I'm genuinely puzzled by the negative reviews for this location because our experience was excellent from start to finish. I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area. read more

When my sister and I visited Tennessee, a snowstorm had shut down almost everything in the area. Thankfully, Dave & Buster's was open, and we were able to play games and grab something to eat. The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited. read more

Came in and sat ourselves without being greeted after waiting and purchasing our own game passes with the kiosk. Sat and waited for a waitress for 30 minutes. Finally went to the bar and asked to order and they said they would send somebody over. Nobody ever came to our table. Review as to games only - visited late morning and no one was eating on restaurant's side - never a good thing. So we just played some skeeball and other video games. They have an assortment of games - riding, shooting and jumping - all with their audio turned up to ear splitting volume. It was okay for the 15-yr old we had with us - this stop was to humor him and feed his video game fix. Went for a fun night out during my sister's bachelorette weekend (Labor Day weekend) it wasn't very busy for a Saturday night but that was great for us cause we could play whatever we wanted. But wish it had been busier for party vibe (Saturday night out vibe) Drinks were ok and about what you'd expect price wise for bar. Staff was great at sanitizing machines. They turn off all lights though and machines like 5 till closing (mid game) Highly recommend the hungry hippo game if there with a group - hilarious and a workout. Axe throwing game was fun too! Do NOT come here expecting to be able to eat and play with your family!! 1200 miles and I was stuck in the north 40 when SEVERAL tables were available near the game floor! We were told that they were reserved and no one EVER showed!! The manager wanted me to leave coats and purse etc. behind and leave my table!! Ridiculous! Went into this location on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty, which was nice because you didn't have to wait ton play any of the games. The machines were clean and most of them worked. There was a skee-ball game that didn't work, but took your money anyway, which was annoying. After playing for about and hour we got seated in the bar section to get a few snacks. We waited for over 5 minutes and no one came over to greet us or serve us. We saw about 4-5 servers just milling around the place, talking with each other, but not a one came over to our table. There was also a minor sitting at the bar that the servers kept talking to as well (I am unsure of the legality of that in this state). There maybe was 4 other tables seated at the time. My son who is 3 is a very very picky eater We bought Chicken nuggets from McDonald's since those are softer than tenders The host was fine with it and we asked our server before we ordered our own meals and the server was fine with it. Then another women comes over and is very rude and says we can't have any food from another restaurant. Even if she had came to our table and said it kindly it would have beenn different. While I under the rule and if the adults in our party had brought food from another restaurant I would understand. I ordered parmesan chicken and they brought out a serving that could have been a child's dish. Then our server never came back to refill our drinks or even ask us if we needed anything. After about 30 minutes or more we had to ask if we could have more tea, which was just crazy. He never even came back to see if we needed a to go box or the check. We have been to many Dave and Busters and this one is average. There is not a lot of selection of games. A lot of shooting games. The good thing is they all work!! We had problems with one and it was fixed instantly. Look for coupons before coming here. Pricey for the amount of tokens needed to play each game. Drinks are of course over priced, but the bartender was friendly and suggested the fries over the nachos... Good decision!!! We went during the day so the crowds were not bad. I am sad to report I would not recommend this location to people. We came in and played games while we waited for a table. Plenty of empty tables but they were understaffed. Then after an hour we discover they accidentally dropped our name from their list. The food was only average. They alcoholic drinks were under par, no one in my party even felt the effects of alcohol after three drinks. There were 7 TVs with the same channel on. Not the best. Used to the Addison location. Upon arriving wait 15 minutes in the entryway to talk to the host to exchange my digital card for physical. To loud, looks like an old Best Buy all the noise carries between restaurant and game area. Was happy hour and went to get drinks told I need 2 id's went to get my wife's id came back then told I need her. Got her and ordered and paid. Then put an order in for my free burger with level 4 promo the bartender told me come back in 20 mins. Came back in 15 for a cold burger and my drinks I paid for in the tab again. Working not dining. Truly a terrible job. Very high stress, little support from mgmt, no food runners. Half the time we had no table busser and only 1 bartender on busy weekend nights who was too busy waiting on her own section and the bar. servers wait up to 20 minutes to get a drink for a table and some of the RUDEST people I've ever met. The Jeep crowds in particular. Managers are too busy making tiktoks and smoking to help. I got chewed out for taking a bathroom break in a 10 hour shift. No lunch breaks. I'm going to start out by saying that I used the Dave and Busters app to get 1/2 off all my food (Monday-Thursday special), which sent my bill from $138 to $84 for a family of four with an alcoholic beverage for one adult. $138 seems expensive, but I was happy to pay the $84. The chicken Parmesan here was so much better that the one I had at an independent Italian restaurant a day before, but the portion size was smaller. Our server took good care of us, but the bar was a little slow. The atmosphere was not a good one for conversation as we had to yell to hear each other over the noise of the arcade and tvs, but that's to be expected when you dine in an arcade. This is the first and last time I will visit this Dave and Buster's in Sevierville, TN. The service is atrocious! I waited 45 minutes for the server to take my order and after she acknowledged me turned away and continued to take several orders from other customers. I approached the bar server for assistance and received none. After waiting another 45 minutes I asked for the Manager and was told a lame " I am sorry you had a bad experience and hope your next visit will be better." Obviously, management does not care about customer satisfaction, and this has filtered down to the majority of the employees. What's not to love about D & B?! This location is centrally located & right down the street from The Island at Pigeon Forge. Fun and games for the whole family and plenty to eat & drink when you get hungry. There are tons of things to do in this area anyway, but Dave & Busters is familiar and priced a little better than a lot of these other nickel & dime attractions on the parkway. There's a reason this location is so poorly rated - games not working, tiny space and problems with their staff ... I will be posting a photo in which several employees are just standing behind the counter not checking in guests. Our line went all the way out the door and there was no sense of urgency. Several people in line were upset and I did not like witnessing how they were "helped." I did speak to a manager who said he took the feedback seriously but i haven't decided that I wanted to risk enough trip out this way. Too many other fun places in town. read more

Have been too many D&B and this has been the worst experience. We waited over an hour to be seated. Then, another 15 mins for waiter. Ordered a Tower Danger (drink for 4 people), paid $43.55 for it. Total waist of money! It seemed to have no alcohol and mostly ice! Had to ask for utensils. Glasses were dirty. Food was bland. Chicken tenders did not come with fries.... We have a party of 10 they refused to put a table together or put us at a long table so we could sit together. Service was very slow and not friendly. Server had a very short and dry attitude. We sat for about 30 mins before placing an order for anything.  When looking around the restaurant there's about 15 other sitting around tables either waiting to be served or eating. I could not get a Philly steak because the flat top was down but could order hamburgers so explain that... not sure what is going on but this would cause me and 9 others to not ever want to step foot in another Dave and Busters. Come in with family there's no host there's a sign that says see bartender for seating and coupons go to bartender she's acting slow I'm like the sign said to Come See you for seating then she tells us where to sit. Water takes forever to come then she see i have a young child don't even offer the high chair. They don't even have the drink options they serve on the menu she don't tell us until i ask! We knew what we wanted right away got apps took forever to come! The cold pizza almost $10 is small and made out of the worst ingredients we ever tasted! Everything was disgusting. This review is specifically for Krista the waitress and our experience with her and the hot, tasty food we were served. When you've been hungry and fussy for awhile, and calling many restaurants to try and find a place that does not have a 45 minute wait on a Friday night, you don't usually think of Dave & Buster's as a great destination. It's loud, it's crazy, but we were drawn in by the fairly empty parking lot and decided to take the risk. Initial seating was a little odd, we were told we could not have a booth for 10 minutes because one needed to be cleaned, even though we were looking at about 50 empty tables and 10 empty booths. But once we were in Krista's hands, everything was awesome. She was funny, she was attentive, we were best friends instantly. She made sure my weird order came out correctly, the food was tasty and hot. No it is not a gourmet experience here, but it fit the bill and we were very very pleased. I had a great meal here today. We were seated right away, server quickly took all orders and explained the menu, and all of the food was perfect. Six different meals, all perfect. We all passed around food so we could try a little of everything and it was all delicious. I recommend you try the bacon burger, sliders, ribs, nachos, pretzel dogs, and pull apart pepperoni bread. Came in with our baseball team after a win. The kids were ready to play some games and us parents were ready for some food and drinks. The place was empty but the 2 ladies running the place turned us away. They told us there was too many of us and didn't even want to work with us. So we walked next door to Bluffs sports bar, they took us in no questions asked. The boys had fun playing pool. The waitress was amazing and took great care of us. DONT GO TO DAVE AND BUSTERS! The only saving grace for this place is our polite and courteous server. Otherwise it'd be getting ZERO stars. The hostel advised us of a 15 minute wait for our party of 7 (5 kids) at 4:30pm with an empty place. No problem. 30 minutes later, the hostess has the audacity to catch an attitude with me when I asked her how much longer at the 30 minute mark, especially seeing the place was basically empty. We sit down and you have to scan a bar code to view the menu and order from. The bar code was so faded that my phone wouldn't even scan it. Half the menu out of stock. We finally order. Our waitress was helpful with ordering and refilling drinks, especially ordering bar drinks not even in the electronic menu.
