So how do you rate this place??? This was, without question, the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. My family and I were seated and waited for nearly 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging us. No server came to introduce themselves, take a drink order, or even say, "We'll be right with you." Multiple employees walked past our table, looked in our direction, and kept going as if we weren't there. After waiting and realizing no one was going to serve us, we got up and left. We ended up spending our money somewhere else. I understand restaurants get busy, but basic customer service starts with acknowledging that your guests are there. Being completely ignored is unacceptable. If this is the level of service you can expect at this location, I can't recommend it. December 21, 2024 8 pm. We were told there's a 30 minute wait. I'm gonna share some pictures of the dining room and you tell me if this is not a management and staff training moment. Are Buffalo Wild Wings Independent franchises? It's the Holidays, People shopping, sports fans watching NFL GAMES. Obviously there's a reason for concern. Other patrons are leaving. Potential customers walking out the door. Great Bottom Line (notes, not exactly) it's actually very scary if an empty dining area is on a 30 minute wait and tables are empty WT%*^, is actually going on in the kitchen. Seven hour drive and other Wyndham Resorts visitors will and should think twice about here when it's actually very convenient. This is my honest opinion while waiting along with family to be seated. Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviewers; slow service, our waiter never came back to check on us, and the food was not good. My fries were barely warm, and tasted like they'd been sitting at the bottom of the pan for several hours. My chicken tenders were OK. My friend ordered wings and said they tasted like they'd been reheated. We had to ask for our check. Veterans Day November 11, 2025. Saw online Buffalo Wild Wings offered free meal to veterans walk in order or eat in. when I came in, the hostess informed me that the manager told her they could not do the walk in counter orders because last year the waitresses didn't get enough tip. I do not think the manager was think about the veteran. (False advertising) or I guess they were not participating.? "Veterans and active military members on Veterans Day 2025(November 11th). This promotion was valid for dine-in and walk-in counter orders at participating locations and required a valid ID to redeem. I arrived here with a party of 5 --3 kids and 2 adults-- on a Sunday evening at 10:40pm. When we walked in, I noticed a sign saying they are offering a limited menu due to staffing. We were then told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. We had left and went across the street to Walmart and came back. At 10:55pm, I got notification that table is ready, so we left Walmart and went back. We arrived and was sat around 11-11:02pm. The waiter came by at 11:06pm. He didn't introduce himself, which will also be a pet peeve. We asked for kids menu and was given two. We all got waters to drink. I placed order for two orders of mozzarella sticks, which was $4 a piece. While discussing the menu options, we were told they were out of chicken tenders. The appetizer moz sticks came at 11:18pm. We then ordered. We got the 30 wings to split between 3 people. We also split up the sauces. We got 10 lemon pepper dry rub, 10 original Buffalo sauce, and 10 Parmesan garlic. We also got a large fries to share. I also ordered a Kids Mac and cheese and fries Along with a Kids boneless wings and fries. Food came around 11:38pm. The wings were delicious! I only had parm garlic and lemon pepper wings. I asked waiter about the fries. He checked and came back at 11:40pm. He then told us he forgot to put the order in and just did it. The fries came around 11:45pm. They were hot and fresh. I finished most of my half of the fries and we took the rest to go. One of my sons didn't like the Mac n cheese. Do not waste your money or time. The food is mediocre, and so is the service. I feel bad saying that because our waitress was nice. However it took her 30 minutes to take our order. Then we waited another 30 for our food to be brought to the table. My wings were cold, must have been sitting for a while. I am a legal guardian to my elderly mother. She came here to this restaurant for dinner and requested I leave a review on her behalf. She came here alone on 02May2024 at or around 5pm. She stated the following: I was very pleased with my meal. The cook did a wonderful job, ensuring the food was exactly as I requested it. I met and spoke with the manager, who was very nice, made eye contact, and listened well. The server was nice and took care of me well. Always love a stay-in dinner, ordered online, picked up and brought it straight home. As a vegetarian, there's aren't enough options. However, the Southwestern Black Bean Burger definitely caught my eye and so glad it did. It's delicious and it just includes your basic burger filing. When I opened the burger box, it wasn't the best presentation, and it was slipping and sliding, but it was still delicious. I also decided to get fried pickles and cheese curds. I don't know what it is, but I ALWAYS seemed to order fried pickles. If you haven't tried fried pickles, I recommend you do! It's seasoned and fried, and oh so good! I'm assuming as they were just sitting there while we we were on our way to pick-up, it wasn't as crispy as I like to be, instead it was quite soggy. I still ate it ‍ and lastly, the cheese curds. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this one was not great. The menus were sticky, tables too, not great service and slow time but there were not many people either. Waitress was great and she was so nice but the girl who sat us was snippy and rude. I would come back here again but just not for awhile. We ordered chicken tenders and fries with hot, wild, and honey mustard and a side of pickles and 20 wings with 4 sauces. The chicken took longer than the wings and look undercooked but were fine. The fries were not salted at all and had little to no seasoning. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean but two staff members were in them just talking away about their shift and I had seen them two times going into the bathrooms, never seeing them leave. One time, as I was heading to the bathroom, I heard the man that was playing with the snippy waitress say the wait was 30 minutes minimum and hardly anyone was in there. I called back to the store after talking to 3 diffrent so called, supervisor & managers. She disputed what I order, said that smash burgers come with those trimmings.
