Just left Buffalo Wild Wings on Wabash. I was on this side of town running some errands. Again I ordered some wings and with extra celery and Blue Cheese to go. Got over to other side of town at my home and opened it up to eat. This is the third time this has happened. I called the restaurant and shared my experience with the manager. Right off the bat she told me she could not help me. The she told me if I want to come back over she would have it ready for me. I told her that that wasn't an option. I live too far away. She accused me of yelling at her. I wasn't. She told me that she couldn't help me again. End of conversation!! That's $26.00 I just pissed away. What frustrates me more than anything is her not handling the issue and what used to be a 15.00 check is now $25.00. Called the corporate office and was told they would call me back. A return phone call that will never happen. Once again dealing with a manager that could have taken a bad situation and turned it in to an opportunity to a great customer service experience. Not a good look and I'm still hungry. I think it's a serious training issue. I will be sure to tell them that when they call me back. I'd bet the house I own that that call will never come!! UPDATE!! Took 1.5 hours to receive our order, and manager was unapologetic. Everything was a struggle....had to go to the bar to get our own beers after 40 minutes, no silverware, etc. Avoid this place. This was, hands down, not only the worst experience that I have had at this restaurant, but almost one of the worst I have ever had at any restaurant. Our appetizers came out to our table in almost record time...I don't even think I had the app order completely out of my mouth before they arrived...which was where the good ended. After that, it was almost an hour that we sat there, watching table after table get sat, receive their food, and begin eating before we finally got our meal (which only consisted of 2 orders of wings, 1 for 10 and 1 for 6, a cheeseburger, and an order of fries). Now, keep in mind that I watched multiple orders of wings, several hamburgers, and several orders of fries go out to tables that had been sat AFTER us. Then, when the person brings over our food, they tell us that they are still waiting on fries. They forgot to bring the ranch dressing that was requested. But to top it all off, the wings, when delivered, were ICE COLD. I mean, you could look at the way that the sauce was coated on the wings and plainly see that they were cold, but apparently, the wait staff is not properly trained to notice that kind of thing before bringing them out to the customer. I, of course, got the "well...the kitchen is really backed up" excuse that I have heard numerous times...often when the waitstaff made the mistake. I have worked in enough restaurants to have seen that excuse used that it is just upsetting to me to hear it. The waitstaff should not be blaming the kitchen for anything...it is the waitstaff's responsibility to provide the service to the paying customer. The buck stops there. Also, there were only 4 tables seated in the entire place when we were initially sat (right around 5pm), so how badly could the kitchen have been backed up? They didn't seem backed up for all of the other tables that were getting food. We told them that we were not going to eat the cold wings, so they were taken off the bill. As soon as my son finished his burger, we paid the check and left to go get dinner for my wife and myself at another establishment. We will NOT be returning. I ordered food online and usually I have items missing but not from this BWW. In fact these wings have been one of the best wings I've tasted. I'm not sure if the boneless wings have changed, but those were big and juicy too. I also went to dine in this location. It was clean and full of people. Service was good too. read more

I waited at least 30 minutes to get my order taken after i got here. I got 15 boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks came out after about 10 minutes and they were pretty good, but then I didn't hear anything about my wings for an hour only to be told that the kitchen got my order wrong. Then, I was told that the manager was making my wings and they came out and were horrible. They looked like they were cooked hours ago and most of them barely had any sauce on them. My husband and I stopped in on a Tuesday at noon. Greeted promptly, order taken for a Guinness and a Busch on tap. Shared the bone in chicken wings deal and a side of fries. Went there the other night for pickup after placing an order in their app. Was supposed to be ready at 6:40 - it wasn't. Gave them my name and they said they'd call me. At 7:05 - I asked again - and they said they had no idea about my order. I noticed my name on a whiteboard on the heating cabinet - and told the guy at the counter. We've been to this location on multiple occasions and it seems to be going downhill. Our last visit resulted in the general manager bringing us drinks and apologizing. Here's what happened: we came to this location around 4 pm on a Saturday. When we arrived most of the dining area was empty. We had a table of 7. I took my child to the restroom and came back out to find that a still hasn't been seated. (There was a 7 top sitting empty within 10 feet of the entrance). Behind the carry out order counter was a manager and two waitresses laughing and flirting. I went over and asked if they wanted our business or not. The manager said yes and would get us seated impressively. Her said they were setting up a table... Again, 7 top sitting empty right there. We got seated and then proceeded to wait for someone to take our drink order. Eventually, the manager came over to take our drink order. A waitress finally came over to take our order (30 minutes after we were seated). Food was fine (same as it usually is at BWW). However, the waitress did not come back for refills until we had finished our food. She spent most of the time talking to that same manager. Eventually, the GM came over and got our refills. You could clearly tell he was pissed. Hopefully he can get the wait staff working properly otherwise find another wrong place. My wife has said we we never coming back to this location again. Every time I've come to visit my friends and family over the last year, we have made it a point to stop into this location. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff has been friendly. On this particular visit, however, not only was the staff upset and rude, but management was nowhere to be seen to deal with this. Tables sat without being cleaned or seated for up to 30 minutes, our empty dishes were left on the table for the entirety of the meal, and I KNOW I saw a mouse run under a table. On that note, while my friends and I were eating, we heard this short man bragging about having fired a manager recently (I think he said within the last week or 2). Hearing that, we realized the the tall woman whom we recalled helping servers and hosts was gone. She was the only manager we have ever seen at all and the effort she put in was evident. Just not happy with this place, we have been here three times and each time I've gotten wings and fries. Each time I'm hoping the fries will be hot and crispy and each time I'm disappointed. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have EVER brought my family to..The place wasn't busy plenty of seating and took them nearly 15 minutes to even acknowledge we were waiting to be seated..once we were finally acknowledge that we have been standing there the woman who seated us was very rude..once seated we waited another 10 minutes b4 the waitress knew we were there..said she wasn't told we were seated..we were seated in the back corner for some reason..food taste like crap fries were hard cold and nasty..wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..I would rate this place - 5 stars..very awful And btw the waitress was crappie as well read more

Every time I order a delivery order it takes forever (last order took 1.5 hours and we live 5 minutes away) and they almost always forget one or two things in the order. When I try to call I'm place on hold and typically give up/hang up after the 10 minute mark. Definitely could use some improvements at this location. read more

I love To mix the Caribbean jerk and honey bbq for my basket of chicken strips and fries. My husband tends to get spicy chicken wings which is equally as good if you like it hot. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. The last I went it was to view the BEARS football game. We stayed for the duration of the game and the staff never tried to rush us out. We ordered NACHOS for the first half. The second half we ordered the chicken basket and wings. The Nachos weren't the best. The chili on top and cheese were delicious but it wasn't enough. I would've liked more lettuce as well. I did not complain about this but I Bruegel if I did they would have given more. What I did complain about was the fact that the nachos were missing the jalapeños which the waitresses brought back immediately. The staff is professional,attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean even though it was a full house. The waitress kept our table clean and kept the refills coming. I tend to stick with the same order every time I visit but once I did order the street tacos which were also delicious. My kid normally gets the Mac and cheese, hot dogs or hamburger and fries. She absolutely loves this place. I love this place to though I like the Jacksonville location the best. Would we visit again? Absolutely. read more

When my husband and I first stepped in, there was no one to greet us. Several servers, I would say 4, made eye contact with us and didn't greet or smile at us. Once the host did come, he threw something in a storage area and looked at us and said, "two?" What a greeting! It did get better. Our server, Mallory, was very nice and attentive. She did a great job! The wings were good. My husband and I each had an order if wings and split some fries. We were stuffed. It is all about the sauces. Neither of us cared for the spicy garlic.
