This location sucks. The service is lousy. It is more important to talk to coworkers than to wait on customers. We keep giving them a chance and they continue to disappoint. We tried the BWW on the east side of town and they were extremely busy, AND the food and staff was outstanding. I guess it's worth the extra miles to go across town. read more

We order pick up from this store as well as the Dirksen Parkway location frequently. Most times at either store, we either have a significant wait after the pick up time for our food or they don't get the order exactly right. I don't normally leave bad reviews for a place because everyone has an off night, but after this visit, I feel like I need to. We ordered on the app at approximately 3:30 in the afternoon for a pick up at 7pm as we were going to a movie. Got to the restaurant pretty much at exactly 7:00. There were several people waiting and given the track record of generally having to wait anyway, I didn't expect our food to be ready yet. However, I also did not expect to wait for an HOUR longer for our food even after talking to the manager twice. It was clear they were running behind and I was given many excuses - from a kitchen fire earlier in the day where they had to send some of the cooking staff home because they were shaken up, to the computer system crashing earlier in the day and having to recover from that to being under new management and having some issues changing things around. I can understand ANY of that. What I can't understand is why after talking to the manager after waiting the first half hour that my food wasn't immediately cooked and given to me within the next 10 minutes or so. I was told I would be given a credit for the next time. After waiting another 20 or so minutes, I spoke to the manager again who admitted to having some issues with some kitchen staff - which said to me that basically the kitchen staff didn't like the new manager and didn't want to do what he said. I was told I would be credited back for the order that night. It's now been approximately three weeks and no credit. We love the food here and the food when we eventually got it was good, but seriously?!?!!? I never would have waited that long for my food had it not already been paid for, but they literally had 3.5 hours to get my order completed before I got there and in the end, it took 4.5 hours! read more

I was solo this night and stopped in for dinner. I sat at the bar and ordered my favorite drink...jack on the rocks' and who cares about the rest of this review right! I was good with the jack. So, I ordered my food - everything was out fast and the food was ok. I ordered the hot pretzels as appetizer and boneless wings for main course, again just ok. The service was just ok as well, not much interaction and took her time giving me and retrieving the bill. read more

This place is standard as BWWs go, and that's a good thing! Lots of beer, good specials, good food, lots of seating, and a large patio area (that no one seems to use for some reason). I've been here multiple times for lunch and dinner and I'm sure I'll be back again. read more

We really like the food at B-Dubs, but the service is really hit or miss. There are some good servers there but there are a few who don't seem to care about the customers' needs. It seems a little disorganized too, like the host staff don't always acknowledge people when they come in and they don't always alert the wait staff when a new table is sat. It's frustrating for the customers because they are the ones that bring in the revenue to keep the place in business, but when there's poor service then customers don't want to come back. That makes a loss in revenue and potentially the store closing. So, keep the customers happy because they bring in the business and help to pay your wages, it's a pretty simple concept. read more

I don't usually go here or to this chain regularly but a friend I was visiting wanted to eat here so since I was starving I took a chance. Normally this establishment in champaign does a crappy job with their wings and that has kept me away, but the wings here were great. Very moist and they didn't over do it on the sauce. I ordered cheese fries and they were well under par. Processed cheese and there was nothing fresh about the fries. Overall it was an improvement but there's still a ways to go for BWW in general. read more

It's a normal BWWs. Nothing that you won't find anywhere else. I wish we had more options of sports bars on the west side of town. Sometimes they have Miller Lite girls on the weekends. Service is good and fast. read more

Absolute worst experience and service at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wabash. Get here 5 til 9. Get seated. Drink orders were taken at 9:10. The waiter walks by us 5 or 6 times, 9:20 we finally get to order our food. Twenty minutes later, our food comes out - all wrong. They only got 12 of the wings right. They go back to the kitchen, come back out. Wrong, again. At this point, it's been 20 minutes since our first correct wings were brought out - no silverware. No ranch after asking for it 3 times. Asked for the silverware again. No luck. Third time they brought out the wrong quantities this time, right wings....so I thought. So we just took them. THEN I NOTICED THEY GAVE ME HOT INSTEAD OF MILD. My boyfriend was given the same wings that were given to us the first round, just different quantities and put on a different plate (we could tell because my mild wing sauce was on his garlic parmesan wings) everything was cold. Jesus Christ. I understand being a waiter can be frustrating but come on- didn't apologize once, and definitely did not put in any effort to make it right. Will not be going back, ever. read more

Me and my friends generally hang out here on Thursdays and sometimes Monday (both 60 cent wing nights). For a wing place, it can be a bit costly if you don't go on 60 cent wing night. However, they are among the best wings I have had. Much better than Wings Etc. The sauce is thick and there is tons of variety. For a drink, you must get a Coke with grenadine. It can be hard to get service if you sit outside (where we generally do due to the noise inside) but once you get their attention, you will not be neglected. The staff is very accommodating of us and happy to have regulars. read more

I visit this Buffalo Wild Wings fairly often and today I went in and the food was amazing, service was awesome! However the music was so loud my waiter couldn't even hear what I was saying we had to yell at each other just to get my order! I was only with my 7 month old granddaughter but I can't imagine being there with someone I was actually trying to hold a conversation with because it would be impossible!! read more

Wings were good, service was definitely not good. Our waitress disappeared for chunks of time. For example it took 40 mins to get our check (not from receiving food but from asking for our check), refills were sporadic at best (and we were all drinking beer, which to me you'd want to be on top of as they are $6 a drink), and food order took almost 30 mins after initial contact. The manager was present but from what I gathered that was the extent of his duties. The whole operation seemed very poorly managed and I can't imagine how much money they potentially lost as our table was one of many with concerns. I prefer the Dirksen establishment as it has same decent food but much better service. read more

Arrived around 730pm on 6/16/17 and was told by the hostess that it was going to be a 30min wait to get a table. There were about 5 tables in the front half opened as well as probably another 8 or more in the back half so it was strange that it would take 30mins to be seated. After getting seated in a booth that had nobody seated in it for the half hour we waited the waitress came over and forewarned us that it was taking the kitchen at least an hour to get food out. Ended up leaving and going someplace local. Manager must not of cared either as he was just standing around doing nothing. read more

Terrible customer service, poor coordination at pick up area demonstrating complete disregard for the customer. Too busy taking orders to provide timely pick up service. Will avoid Bdubs in the future if need to rely on them. Very, very, very slow. One star for the wings. read more

Stopped by on the way home from work and got carry out. It was .60 cent wing night and they told me immediately. I am not real familiar with bww menu so this was helpful and a good value. Food was hot and excellent even after the drive home. This experience with bww was better than my first at one in another town. If you have not tried carry out here, you should. read more

I love the BWW atmosphere and huge beer selection. I've had experiences both good and bad, but I am addicted to the Asian Zing sauce and will keep going back for more! I will never understand why this place is so popular. $9 for a WELL vodka and redbull. The only "drink special" available was a coors light draft for $4.25. Nothing special about that. Wing sauce is so salty it's almost inedible. The boyfriend and I split a sandwich, he had a small order of wings and I had the 65 cent boneless. Everything tastes like pure salt. I cannot stress that enough. Bill was right around $60. We promptly decided we would not return after seeing it. I suppose the main draw are the tvs. They are on point with that.
