Would not recommend this BWW to anyone. Went in with friends to do our Fantasy Football draft. Took forever to get our food, server ask if everyone's food was correct. I wouldn't know because mine order was never brought out. She went and got my order but it was too cold to eat. They didn't care one bit. So if you like warm beer and cold food this BWW would be your place. Totally subpar experience. This BWW was once a great place to go eat and enjoy time with friends. Now it's like no one cares one damn bit. Been 3 times this year all visits were very subpar. Will never go to this one again. read more

We went in for the bottomless apps. We got sat and waited 10 minutes to even get greeted. We ordered pickles and mozz sticks for the first round and they said they were out of the mozz sticks. (we should have left then.) We got chips and queso instead. Then we order some onion rings and they're out of those too! So now all we've had to eat is pickles and chips. So we order a sandwich to share to try and fill up. It was very basic and not very hot. I was not impressed at all. And the inside of the place was dingy and smelled like spilled beer. Horrible management and experience. We are visiting the area and I had went to a local coffee shop (which was amazing by the way) and then came to Buffalo Wild Wings. I brought my coffee in to finish it. I walked in the door and the first thing the lady at the front said was trash your drink, we don't allow outside drinks. 5 Stars. We try to eat here every Saturday. The staff here is consistent, & it doesn't seem to they have a lot of turnover which is positive. The employees seem happy. The food is consistent. Boneless Wings for the kids/husband. My go-to is the cheese curd bacon burger. If you go in on Thursday, it will be busier & louder since it's BOGO DAY boneless wing day. Super great deal if bringing the whole family, but personally we like our quiet Saturday afternoons. read more

So after many years, I can officially say this place has fallen from grace. The food has become overcooked and under-seasoned, and it seems they more interesting in speed of service than quality. Sure, they are a sports bar and have kitschy table games and standard sports games on the many TVs, but most people would come to a BWW for the food. I implore you, don't come here for the food. It's lost the initial magic of being a new choice to eat at with friends in this small town with few options for the younger crowd like myself, and is now just sad. I've been a regular here for since 2018, usually on Thursdays for the boneless special. At first it was always a great experience - better than any restaurant in the area - but starting with the menu change in 2019, the experiences because to lose the high quality. It started with the queso change. I love queso. I ordered it all the time before the changed it in 2019. Now, it's just gross. After the menu change, the quality of service changed. I've experienced issues ranging from poor customer service, to less than quality servers (and I don't like mentioning it because too many good servers get the short end of the stick), to cold, undercooked, or gristle filled wings, to orders being wrong. We waited 20 mins after being seated by a hostess and no server ever appeared. (Even though many were just standing around watching the game that was on). Told a server on the way out why we were leaving. He said "Oh, seriously? Sorry." Left and went to the Fishin' Pig nearby and had a great meal. I've eaten at numbers BDubs in the area and this one is the worst. They have yet to get an order correct from the kitchen. Every, friggin, time. Dry chicken chunks in both salad and buffalitos. Specifically asked for no tomato or sour cream - order came with both (again). Server gave up on us when he saw we were not happy w the order. I assumed he figured he wasn't getting a tip anyway. Although it was the kitchen's fault not his Is all you want is beer and chicken wings it's hard to screw that up. Anything else and it's best to go someplace else Won't be back Update. Went back b/c we were given a gift card. Same deal. Food was served cold. Had to actually get up and go to server station and ask for silverware. After returning to table and waiting a few minutes I actually went back to the station, turned out server around and took the napkins and utensils from her ha d and said 'we are hungry and gonna eat now'. The absolute most pitiful service I've ever had. Waiter had the poorest attitude I've ever seen, snapped at everyone and when I tried to order drinks for a member of a party that wasn't there yet, dude got pissed and said he wasn't taking it. Then came to the table to take orders, and was never back. I finally caught him to ask for a water, and he shook me off and never came back except to bring the check. Then after he rung up the card, the bill miraculously went from 90 to 100. So I assumed he added gratuity, and I certainly wasn't going to add any more after the lack of service as well as the attitude. Then he came back by for the 3rd time to say "100 dollar fucking bill and no goddamn tip" and then after we left, came outside to yell something to the extent of "fucking ridiculous" across the parking lot. If you're ever been to BWW, this one is pretty ordinary. I go during lunch about once a week, and most of the time I have a pleasant experience. I've only ever had one waitress who I would consider bad; she overcomplicated things when we ordered, ended up getting my order wrong, never brought napkins even though we had traditional wings, and never gave me a refill my entire meal. This again, was only one of my many visits here. I've had every type of sauce here-twice at least. The best flavor is spicy garlic. Do yourself a favor and try it, but it is a little on the spicy side of the scale. Overall, this b-dubs is OK, but nothing spectacular. If you like wings or sports, go here. So my son and  If I decided we wanted to come here and finish the titans game last night. Is planning to eat some chicken wings and fries.  When we walked in I walked up to the hostess stand and we were greeted by the glasses wearing hostess with "there is a 15min wait". Not "hi welcome to Bdubs" or any other polite greeting. She then asked if we wanted a table and I reluctantly said we wanted a high top table when available. She reminded me again it would be 15mins and we would need to sit on the benches or wait outside. I said fine and asked if we could walk over to order a drink while we waited. Then the nasty glasses wearing hostess snapped at us stating "we could not do that, that we either could sit on the benches or wait outside". I am now very irritated, but both of us were hungry for chicken wings. So my son and I stepped to the left of the hostess station and immediately the nasty glasses wearing hostess snapped at me again and told me "you cannot stand there b/c that is a fire hazard". That was it for me! Even the couple that was standing there were taken back. I told her to take us off the list b/c that we would not eat here. I frequent the one at Tanglewood in Roanoke with friends watching games in Roanoke. We were in visiting parents and family. I have never ever been talked to so nasty. That nasty glasses wearing hostess should be mopping floors in the kitchen and not be dealing with customers. I will never set foot or spend a dime in that location. Management really needs to rethink the glasses wearing hostess's position. read more

Service can be a hit or miss if not waited on by the certain handful of staff members that seem to stick around. Management seems cold and distant. I've never had a member of management check on our table & have never seen the servers/bartenders receive assistant by them either. The one time I had interaction with the middle aged African American female manager, it wasn't a favorable one. The bartender noticed part of my order wasn't pleasing to the eyes. I never brought it to his attention but he insisted to get me a new order of wings. She (the manager) brought out the new order with a disgusted look on her face and simply said "are these the wings you didn't like?" When I nodded yes she abruptly grabbed them and walked away. No apology, no smile, no questions on what was wrong with them. This past Tuesday while our server was slammed waiting on tables and helping man the bar, the same female manager stood at the table beside us chatting it up with someone she knew for nearly 20-30 mins. While the entire time my boyfriend and I sat with empty drinks, dirty tables sat surrounding us and watched as a new customer seated flagged down a server to see if he could eventually order something to eat. Only to be told he wasn't in her section. I had to go to the bar and ask for a refill and the check. It's a shame to have management around on a busy night not setting an example of being a team player. read more

If you have ever been to a BWW then this place is the same as many others in the chain which I like because that means the food is consistently good. Thursdays are 60 cent boneless wings. Happy hour prices are always great $2 domestic beers on Thursday. They also have trivia on Thursdays in which you can win $5 per round you win and you don't pay in. Their alcoholic drinks always taste good as far as their mixed drinks, my favorite is any of their margaritas. Good list of draft and bottled beers. The nachos are huge and always taste amazing. We usually order their honey BBQ wings which have a nice kick to them and go perfectly with their shoe string fries. This location was great since it had an outdoor seating area and was very large. read more
