8oz Sirloin

Absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back here. The amount of times I have been here and there has been hair on my steak is outrageous. The amount of times I have ordered my steaks medium and then they come back basically raw. This is my last time coming here. The most recent time I was there I ordered a steak medium and it came back with a piece of hair on it, I sent it back and they made me another, the other one comes out and I cut it, it's RAW. Totally not how I ordered it. Didn't even bother complaining about the way it was cooked because I have complained before and had to send my steaks back multiple times and it was still wrong. So disappointing because I used to rave about this place. Texas Roadhouse has gone downhill by a mile. Will never return.

Very disappointed by this location. We ate here a few weeks back with a large party of visitors. Almost a third of the group had some stomach issues an hour after dinner and we did not have any food prior. We called up Texas roadhouse to inform them, not to make a complaint, but more so to warn them in case there was something in the food that caused us to feel unwell and didn't want this for other patrons. The person in our party who called spoke very calmly, and spoke in a very matter-of-fact manner. We didn't expect much but at least would have appreciated a "hey, thanks for the heads up." This is where the stars were lost: The manager kept repeating that their standards and quality is of utmost importance, and that everything is thoroughly checked, and pretty much dismissed us. A bit disappointing considering the fact of how much food we ordered on the so-called high quality of food. I would think twice before coming back to this location. We love this chain and disappoints me to give such a low rating.

20oz Bone in Rib Eye Medium Well cooked to perfection. The Chicken Fried steak with Gravy was on, with the Blooming Onion.

The food was cooked to order, perfection as usual. They honor the veterans every year with a certificate to use anytime. There are several meals listed on the certificate to choose from. They service you get from any of the servers that work there are the best. They are very outgoing and can't do enough for you to make your evening special. The atmosphere is unique if you like country music and setting you and your family will have a great time especially the kiddies they cater to the kids to have a memorable day. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great event with your family. Oh yeah the butter for their hot rolls so delicious

Well, I finally had my last visit here for a while. As I have noted previously, 9 out of 10 times you're sending your steak back here. Yesterday I sent mine back three times because each were inedible. The first was well done and I ordered medium. The second one was gristly and chewy and was also too rare. The third I finally just accepted because I was starving but it was still just not good. I'll now be going to other local steakhouses where it's right the first time and I can sit there and enjoy it. The salad here is excellent though and I will miss it the most. I will say, however, the servers here are always great. Our server, Melaki, was attentive and corrected my steaks fast while making sure the last steak was removed from bill (unexpected) since I didn't eat much of it. As for the temperature it wasn't bad yesterday when it was a very chilly day outside so it was nice and warm inside. I will not be back here for a very long time, if ever. It's a shame.

20oz Bone In Ribeye and loaded mash. Very tasty

Went here tonight with my GF and her mom looking to get a good meal. We had about a 40 minute wait, which at 6pm on a Saturday isn't bad. We were seated, placed drink and appetizer orders, then placed our main order. A few minutes later our appetizer came out; got their version of the Bloomin Onion which was delicious! Our big complaint came when about 15 minutes after the appetizer came out our server came over and notified us that they no longer had the prime rib my GFs mom ordered. The prime rib was the main reason she came out. When we talked to a manager about why it took so long for us to be told so she could order something different she just seemed indifferent; although she did end up comping the meal she ended up ordering as a replacement. We could tell our server was upset when she came to tell us about the issue with the prime rib. We told her it wasn't her fault as she was doing the best she could to take care of us. The 20oz bone in ribeye is absolutely tasty! Got mine medium and was perfect.

Unfortunately, we both had to send back our steaks. The steaks were chewy and tough. We like Texas but we will hold off going there for a while. The service was excellent though. It's a hit or miss on the steaks.

Delicious & Filling A great option for family dinner, tons of options to keep everyone satisfied & happy. Typically, I will order the prime rib or bone in ribeye. Both are fabulous! And don't forget the creamy horseradish for that spice to cut through the rich flavors of the steak. Steamed veggies is just broccoli, which I prefer instead of a medley & they broccoli always pairs well with steak. For starters, the fried pickles are THE BEST & the bread is to die for !

Twisted Mozzarella

My second visit here was way less chaotic than the first time as we went at 4 pm when they opened. We were seated immediately at a 6 person table all to ourselves which was nice. Tried the twisted mozzarella sticks this time while my partner had the rib appetizer. Both were very good. The sticks were crispy and tasty and the ribs were smoky and fell off the bone. We both ordered the Dallas filet with sides of mashed. Both were cooked as ordered and melted in your mouth. The mashed were delicious but the green beans were in a strange pool of oil. Another great meal. We will be back!

Best bread

Pretty good food . Love the bread . Best steakhouse in town . Father's Day is good and Texas do a great job for us dads

Sirloin and shrimp

Walked in on a Tuesday night . It was kind of busy but there still wasn't a wait . Our server Kier was excellent. Very high energy , attentive and made our dining experience so much better . I got the sirloin medium and shrimp with loaded mash and broccoli my date got sirloin with ribs loaded mash and green beans . Both were delish and presentation / serving size was good . For drinks I got a house lit and sangria margarita on the rocks . I definitely recommend that sangria it did what was supposed to be done lol . My date got the ma go margarita it was a little too sweet for my taste but if you like sweet drinks give it a try . Over all the experience was awesome and I would definitely come back again . Sb: then rolls are slamming Happy eating

Texas Roadhouse is the best! From the staff to their delicious food! Location: It is located in Hamilton NJ. Lot of seatings inside. As always it is busy!! Call ahead for reservation! Service: The staff is always nice in all locations. Food: First of all the FREE BREAD and PEANUTS is the best!! Breads are freshly baked and when it comes it is hot and comes with sweet butter which match it perfectly! Bucket of peanuts is served while you wait for your order! BONE IN RIBEYE: so delicious! Juicy and please make it medium well. Sides are amazing too my faves are BUTTERED CORN and STEAMED VEGETABLES! BBQ RIBS: the meat pulls out of the bone! The sauce is delicious. COMBO GRILLED CHICKEN and 6 oz SIRLOIN: this is perfect for me! Cause I can eat both with a small portion, plus I ended up having to take it home. BAKED SALMON: taste fresh and not that much seasoning so you can actually taste the salmon! CACTUS BLOSSOM: omg this is my favorite here, so crunchy and good! Price rating: 6/10, not bad for amount of food and deliciousness you get! OMG I will definitely go back here for the free bread! They are soo good! Buy Cactus Blossom!

The chicken with mushrooms and loaded potatoes were delish.

Charlie and I both chose the Creekstone Ribeye ( I opted for the Horseradish Creme Fraiche) and our wives both chose the Crab Crusted Halibut. all entrees came out cooked to order and piping hot. We also shared an order of creamed spinach. No dessert as we were doing that at home, but the coffee hit the spot. JS is BYOB so don't forget to bring your wine. I was especially looking forward to ordering the ribeye and lit up instantly when the server listed it as one of the specials. The server shared that he would need to collect the orders for all of our courses at the same time which was fine with me. I actually had more confidence in the timing of everything for that reason. Our server had a delightful energy particularly at the beginning of our visit. After we placed our orders, everything began to fall apart. It did get noticeably busy since we first arrived, but we ultimately waited for our main entrees for over 3 hours. 3 hours. The table ordered the charred octopus and the oysters to start. The oysters hit the table fairly quickly, but then we began to gradually notice how long it was taking for the octopus to come. I had only a slither of the octopus so that I could say I tried it. Everyone at the table raved about the taste. I did, however, agree that their oysters were delicious especially when dressed with a little bit of mignonette, lemon, horseradish and a touch of Tabasco sauce. I'm excited to now report that I am a fan of fresh oysters from the east coast, because apparently the coast matters. The table also ordered the canaletto stuffed with mascarpone, parmesan and another cheese, langostines and lobster with morel mushroom cream sauce, garnished with truffles. I passed on this one also as it was too adventurous for my taste buds; although, their delicious bread and our drinks did distract me for a little while. The restaurant is BYOB, so we had our wine to keep us company while we observed other tables come and go. We eventually asked to see the manager and was told there wasn't a manager on duty which was either untrue or a very poor decision on the part of the owners considering it was a Friday evening. Having someone occasionally check in with our table may have also helped to take the pressure off of the server who may have gotten overwhelmed or decided to prioritize other tables. Having a manager offer a personal apology may have helped us feel less forgotten about. After the three hour mark, we decided this was enough. I didn't have much to eat at this point, but I wasn't at all worried initially since I was there for the main event, the ribeye. I stopped a hostess who was walking past our table and asked for the manager. We were again told the manager is not here but can be called, if needed. I simply replied, "Please do". Shortly afterwards, I noticed our server who at this time was standing by the host stand briskly walk into the kitchen and then return to our table with our plates. I sent the food back which was a decision that was supported by everyone at the table. Let me tell you, that was a difficult decision to make, but I also was ready to call it a night. Our mood had changed, and I truly felt like we were derservant of having the same experience as everyone else that night. Our server apologized for his part to play in the ordeal which I appreciated since I know his intention was never malicious, but unfortunately we had to call this night a bust. He offered us dessert on the house, and our entire meal was comped which we felt was an appropriate resolution. I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bread pudding which was a favorite. Very good. Jasper Stone is a beautiful establishment with decorative yellow and white floral arrangements throughout the dining area. It is clearly a popular restaurant and has many positive reviews. I regret that I could not have a comparable experience.

I visited Steakhouse 85 for the first time on Thursday, March 19th. We all know the food is fantastic, but what impressed me even more was the employees. When I walked in, I was greeted by the hostess, who had a big smile and bright eyes. She showed us to our table swiftly, and during our time there, her smile and warm welcome continued as she greeted other incoming diners. Our waiter appeared quickly with the first question would you like something to drink, water, etc. After the initial greeting, and now ready to take our order, he excitedly told us he had the pleasure of tasting most of the items he suggested. His excitement about the food he had the "pleasure of tasting" (his words) was apparent. Also, I had the pleasure of speaking to Monica, a manager at Steakhouse 85. She was kind, thoughtful, insightful, and well spoken. I could easily see why she holds that position and could have talked to her as I would a good friend. How a great manager like Monica gets those around them to react positively is by example; in other words, it's the ripple effect. It is easy to see that she is the type of person who, no matter what she does or where she goes in life, success will follow. Also, I want to say thank you to the owner and all the managers because hiring the right employees, from the cooks, busboys, and servers, is not an easy job in itself. The key to success is not just about the food; it's also the employees who add to the establishment's success! Great Job To All Of You! Kindness should never be taken for granted these days! Frances
