In fact we enjoyed the different wings that we ordered. Were they the best wings....no....were they the worst...no. We tried traditional curry wings, mango and then a very spicy wing dish. Good, good and HOT! Fun trying these. Service was mediocre. She was there, now she is not. Would I run back here...not in a rush to do that. Probably the worst BWW I've been to. Placed a pickup order and was told 20-30min until it would be ready. Showed up about 35min after and they told us it still had 20mjn left. Food was quoted to be ready at 6:15 but we didn't leave with the to go bag closer to 7pm. Front of house staff has no idea what they're doing and we had to remind multiple people that we were there to grab our food order. You can even hear other serving staff arguing about their sections. We ended up sitting down at the bar while we waited for the food and just ordered one round and had to flag down a manager to pay our tab because the bartender was completely overran. Please do not go here. Me and my family were on a small vacation to Santa Fe and Los Alamos to visit a few museums and tourist attractions. On our last day, we were getting pretty hungry, and they decided on getting Chinese food. Now, I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, so I decided to get Buffalo Wild Wings. We found this location and I ordered it off DoorDash. By the way, before you say that this is the DoorDash driver's fault, it arrived twenty minutes after we ordered it, so it wasn't sitting out in the driver's car or anything. I ordered some mild buffalo wings and some fries. As I was eating it, I noticed it tasted a little off. I didn't think much of it, and finished my meal. The next morning, my stomach hurt a lot. Long story short, I got food poisoning. I know for certain it was from the wings, because the last meal I ate that day was breakfast, and it was dinner time. We had to drive seven hours while I was in the backseat groaning from how much my stomach hurt. My wife (a doctor, thankfully) decided to go to the hospital she worked at to gather supplies to start an IV on me when we eventually got home to avoid medical bills. I spiked a 102 degree fever, and the next week and a half was absolutely miserable. This was around two months ago, and this experience ruined chicken wings for me, which really sucks. My theory is that the chicken sat out for a WHILE, and for some reason, they felt like it was okay to give someone. TLDR; Do not go here, they might give you food poisoning. read more

worst experience our waiter vince was running back and forth after taking our order walking past me and my family not checking on us we waited 1hour and a half for our food and our waiter made us pay our bill early to avoid "walkouts" and we never got our food we asked for the manager donna and she was no help we got our food cold and wrong we asked for a refund and our waiter said it would be another 20 minutes for the manager to see us and refund us. Was just there today 02/28 The lead crew member Chris took over 20 minutes to come to the register for me to pay for my order. All crew members visibly saw me as well. First of all, horrible experience. The manager, Donna, is not very good at her job. She needs to learn how to tell time, we ordered at 1:36pm which she told us. But then had the nerve to tell us we had only been there for an hour but we were there after 3:30pm. Like come on my seven year old cousin that was there even new that we had been there longer than an hour. Don't believe the hype!! All these bad reviews had me skeptical from my Yelp community. However, my experience yesterday was 5 star!! I was helped by 4 people and all of them we're very accommodating. This place has like 60 TV's in it, there everywhere. Football mania. The burger was delicious. My food arrived fast and my beer service even faster. Donna and Paul were great!! They were on top of everything. Superb service from this wonderful team!! Paul was very nice as well and Donna was giving me those La Bamba vibes. I drove out of my way 97 miles on my roadtrip to enjoy a football Sunday and Buffalo Wild Wings delivered! Terrible service. I came in at 5:30 and there was no hostess for 10 minutes. When she showed up I asked for a table for 2. She said she needed to seat the table of 5 first. They had been waiting since before I walked in. The issue was there was plenty of seating as you can see by my photos. To start the server or kitchen got my wifes order wrong and she tried to eat it but only managed to eat about a third of it. We were skeptical based on the other reviews but were all craving wings so we figured we'd give it a chance. Our server was Ernie and he did a great job! He was attentive and nice. Our food came out the fastest we've ever been served at a BWW. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is based on cleanliness. My boyfriend's daughter needed to use the bathroom and decided to hold it after seeing the state of the bathroom. The floor was sticky. The chairs are old. So it needs some upgrades and to be cleaned but the food, service, sports, drinks, it was all good. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger for 12.99, and a chicken sandwich for 12.99, and potato wedges with a "recommended" cheese sauce. The burger was a greasy mess. Fell apart in my hand, and the only thing I tasted was GREASE! No flavor what so ever. And the chicken sandwich with "wild sauce" was basically a piece of chicken about the same thickness as a piece of bacon smothered with "wild" hot sauce. INEDIBLE!! Ordered from DoorDash while on a business trip. The wings are fine, but they gave me a tiny container HALF filled of blue cheese. I ordered 10 wings, that is no where near enough blue cheese to cover 10 wings and carrots/celery. When I worked in the food industry I always asked myself one question. There was a crowd of people waiting in the front and no workers to be seen, when the girl at the front finally appeared she had attitude the ambiance sucked. The restaurant also has a weird smell.
