Service was a little slow as they initially only had one person working the food line and register. Someone eventually came out to assist as there was a line forming at about 1pm. Unfortunately, they do not have a lunch special so it was $18 for a meat, 2 sides and rice. They advised that they have specials only on Tuesday and Saturday. Bummer! I ordered the yams, Mac and cheese, rice and sweet & spicy chicken tenders. They were fried perfectly and still crunchy even after the food got a little colder. I will try them again on a Tuesday and remember the specials is CASH only.

What an amazing experience today at this spot! The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful. I honestly felt like I was a family baby shower with the amount of top tier food selections that they had. The owners were super sweet and friendly and that was the icing on the cake. There's plenty of space for a group dine-in, black tablecloths and everything. Would definitely be bringing my family/friends here to experience this gem!

The Fried basa was 10/10. Probably the best piece of fried fish I've ever had. The turkey wings were tender and seasoned; exactly what you want. I didn't have the fried chicken, but my friend said it was delicious and crispy. The sides were just as tasty. I'd say the Yams were the best.. sooo soooo good. Can't wait to try the other food options. Hopefully next time I go they have more specials available. I went during lunch time, so the menu was limited. This is more of a grab and go place. The service was quick, but I did arrive 30 min after they opened. I would recommend calling before you go so that you know what they have before ordering. Can't wait to try them again!

We saw Tracey's Kitchen on TikTok and were curious about all the hype about the food and this $25 Seafood Boil. 1st of all she opened up on time, served a good number of people efficiently and was very professional. The staff was friendly and engaging, the food was well-worth the drive up from Delaware, and the restaurant was clean and appealing to the eye. Tracey was phenomenal! At one point I could see her in the Kitchen getting things done! Then, she was out on the floor greeting customers. This restaurant easily gets 5 Stars Plus!!!! Remain Blessed Tracey and it was nice meeting Mom's! BTW, the Fresh Made Lemonade was the Bomb!!!

I saw a deal on Groupon for Tracey's Kitchen and decided to give it a try. I work downtown and it was right around the corner. I told them that I have a Groupon deal but they told me that they no longer accept Groupon;their "account was hacked," they said. Ok, well I was already there so I decided to try their beef steak, collard greens and Mac and cheese. The beef steak/beef stew was good but lots of fat and gristles. The collard greens were over cooked and highly vinegar'ed and the the Mac and cheese was overly salty. I pad $17 for my meal and I ate just the beef chucks and tossed out the rest. Very disappointed!

Stopped by for takeout. Ordered the oxtails, which comes with rice and two sides ($12.50) ordered three - collards, sweet potatoes, and mac. Extra sides are $3.50. Hubby ordered whiting fish ($10.50), which came with rice and two sides. He opted for the cabbage and mac. We asked for two slices of bread for the fish and were given the option of white or wheat. We were then directed to a condiment table for tartar and hot sauce. Hubby ordered lemon cake ($2) for dessert. Portions were generous (see pics) and the food tasted great! The place is clean with free on the street parking. We'll be back!

I think they're cash only but I may be wrong. The entrees all come with rice and beans and two other sides. Medium is already a ton of food (a lot of rice and beans, and they're really generous with the gravy!). My favorite sides were the candied yams and the cabbage. The entrees I tried were -brown stew chicken ($7.50 for medium) - really great; the gravy is delicious. Several pieces were super tender and fall-off-the-bone. -jerk pork ($8.75 for medium) - really like the jerk seasoning! My friend who has a lower spice tolerance found it a bit too spicy but I liked it a lot. From the look of things, it has fallen into the strongest ownership and has a great chance of achieving longevity in this old river town neighborhood. If jazz is your sound, Rosetta's will fill that niche in your soul. From the moment I walked in and took a stool at the counter, the smooth jazz soundtrack kept me company. The presence of a full drum kit, electric keyboard and microphone stands in the front of the house by the entry door had me wondering if I would be lucky enough to audience a morning session. It wasn't to be, but it sure did set the mood for evening possibilities. My breakfast was simple. Sausage, fried egg and provolone cheese on rye sandwich, with side of home fries (onions & peppers added). The chef's skilled hands were visible from my seat, as was his laughing interaction with customers who called him out to acknowledge his presence. That was fun. The meal was good, but would have been exceptional had the sandwich been doubled up (2 of everything) and presented on an English muffin of Kaiser rather than sliced rye. The limited choice of white, wheat or rye for this creation missed the mark. Those taters on the other hand, were excellent and the java strong, fresh and tasty. PRO TIP - Add this big boy to the morning menu as a choice for those who appreciate what double meat, egg and cheese can do for the satisfaction of the hungry. Otherwise, it was all worthwhile. That Sunday brunch with mimosa and AYCE spread accompanied by live jazz is totally appealing, and we may drop in soon.
