Came here because it was closer than my usual BWW in Langhorne PA. Signs out front were promoting their place was a top 50 BWW. If this was a top 50, I'd hate to see their bottom 50. My first beer had a bug smashed to the inside of the glass. Then I ordered 3 grilled chicken dippers with potato wedges. The wedges were way overcooked and crunchy. The grilled chicken was incredibly dry. And I ended up eating it all with my hands because the silverware they gave me was filthy. And, despite all this, they didn't even comp me one of the cheap club and cranberries I was drinking at the end of the night. read more

we had a grand old time the wings were fire, the apps, were fire, the table next to use had a birthday and we got to sing happy birthday to them, our server was amazing (we kept hinting it was my birthday and he got everyone to sing to me), he was very quick with getting our food out, very nice ambiance, the whole staff was great, we were 100% the loudest in there but we had the best time ever. I've been to BWW plenty of times, multiple locations (here, North Brunswick, and Langhorne), and never really felt compelled to review it. It's a chain, people are pretty familiar with it, and in general if you go here you know what to expect. Today's visit however exceeded my expectations and the combination of above and beyond service and overall food quality/attention to detail most certainly earned 5 stars. In general I don't think BWW is a 5-star joint, but it was today. We were seated quickly and our waiter came over right away to get us drinks. We ordered a large fry to split with the salt/vinegar dry rub sprinkled on it (try this, thank me later) along with cauliflower wings for my wife and boneless wings for me. We both opted to try the new limited time flavors, sweet chili lime and general tso's. Wings were really, really good today. Sometimes I've had them come out dry, etc. Today they were perfect. I get celery with mine, and the celery slices were amazing. Sometimes at wing places the celery is small and kind of gross. These were big, fresh, crunchy slices. We both got take home boxes and the waiter even brought me extra blue cheese cups to take home. I remarked to my wife how much this location has upped their game since our last visit. Before leaving, the manager was also circulating and checking on tables. She stopped at ours. I would attribute the quality of this experience and the marked improvement across the board compared to the last time I ate at this location to the management. Great job folks, I'm looking forward to football season and I know we'll be back soon. Only gripe was that one block of TV's wasn't playing sports...this is a sports bar. So I'd give it 3.5-4 stars as it was better than good but not "amazing" which is what popped up when I put in 4 stars. Anyhoo the service was welcoming, attentive and friendly (5 stars). The atmosphere is nice, I like the bright open space, a bit cleaner/classier than the owl place with plenty of tvs for your viewing pleasure. Menu section appears reasonable and more than a few comfort food choices beyond their brand of wings. I was pleased that they offered free samples of their wing flavors, including a small order of fries to test them. I personally would recommend to pass on the spicy bacon sauce though. I did get the happy hour motz sticks which was a decent price for my cravings, and then opted for the spicy garlic traditional wings. $18 bucks is a bit steep but I do have to say the wings were larger than I'm used to, and the 2 blue cheese and celery were included at no up charge. The only draw back, my wings were doing backstrokes in all the sauce they were smothered in. If I go again I may have to ask for "tossed lightly" or sauce on the side. Lastly it appears as though they have a really good selection of beers on tap, though I did think my Guinness @ $8.50 was overpriced by $1. All in all a good stop, good food and friendly service. I understand it's Super Bowl Sunday, but if they couldn't handle it, they should have a system in place to stop taking orders. Was told that it would take multiple days to get a refund, and that my food would not be made in time. I should have received a gift card for how bad my experience was. Spent 40 extra minutes trying to get out of the parking lot, which was populated with people misparking all over the place because the staff inside could not handle the demand. Had other customers yelling at me. Do not go to Buffalo Wild Wings on Super Bowl Sunday (my fault). On UFC events the work is arduous and often tables are full of people who eat and sit for hours; regardless, Jessie and Lentz showed the upmost professionalism. The only negative point was the slightly stressful coming in and out of the restaurant, as it is right off of 1. the service 10 out of 10, the food 10 out of 10 and the atm 10 out of 10, it was quiet, which I appreciated, the service was fast and the room not too loud. it was my birthday we celebrated, a group of three, and everyone, the manager and entire staff made sure I had an amazing and special dinner! we came for happy hour and can highly recommended the blue Long Island. Stopped in today (on a Monday) with my bf. The prices on the lunch menu are pretty unbeatable. Then we both agreed whoever was working that bar made us each some of the best bloody Mary's we've ever had. We've been to every restaurant in the area at this point, from the Olive Garden to Bahama Breeze and every other local chain to all the mom & pop type independent food places in between, & we've yet to receive service as good as we got from our server today. (I think she said her name was Heather) We tried to leave her a good tip (like $20 off our $40 check) & she told us she works the lunch shifts Mondays/Wednesdays through weekends, so we plan to frequent this location more often just to have her as our server honestly. Please give these workers a Christmas bonus or something cause our server was seriously so sweet, attentive, awesome & whoever you got behind that bar is doing their thing too! I was rather excited to finally have one of these in my area as it was a diamond in the ruff. Fell flat, mediocre at best. The wings are honestly not my favorite thing they offer there, WOMP. I find that the sauce is just sloppily drenched onto the wings, but the variety of flavors is cool and you can mix & match per order. I've had much better buffalo sauce however. The wing skin in particular is a bit fatty, needs to be crispier. Some decent apps though such as the fried garlic mushrooms with a killer chipotle mayo sauce. The large pretzel with again, a killer queso for dipping, and their chili queso dip served with nachos. 1/2 price during happy hour ('til 7, M-F). Was disappointed in their happy hour drink specials; they could up their game since they have so many beers on tap -- only $1 off and $3 for watered down Coors. We got takeout today using the special 15 traditional/ 15 boneless/plus fries for $30 deal. We also got some onion rings. Getting it for takeout I already knew we'd be sacrificing some quality since it's all fried but this was so much worse than expected. To start the fries were inedible. They were clearly old and had that nasty leathery consistency. We got carrots and celery to go with the wings and the carrots were also old and had that white powder situation going on and were damp in the bags which was not very appetizing. I requested two sides of blue cheese and we didn't get any and I'm the kind of person that really needs the sauce to properly enjoy my meal so that was a huge bummer. Due to COVID we've been getting takeout for over a year now and obviously you're going to lose some quality but we've gotten wings and fries from other places before that came out great. I ordered a drink with diet coke, and my friend requested a regular coke. Since we both wanted coke, I made sure to emphasize twice that I needed diet coke. We also placed our food orders, choosing our favorites: Thai curry chicken, boneless chicken for a little boy, cauliflower wings for the vegetarian among us, and the beloved potato wedges. To our surprise, the food arrived before the drinks. It seemed a bit off, so we inquired about our drinks. The waiter appeared surprised and assured us that they were on their way. Eventually, two glasses with ice were brought to the table. Just to confirm, I asked, "Diet Coke, right?" The waiter seemed completely puzzled and replied, "No, both are regular." To our surprise, he flipped through his order notepad and said that nothing was recorded. We kindly requested him to place the order, and eventually, after another fifteen minutes, we received the second helping of potato wedges. At this point, we couldn't help but wonder what was wrong with our waiter. Despite the excellent taste of the food, the overall experience was quite stressful due to the numerous mishaps and miscommunications. In conclusion, while Buffalo Wild Wings still remains our favorite spot for the scrumptious Thai curry chicken and delectable potato wedges, our recent visit left much to be desired. The waiter, although friendly and fluent in English, seemed to struggle with our orders and missed several important details. The delay in serving our drinks and the forgetfulness regarding the potato wedges left us feeling a bit frustrated. I was able to go in & out in 30 minutes including ordering, eating and settling the check. The food was good and the lunch menu they have is great. Snack size wings and a side for less than $10. Can't beat that! To top it off, the food did come out within the 15 minutes that is advertised. The decor is like any other BWW. Had to work late one night at the office, or really early in the morning, depending on your interpretation of ordering dinner at 12:45am on a weeknight. Understandably there aren't too many options in the area beyond 9pm and at midnight, almost nonexistent except for Buffalo Wild Wings. I quickly grabbed the orders from everyone, placed the order, was quoted a specific time and made a beeline for the door when the time came to drive over. Upon arriving at BBW, at 1-ish in the morning, the lot was not bustling but there were a few tabletops, about 10-12 customers and 7-8 employees both outside and inside. All the TVs were on, tunes to sporting events, and if I didn't just walk in from the darkness I would have thought it was the start of dinner service which obviously was surprising given the time of day. I waited quite a bit for about 4 orders, which I was not very happy about, over 30 minutes after I arrived to be honest. Since I still had work to do, I timed my arrival according to the time I was quoted but ended up waiting at the bar, and had someone tell me it will be out shortly every 7 minutes after I sat there for 10. That was a bit annoying. Stop telling me it will be out shortly and it not be so. The food was pretty good, my colleagues enjoyed there black bean burger, salad, and wings (garlic parm and Thai - something), both boneless and not. Also ordered garlic parm fries and onion rings. All in all, maybe we were all jaded from starvation, but I do believe the food was good. There wasn't anything left over besides a few fries. If it wasn't for the extra half hour I had to wait for the order, I would have scored BBW higher. The lunch menu claims they guarantee your order will be prepared in 15 minutes. When our table of 6 ordered they made a point to tell us our orders would not be done in 15 minutes and it ended up being closes to 30 minutes. Tried the boneless and bone-in combo with fries and slaw. Slaw was completely forgettable, didn't bother to finish it. I like the fries - sprinkled with black pepper and salt, thin/McDonalds style so eat them while they are hot. Liked both of the wings, but wasn't totally thrilled with the sauces. Asian Zing was a bit too teriyaki for my taste. Hot garlic was all hot, minimal garlic. Both were good, but I'd like to try more sauces since neither were out of this world.
