6 Traditional Wings with Honey Garlic sauce
Cory S.

While I don't frequent Buffalo Wild Wings as often as I'd like, there's nothing like tasty wings every now and then, especially for someone like me who loves chicken. There is a location conveniently located by the Arizona State University Tempe Campus, and they always seem to have promotions or my colleagues heading out there every now and then. They have party bundles and value bundles along with boneless and traditional wings, tenders, appetizers, sides, dips, and extras, burgers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, kids meals, drinks, desserts, and sauces. The service at this location is always helpful. I went just for a snack recently where I got some traditional wings. Honey BBQ sauce (sweet, sassy sauce) or Parmesan Garlic sauce (creamy and rich: Parmesan, roasted garlic and Italian herbs) are my usual go to though I instead tried a limited time flavor of Honey Garlic sauce which combined honey and garlic, balanced with soy. This flavor was originally introduced over March Madness though this was the first time I was able to enjoy it. There is also a special promotion going on for mix and match bottomless appetizers for only $9.99 including mozzarella sticks, onion rings, hatch queso, chips and salsa, and fried pickles. I didn't get appetizers though it was tempting. This Buffalo Wild Wings location is open daily from 11 AM to 1 AM. It has a full sports bar menu and big screen televisions, a full bar, party menu, and both takeout and delivery options. Happy Hour is from 3-6 PM Monday through Friday. Happy hour features discounted food and drinks from $3-6, including select cocktails and appetizers like the Bird Dawg, chips and salsa, tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and everything pretzel knots. Join the Blazin' Rewards program by going to https://www.buffalowildwings.com/rewards and also downloading the Buffalo Wild Wings app. Earn points any way you pay, be the first to know about upcoming offers and new menu items, and enjoy special rewards and surprises including 6 free wings on your birthday. There are also other promotions like Wing Tuesdays where you get Buy One Get One 50% off traditional wings and Boneless Thursdays where Buy One Get One Free boneless wings every Thursday. Also on the app, you can play daily free-to-play games for real prizes I hope to make it back there again soon, especially as college and NFL football get back started again.

I simply ordered 20 boneless with onion rings. They only decided to give me just 20 boneless chicken with no sauce not even on the side. I called and spoke with the manager and he tried to make it seem like I'm at fault for not having one flavoring on my chicken. Just plain chicken and ranch. Terrible. This place is weird bro

This is only a couple of the bunch. Feathers were so long and gross.

We order from this location all the time. The last couple times we have been getting wings with all sorts of feathers. I understand a couple little ones (which we do remove) but you can't tell me the people who cooked and packed this up would eat this. Feathers were so long and gross it honestly made us loose our appetite. Don't think we'll be ordering from here again anytime soon

Happy hour Tater Tots
Tabitha S.

A great place to come for happy hour!! I love chicken tenders and these were pretty good! Loved the $3 large tater tots for happy hour- super crispy and crunchy! I was able to watch the Olympics whilst eating which was an extra bonus! The restaurant itself isn't very busy and the servers are kind of slow oddly. It's a sports bar so you can wear anything and be as casual as you'd like. The menus were dirty and the tables were sticky as well, yuck!

Our "war zone" of a table.

Saying that this establishment is the best place I've ever eaten at, is an understatement. Our food, nay, our meal of the gods is one that turned our table into a war zone - a beautiful war zone. Saying my compliments to the chef would be a disrespect. He/She has become my knight in shining armor on the darkest night. I feel I can never share in another meal after this again, as all other food compared to this meal would taste like utter and complete garbage. In conclusion, I would like to say thank you. Thank you to my chef. Thank you to my server. And thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings, for changing my life.

Pretty solid cheese burger, I usually get the wings so I wanted to try something different and I wasn't disappointed.

Thursday night football and thirsty Thursday- $3 kolsch beer for happy hour
Christina M.

We have come to this BWWs location on Thursdays somewhat consistently since the NFL football season started. We have also been here prior to that as well. I've been to other B-dubs that were definitely 4 star, however this location near ASU is a solid 3, consistently. The service is hit or miss. The staff seem understaffed and busy. The layout of the place is strange. There is a hallway upon entering the building where people check-in with the hostess to get seated, but also that same hallway is where the to-go pick up area is. So it gets congested to say the least. When we come, we walk past all that mess and head straight back to the bar (open seating) and prey for chairs. So far it's worked out since it's just the 2 of us. If you need more seats be prepared to wait. The happy hour from 3-6 is decent. We found there's a $3 Kolsch that tastes good and can't beat that price. There is a Thursday night wing deal: 2 for 1 boneless wings which is great.

Not crowded, got a served quick, wings and beer, what can go wrong..

We have a Bdubs by our house, and I have been here before.. but I will tell you THIS Bdubs beats ours in Santa Clarita, CA. The oil is fresh and the wings taste it. The wedge fries were awesome! But mostly, it is servers like Jasmine that bring back customers. Such a nice and professional young woman.. whoever does the hiring here nows how to choose personable, good servers. When we first sat down a young kid about 10 walked up to her and said Thank you for being so nice.. and there you have it.. people dealing with people and Jasmine has the qualities to take her far!

I did have a few but my favorite was the floor is lava, while my wife enjoyed a classic margarita. They also have a really nice kids menu and some great appetizers, so it worked perfectly for our family. Our waiter, Elias, was very nice and told us that Eureka was known for their burgers. Well, he was right! The burger was excellent and those truffle fries with the fresh grated cheese on top were absolutely delicious. You can have your burger cooked to whichever style you like, I like medium myself. I would order both again without hesitation. The service was another highlight. The manager even came out to help bring our food, and you could tell everyone was working together. The entire staff seemed to be in sync, which was really nice to see. This was easily one of my favorite places we visited while in the area. Great food, great cocktails, great atmosphere and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely come back. All I have to say is... Eureka!!

The atmosphere was amazing, and our bartender was fantastic! Unfortunately, about 20 minutes in, I was sweating so badly that I literally had sweat dripping down my nose and face. The maple wings were about the same. Decent bar food but nothing that stands out. Happy hour deals are considerable for stopping by. Not a bad place to hang out for some drinks and bites. The TRIVIA was okay. You are pretty much self guided. The host doesn't really talk during the entire trivia, so you just have to make sure to pay attention to the tv screen, if you can see it. At least it gives you a time warning alerts so you get answers before the time expiration. It is displayed in the corner so get a good seat. The questions were not too hard, ranging from picture clues to questions and multiple choice. There is an app to use for the trivia so leave yourself enough time to set up if it is your first time.

We had a party and booked it for outside, as we were told they have misters and it's in the shade and very doable. Part of that was correct- their misters weren't working. MANAGER DESTROYS LEGAL ID…read more No one at Zipps Corporate will provide assistance. I have spoken with both Justin, the restaurant manager and Tiffany in the Corporate office. Corporate Management, I am writing to formally address an unacceptable incident involving your manager, Justin, at your establishment yesterday, and to request an immediate resolution. My daughter, a recent graduate of Arizona State University who lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, visited your establishment for lunch. She presented her valid Indiana-issued REAL ID, as she is originally from Indiana. After inspecting it, Justin returned the ID to her broken in half, in front of her, while accusing her of having a fake ID. My daughter immediately contacted the police. When officers arrived, they confirmed that her ID was valid. Despite this, Justin taunted her by suggesting she would be arrested. The consequences of his actions extend far beyond an unpleasant encounter. My daughter is scheduled to fly home on Tuesday because I have been diagnosed with ALS, a terminal illness. The valid REAL ID he destroyed is the identification she needs for her planned travel. She must now determine whether she can obtain acceptable identification in time to fly, and when she returns to Indiana, she will have to spend time replacing a government-issued document that was unnecessarily destroyed. Until then, she also faces restrictions on visiting establishments that require valid identification. I personally called Justin to discuss the incident. His response was dismissive and rude. He stated that the establishment's protocol is to bend an ID and that if it breaks, it is fake. He offered no meaningful resolution, despite being fully aware of the circumstances and the immediate impact on my daughter's ability to travel. His conduct toward me was equally inappropriate. Intentionally breaking someone's valid identification is not an acceptable way to verify it. His actions have caused unnecessary damage, inconvenience, and distress, and raise serious concerns about the establishment's policies, employee training, and accountability. We intend to file a police report and pursue appropriate remedies. I am requesting a prompt response outlining how corporate management intends to address this incident, including reimbursement for the cost of replacing the ID, assistance with any expenses resulting from the disruption to her travel plans, and the steps that will be taken to address Justin's conduct and the policy he described. While my personal circumstances make this incident particularly painful, I want to be clear that this behavior would be unacceptable regardless of my diagnosis. No customer should have to endure this treatment, and no employee should destroy a government-issued document based on an assumption without a reasonable means of verification. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise when I can expect a substantive response. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
