Eventually my friends leave and my elderly dog is burning up on the patio (The neighboring bar were the only ones who offered him a dog bowl). By the time half of our table leaves we go in to check on the food. They say it's coming... we check on the food again. They say it will be right up. It was not. I ask for a refund, the guy says "it's done, do you still want it?". I sigh and say yes. Five more minutes pass... I settle on my refund from a woman with a shitty attitude. No apology, no nothing.
