The atmosphere was cool. I loved that I could watch sports while I ate. The service was good, but could have been better. You can get you name on the wall if you complete the challenge. You have to eat 15 of their Wall wings. I didn't want that many so I didn't do the challenge. I did try the Wall wong and one of their dry rubs. The Wall wings were hot. I can easily complete the challenge. But the Wall wings sauce wasn't very good but it wasn't bad. They were just okay. My dry rub was good. So we're the fries. One of the best wing spots in town. Wings are always large, crispy and cooked like they should be. They have a large variety of sauces. Tonight they weren't really busy when we got there. Service was great the manager came to our table twice to check on us and see how things were. Honestly have never had a bad experience here and have eaten here and gotten carry out on many occasions. They have many tvs that are always turned to sports so you can watch the games and enjoy your food. The bar area is a nice cozy spot to eat and watch the game as well. read more

Here is the deal, the wings are average at best but my rating is going up for one particular reason...the owner came around and asked how we were doing. During our unprecedented times combined with the fact this lost art of checking on the customer from owners was already dying out, I truly appreciated this gesture. My fiancé ordered a burger and I ordered 12 boneless wings, but they were simply not as good when compared to local chicken and burger bar style restaurants in the area. On December 14th we went to wings etc to celebrate a friends birthday. There were so many things wrong from the start I couldn't even write this review within the 24 hour period I usually give myself to document my observations. First of all it was a cold evening. We walk in and the first thing I noticed is that there was no one that looked like me in the place. I was told to sit wherever I liked. I advised that though were only two of us initially, there would be at least five to six. I sat my things down and headed for the restroom. I walked in and noticed the bathroom was exceptionally warm. I continued to to do my business as intended and as I came to the sink to wash my hands I realized I was hot and a burst of sweat was inevitable. I turn around and there is a small but effective electric heater on the floor. I wash and dry my hands, head to the table to realize by comparison the dining room is quite chilly. I get to the table and put my jacket back on. Two others arrive shortly after I get back to my seat. Our drink orders are taken and from this interaction the night seemed to be balancing out. Until, we ordered our food. Hot wings, and fried shrimp, and two rib deals. We waited about 45 minutes and 80% of our food was delivered cold and at best room temperature. We were told that they could not redo the ribs but they could be microwaved. After putting up a bit of resistance to the managers solution. We were promised fresh fries, sides and shrimp. The new sides came but not the shrimp. I started to accept and move on to keep the peace but my dining partners were not so agreeable. They explained to the manager what happened, she rolled her eyes, denied the discussion to redo the shrimp and begrudgingly said I'll bring some more. She clearly counted what was in the basket because that is all that she replaced, nevermind that three of us had taken a shrimp and all agreed to the lack of heat some even cold on the underneath as if they had been frozen and microwaved from the beginning. When she brought the new shrimp, they had not been basted in a sauce but brought with sauce on the side. Nevermind that the originals were supposed to have been tossed but instead had been drizzled...they were basically naked with the exception of the pre batter that was already there when they cooked them. The manager argued repeatedly saying the food couldn't be cold because she watched them cook it but she couldn't say she watched for when the food moved out to the table. She couldn't confirm what sat waiting and what was served immediately, even though as paying customers we could. We went back and forth and the manager debated long and hard on what discounts were appropriate evidenced by how long it took for the checks to come. I felt bad for the server because she started out with one presentation but by the time the manager was showing her true colors the server was following the lead of the manager. Some in my party didn't want to leave a tip at all but I left a tip of five dollars. It would have been so much better had it not been for the attitude of the manager. I'm really not sure how this place is still open unless people of less ethnicity simply get better treatment. read more

Went with my son here for lunch yesterday. This wasn't our first time, but probably our 5th and last. We used to bring my granddaughter here because she loved it and I've tried something different each outing because nothing drew me into ever wanting it again. In the past I've had their pulled pork, a salad, a burger topped with pulled pork and their Italian beef. As I stated earlier, nothing made me want to reorder it. Their menu is pretty large and priced in an average range. I've also had a margarita there and nothing special there either. On this trip I ordered the beef tacos. They sounded delicious. They were described as a flour tortilla with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese and sour cream and salsa on the side. When they arrived they were barely full. Hardly any meat or cheese and they didn't even bother to warm the tortilla. It came with seasoned fries and a spicy cole slaw. I took two bites of one of the two tacos and asked for a to go container. Figured my dogs might enjoy it. We also ordered the pretzel bites with cheese appetizer. They were very cold, so salty we all had to scrap them and the cheese had an aftertaste. My son had a very pricey ($12.99) horseshoe which was only one burger (which is a pony) and seasoned fries, which he absolutely hates. My wife and I love the wings...we order extra crispy Tweener and the flavor and crispness is perfect for us. We love the jumbo shrimp as well. Wings Etc. has the coldest beer in town and draft pour is always to the rim...We love that pour! We go often and the owners are their often and spend time checking in with us which very nice...The servers and bartenders also recognize us and treat us like friends...The food, the TV's everywhere, the service, the coldest draft beer in town and owners that make you feel welcomes keeps us coming back almost every week! read more

Manager made a short appearance but never assured anything was taking cared of and then hid in the back the rest of the time. Hate to see if this place is ever busy. Driving back from Memphis we found this place. They Had the wing basket and a grilled chicken sandwich $23.03. The place a nice bar and nice atmosphere. This is close to my office and it's in the rotation for lunch. I've always have the same thing - buffalo chicken wrap. It's really good. Their tweener sauce has a really good wing sauce flavor. It's got a touch of heat. I like my sauce hotter but with the same flavor. The wait staff has always been great and quick at lunch. Knowing that Buffalo Wild Wings was right around the corner. I decided to give this place a shot. I ordered the wings lunch special and they were freaking delicious! Perfectly crispy Lemon pepper rub with a side of hot. Perfect combo. On top of that, the service was better than any other restaurant I've been to during this pandemic with short staffing issues. The owner himself made sure to provide everyone with an awesome experience. This was a family and friend favorite place. Unfortunately the service went from ok to really bad. We forgave the first second even third time but it never got better. The manager is part of problem, gray haired guy with mustache. He was good early on but seems to now have a who gives a s@!# attitude. We were weekly regulars but they did not value us. Now we catch ourselves when we say hey let's go to wings and say no let's go somewhere else. My family's recommendation is you should go somewhere else and be treated right. Sad!! read more

I've gone here a couple of times. Both times I regretted it. The primary reason I went was because it was closer than Buffalo Wild Wings. The pricing was decent and the service good. If I went there for a game, I don't think I would enjoy it. They had tons of tvs (maybe too many) but many of them were in bad locations. They ran out of boneless wings the second time I went and it wasn't even a busy night. Both times I got very ill afterwards. Our male server took FOREVER taking our order, then my husband received his salad with his meal, and he was overall just not attentive. The kicker was he left my debit card sitting on the receipt printer at the wait station!
