My wife had smoked turkey and it was exactly the same, good smoke ring, interesting taste, but dry and hard from the flat top. The only thing interesting was the sausage made out of burnt ends that was really good after I fished it out from under all the cheese sauce the drowned it with. Who puts cheese sauce on smoked sausage? Ball park franks maybe, not smoked sausage! The only reason for even two stars was the service and the sausage.

The only dish that missed the mark for me was the Steak & Poblano Peppers. The flavors were fine overall, but the steak had a slightly odd smell that made me hesitate, and it wasn't something I would order again.
