Ugh! Bartender was nice, but server was over run.... Never got our food and paid our bill and left. 1:45 minutes later.

What a dump! If you like your drinks with fruit flies then come here. Taps are never cleaned . Gross!

Was just there today 02/28 The lead crew member Chris took over 20 minutes to come to the register for me to pay for my order. All crew members visibly saw me as well. Horrible service. Waitress was really not knowledgeable about many things. Music was too loud and customers were annoyed by sudden large spike in volume, so I asked for it to be turned down. First of all, horrible experience. The manager, Donna, is not very good at her job. She needs to learn how to tell time, we ordered at 1:36pm which she told us. But then had the nerve to tell us we had only been there for an hour but we were there after 3:30pm. Like come on my seven year old cousin that was there even new that we had been there longer than an hour. Don't believe the hype!! All these bad reviews had me skeptical from my Yelp community. However, my experience yesterday was 5 star!! I was helped by 4 people and all of them we're very accommodating. This place has like 60 TV's in it, there everywhere. Football mania. The burger was delicious. My food arrived fast and my beer service even faster. Donna and Paul were great!! They were on top of everything. Superb service from this wonderful team!! Paul was very nice as well and Donna was giving me those La Bamba vibes. I drove out of my way 97 miles on my roadtrip to enjoy a football Sunday and Buffalo Wild Wings delivered! Terrible service. I came in at 5:30 and there was no hostess for 10 minutes. When she showed up I asked for a table for 2. She said she needed to seat the table of 5 first. They had been waiting since before I walked in. The issue was there was plenty of seating as you can see by my photos. When I was seated, I was seated at a dirty table with a chicken bone on the seat. Gross! The ceiling is leaking water with mold starting to grow. See pictures. read more

To start the server or kitchen got my wifes order wrong and she tried to eat it but only managed to eat about a third of it. Not only was it not what she order but it wasn't very good.I ordered wings and fries. The fries were like eating pretzels and the wings were over cooked and tough. Mac and Cheese burger was orgasmic, don't know what's with all the one star reviews because the place was great, food came out hot and ready and our server was very kind, we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table and the music wasn't too loud and the place was quite clean, overall I would recommend. We were skeptical based on the other reviews but were all craving wings so we figured we'd give it a chance. Our server was Ernie and he did a great job! He was attentive and nice. Our food came out the fastest we've ever been served at a BWW. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is based on cleanliness. My boyfriend's daughter needed to use the bathroom and decided to hold it after seeing the state of the bathroom. The floor was sticky. The chairs are old. So it needs some upgrades and to be cleaned but the food, service, sports, drinks, it was all good. read more

The guy was nice at the front, I walked over from the econoLodge, I'm in the medical field, I am tired all the time and I simply wanted a Spicy chicken salad, picked it up and there was no ranch, I get it it's JUST ranch! Ordered from DoorDash while on a business trip. The wings are fine, but they gave me a tiny container HALF filled of blue cheese. I ordered 10 wings, that is no where near enough blue cheese to cover 10 wings and carrots/celery. When I worked in the food industry I always asked myself one question. Save yourself the time and trouble....go ANYWHERE but here to eat. We tried to have dinner here. Got seated, finally, after 3 different people told the hostess we were at the counter. Waited 10 minutes and waiter showed up. Told him we knew what we wanted, his response was "let me go get a piece of paper to write it down". After watching him wander around some more, he finally bought our unsweet teas in small to go cups, with no lids or straws. Which no idea why they were in small to go cups when there were cups sitting there and people around us were being taken regular cups and no explanation from the waiter. Just dropped and walked away. Waited a bit more and our cauliflower bites came out, but not our salad. Which seemed odd because it's a wedge salad but okay. Waiter dropped it on the table and walked away, had to ask twice for silverware and napkins. Finally got them, still no salad so we start to eat. The cauliflower bites are normally really good but these were incredibly over sauced and soft. Almost mushy but we ate them because we were starving and our salad was no where in sight. Still no salad. Still no salad. Still no salad. Finish the bites and still no salad. Still no salad. Or refills of our small to go cups, after again we watched more drinks brought out in regular cups. Finally, our salad appears. Waiter drops it and walks away. Doesn't ask if we need refills, which we obviously do, doesn't ask if we need anything else, or wait to find out how the bites/salad are, just drop and walk. And then I look over and see why he dropped and walked because seriously, this is the saddest excuse for a salad I've ever seen. It's supposed to be a wedge salad, so a large chunk of iceberg lettuce, breaded chicken, bacon, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing AND crumbles, buffalo wing sauce and green onions. Instead, we got 3 small romaine halves that might have made up a side salad if it was chopped up, large chicken strip laid down the middle that looked soggy, a metric crap ton of tomatoes, no bacon, no blue cheese crumbles, no blue cheese dressing and no wing sauce. Looked like someone was scrounging for ingredients, said this is close enough and hoped we just eat it. We stared at it, stared at each other and attempted to flag down our waiter from where he's resumed his wandering around the room. He comes over and without saying a word, looks at us, looks at the salad and starts to pick it up. My husband tells him that we won't be eating it, to please remove it from our ticket. He takes it and walks away. Not a single word is said. Not let me get my manager, not what's wrong, not can I fix it, nothing. Just picked the salad up and went to the back. We wait and wait and wait, fully expecting that a manager will be by or he'll be back to see if we want something else. And nothing. And nothing. And nothing. And nothing. We're to the point of determining what we owe so we can leave cash to cover and walk out when the waiter comes back with our ticket. Still no acknowledgement of the salad, no would we like something else, no offer to refill our to go cups, just dropped it and walked away. We pay and walk out. I get on line to start this review and go to look up the ingredients in the salad and am met with a dozen links about why this salad is so bad and a slew of pictures of other people's awful experiences with this salad. And I immediately understood why he picked it up and walked out with it, without a word. I also understood why the manager didn't come by, why there was no fuss or effort to make it right, because they've somehow forgotten how to make the simplest salad there is to make and that's apparently their solution, nothing. So, if you're in the mood for wings, go to wingstop. If you want salad, go anywhere else. Just go anywhere else and you're almost ridiculously guaranteed to have a better meal. read more

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Yelp should really give us an option to give this rating because some places just don't deserve a star at all. We've tried and tried to give this place a chance, 4 times, in the last 30 days, to be exact and unfortunately only had 1 good meal out of the 4X. The first time we ate at this location, the food was delivered on time, hot and delish. Times #2, #3, #4 an assortment of incidents happened to make it a less than pleasant dining experience. From the food not being delivered for 35 minutes because they only had one person cooking during the lunch shift, to food being delivered that was lukewarm and over sauced (Asian Zing). While everyone seems nice here, the tables are always dirty and never wiped down, the booth seats have mostly torn faux leather, service is just slow, (the self serve seating has you waiting for staff to acknowledge your presence) and the food as of late feels like it's been sitting in the kitchen too long (dried up, stiff wings) and the celery looks wilted and the carrot sticks not fresh. Do yourself a favor, pass on this location as you will just get frustrated and hop over to the Outback across the street, at least it's a clean and well kept restaurant with consistent standards. read more
