook location was an improvement, but still not enough to make me want to come back anytime soon. We asked what drinks weren't premixed and from what I can remember, there was only about 3 drinks that wasn't plus all of their top shelf liquor. I just don't see the point of having a full bar just to fill it with premixed drinks.. but...ok 2. Apparently the workers are not allowed to taste any of their drinks... so if you're thinking about asking them which drink they like more, don't. They won't know what it tastes like. My friend and I were completely perplexed by this but then our waiter said it's bc not all of their hires are 21+up. Again....ok.. I guess 3. As you can see in my pictures, we were at first served a small plate of burnt sweet potato fries. Idk how they even made it to our table but we politely sent them back for a fresh order. Been here many times as we go out a few times a week and get together . Always go with 4-5 of us and would say we spend good money eating and having drinks . I think every time we go here one of us say yeah I'm done with this place ...we'll am saying that now for me . Just went the other day . We sat at a table with a waitress that had zero personality and couldn't even say hello or really even show any sign of life . We then moved to the bar to wait there for 10-15 mins and actually had to flag one of the two girls down and say Hello can we get drinks , and she also had zero personality and showed no politeness or really anything - felt like we were bothering them . Had a truly wonderful meal. Everything we ordered was delicious and the beer is ice cold just as advertised. The staff were super friendly but often were in discussions with other guests or each other and not very attentive to customers waiting for service. We ordered the Double Stacked Nachos with Brisket as an appetizer which was very yummy and the brisket was cooked perfectly. For our main course we ordered the The Hangover Burger w/ Sweet Potato Fries and the Lobster Mac & Cheese w/ Sweet Potato Fries both the Burger and the Lobster Mac & cheese were mid nothing special. Twin Peaks is a preferred choice for wings/beer and it tends to be a great fall-back option for a guys hang out. The look/feel of this place is a sports bar, which is great. It's large, can accommodate groups, and there are plenty of TVs so it is a great spot to catch a game. Our waitress, while scantily clad, was pretty attentive though and our beers were never empty. Speaking of beers, they have 29 degree beer, need I say more? The food is pretty good too. We had wings, wings, and more wings - highly recommend them. Prices are average. First time at this location. It gets pretty busy during the evening hours on a Friday. We got seated right away, preferred a booth so we got a choice. Unfortunately the booth was right under the speaker and so we sat next to each other because the music was blaring. Didn't take long to get served, got waters and sodas. Tasted fine. Appetizer: Chips and salsa 8/10, chips were really good and light. The salsa had a good spice to it and flavor was amazing. Having it warm was throwing me off a bit. Entrees: The hangover burger 7/10 the meat was cooked medium as they mentioned and I had no problem with that. The ingredients with the egg went really well together. The bacon was made my fave it was just really thick cut and wasn't too crazy about the flavor of it either. The fries were really good tho. The sirloin 7/10, the broccoli in the side wasn't seasoned as mentioned in the menu so they were just some microwaved ones. The steak was supposed to be cooked medium rare, got cooked close between medium well and well done so that was a bummer. Overall flavor was good tho. The mashed potato's didn't really hit as it wasn't really mashed there were bigger chunks in it and not too favorable. Service: Our waiter was super fun and friendly we didn't wait long as mentioned in the other reviews. It's reasonable to wait for your food to about 20-30 minutes or around there knowing it's going to be busy. And the food came out good, flavor wise of course too. Mr Supervisor on duty last night (05/26) refused services arbitrarily insisting I provide a debit card to order one beer at the bar. Take note that the bar was not busy at the time. In essence he was implying that policy is in place due to bartenders at the bar who are not able to collect the money owed on an orders. In all my recents visits (even meals at the bar) I never was asked for a debit card to start an order nor was I treated second-rate. Punish an inattentive employee for those incidents and not an honest paying customer. Learn to de-escalate, Mr Supervisor, and not give dagger looks and fist bump a patron, when he extends a hand after agreeing to leave in peace. He even refused services to my buddy who provided a card -- whose card was swiped and approved for a beer -- making him leave the restaurant shortly after I left. why shame a customer who already paid for his beer. And to make matters worse, he "high-fived" his staff and reveled in the moment with them as I peacefully exited the property. I think Mr Supervisor was trying to show off. Well, maybe he impressed his staff, but definitely didn't impress me, my buddy and any patron who may have witnesses the customer-shaming. What was supposed to be a night of fun turned out to be an evening of chaos and dealing with unprofessional management at the Oakbrook, IL location. Despite speaking to management consistently prior to our planned event, we arrived to blatant disregard for what was agreed upon. We had to ask several times just to get the game turned on then several more times to get the sound turned on and when it was finally turned on it was deliberately turned down so low that subtitles would have made for a better experience. The manager, Alex, was rude and argumentative at the front of the restaurant, making a scene rather than simply accommodating a very basic request that was promised ahead of time. We were made to feel completely unwelcome despite being a group that brought business in with intention to consistently bring in others. To make matters worse, food service was ridiculously slow. One guest didn't get their food until the game was basically over, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Corporate staff was also onsite and stood by doing absolutely nothing nor offering a simple apology for the mishandling of a planned event. This experience was unacceptable. We will never return, and I will make sure others in my community are aware of how unprofessionally we were treated. This was a missed opportunity to build lasting business, show support for women in sports, and demonstrated a clear lack of customer service, care, and accountability. read more

I understand it's busy but this should be disclosed and mentioned previous to. This is the longest time i've waited and it's a Friday. No communication whatsoever from management or waitress as there are other tables around us where people are just waiting as well. We ordered everything at once to avoid having to wait. We got the chicken tenders, 18 bone in breaded wings (original, bbq & hot honey), sweet potato fries, fried pickles & the nashville chicken sandwich. Food was good!! Unfortunately not enough to make up for the wait. We still had to ask for utensils & napkins. They never took off the beer they didn't have from our tab. Met some friends there on a Thursday night for the NFL game. The bar was pretty crowded but eventually got three seats together. They had multiple bartenders so getting beers was not a problem. Kitchen was pretty slow. Nice special on Thursday of chicken tenders and fries for $8. The place has plenty of tvs to watch games but it was odd that they didn't have the sound on for the MLB playoff game before the nfl game started. Plenty of parking. I've been to Oakbrook 3 times in one month, but on Saturday Aug2 between 2pm 3pm I was very disappointed with the bar employees. When I first sat at the bar, I waited and waited. Mind you not very busy. The girl brought a paper menu, looked at me and walked away. She never came back, I had to reposition myself to the center of the bar whe re there were 2 bartenders. To my amazement they both walked back and forth without acknowledging. I had to call out "hello may I have a goose Island beer" that took another 5-6 minutes as I had to wait till they were done with small talk amongst themselves. Finally got my beer. When I was done. I approached the bar for a refill. Once again no acknowledgement. Finally waved my hand to get attention, bartender pour me a beer. At that point I asked for the check, since I knew i wasn't going to stay. Not surprising she did not close me out. I had to ask her again. Just terrible. Now Tony who may be a manager is a example of customer service. He knows how to interact with his customers. Thumbs up to Tony. I go back but not on on the weekend. The service started off well. However when we got our drinks, my beer mug was cracked and had pieces of glass around the rim. I asked for a replacement and that's when the service went downhill. The waitress started slamming things on our table. We also asked for a replacement on a beer mug that had a lot of tajin, the waitress said it's hard to remove, so they'll still serve it dirty.
