I had southwest chicken wrap, my husband had the buffalo wrap and our daughter had wings. Wings were medium amd spicy! Next time we'll try a different sauce, make it more mild husband polished it off though lo,. Well it's been about a year since I been to a BWW holy crap they are expensive! $23 bucks for a MED wing selection.. we both had planned on wings but not at that price. So since it was happy hour we got 6 tenders, quesadillas and black n blue burger. All for less than a medium wing box. Wasn't a huge fan of the burger there was way more lettuce and bun than the burger... felt like the little old lady from the Wendy's commercial.. Got there at 9pm we where told they are closing the bar at 9:15, we're sitting in the patio, more ppl showed up they pushed it to 9:30 . I get it it's crazy with the covid situation but still we felt pushed out. When I wanted to order some wings "the specials" they said that's take out only. The guy couldn't even take my order for take out he said I had to go to the front and place the order. Hours of operation are not accurate online or on the website, call before showing up. So they don't do reservations, it's walk in. Was told wait time for 2 would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes waiting, a family of 4 was seated prior to us that literally had just walked in and immediately after a set of two was seated. Inefficient service, poor communication, extremely slow and meh food. Why did I even bother? It's been years since I have eaten here and against my better judgement we stopped here on the way home. I ordered 1wing combo on a Sun after 2:00pm. I ordered in but all the outside tables were taken. After 15 minutes, I asked them just to wrap it to go. 15 more minutes later 3 parties left and the take out order finally arrived. So I just sat down at a cleared, empty table out of 3 available tables. This prompted the manager to come out and tell me and my husband that we weren't welcome. 30 minutes for 10 wings! and instead of simply letting things be, the manager feels compelled to confront us, for frankly crappy food. Kudos to the manager to the staff for doing the best to help everybody get situated and seated as soon as they could. Our server, Beatrice, approached us within a few minutes to greet us and take our drink order. She returned a few minutes later to take our order. Two Lunch Specials of 10 wings and a side of Buffalo chips...not bad for $11 each and they came in 12 minutes. We also ordered a side garden salad (meh, but I needed some greenery) and naked chicken tenders (that came with mandarin oranges) for my 13 mo. That too came within ten minutes of ordering. I used to love coming to this BWW but they have been having a lot of issues lately. They have messed up my order on multiple occasions. I attempted to speak with a manager once and all I got was attitude. I once placed an order through the app and immediately called into the restaurant to make a change to the order but was told the order couldn't be changed because it was already made. I explained to the employee that I had just placed the order and it was impossible for it to have already been done. Luckily another employee assisted me and made the change I requested. Seems like they have a lot of new employees that don't care too much about customer service. I love their wings once they finally get my order right. I called in an order here and received great service while inside. Esmeralda is who helped me and she was very friendly. However, my order was wrong. I didn't realize until I was long gone, so I couldn't go back. I placed an order on the phone for a buffalo chicken salad with no bleu cheese and a garden salad. Long wait times when there are "visibly" many tables open. Are either short staffed or don't care to take in many at a time. Service once seated is bad. Will sit on an empty cup of water for a while before you have to cal a waiter over to get you a refill. The food takes just as long to get and when you do, the wings (boneless) are cold. My 16 year old niece and I went here for dinner last Saturday night. My niece ordered an Izzies sparkling fruit drink. The waitress brought her a beer! There are huge signs that say "We ID" in the restaurant and my 16 your old niece does not look 21 at all. The waitress did not apologize and just said she didn't hear her correctly. I tend to come here once in a while, and never has the service been this bad. I went in today and we ordered appetizers as well as wings. Our appetizer didn't get served until the rest of the food was done. ALL the wings were cold by the time they were brought out. The wings had a lot of nerves as well. i have only been to this restaurant once, and it was not a bad experience. the restaurant is pretty cold, but I should've just worn a sweater. The waitress got our drinks quickly and got our order in a good amount of time. I never realized how many TVs there was there! The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was great. Was not a fan of some of the wings but that's just preference. Nothing was bad about the experience but nothing was super great. I think my only problem with the restaurant was some staff, not really seeming to want to do their job. I don't know their stories or anything but it just wasn't the greatest seeing them stand around or sit around. Also, they did not really have anyone in the front to greet people or cash out, and in fact their card reader was broken but somehow they still managed to use my card. First off, I will never cast a shadow in this or any other BWW....EVER! Lengthy review, full of content. Please take the time to read it. Went in around 8pm on Sunday evening, wait time wasn't bad for a high top table ( for 2 ), maybe 10 minutes. That's where my positive review ends. 1st complaint. Seating! You know that one seat in a restaurant where nobody ever sits, we sat there. Right next to the kitchen door and a managers laptop and wireless mouse at the table next to us. Is there not a back office for the manager to work on the laptop? Maybe there's not a tv in that office and they really like sports. Who knows?!? One thing I do know, every table is money. If you have a laptop sitting on a table in the dining area, you're losing money!! Not my company, so who cares. 2nd complaint. We were given menus that were WET. I asked the General Manager about this, he said we should of never been issued those. He explained that the liquid wasn't water, but chemicals they use to clean it. He didn't mention if it was soap, Ajax or something more dangerous. Do I need to contact poison control?!? 3rd complaint. Ordering! I asked the waitress ( forgot her name, since she didn't mention it before taking my order ) about one of the wing combos. She explained it thoroughly, but that's where it ended. The combo comes with a whole bunch of stuff and coleslaw. I'm not a coleslaw fan, so I asked if I can swap it for a different side. Ready for her answer.....she said "NO! But I can just not bring it out to you." I was shocked, so I had to verify what she said. She was going to charge me the regular price for the meal, then just not bring the coleslaw out. No discount, no swapping, just not getting coleslaw. Maybe she likes the coleslaw and wanted it for herself or she had some friends there who wanted free coleslaw. I have no idea what she was thinking or trying to do. That was the last straw for me. After calling the manager over to get my check for 1 iced tea and 1 soda ( which the manager comped), she offered to give me coupons for my next visit. Not even worth giving 1 star... walked in at 11:15pm with a party of 3. Waited for 4min for someone to acknowledge us. The girl was about to seat us. But then one of her coworkers, a Male server, tells her not to serve us. She then tells us last call was at 11:30. Umm.. okay sweetie, its 11:19? So then he shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head. She said "ooh I'm sorry I meant we stop serving at 11:15." Well, we had been standing there for 4min waiting to get seated and now you want to refuse service to us?!?!?! Get outta here. My first trip to the BWW in Salinas. I've been to sBWW's across the Cali and in other states. This was not a good experience. Place was crowded and a little noisy. A waitress came by to see if we wanted to sample any sauces so we gave her six to taste. We waited to place our order because we wanted to try the sample sauces first. The girl never came back. We would see her walking all over the restaurant but she never returned. So we went ahead and ordered. When the order arrived, my order was wrong. So they said, oh we grabbed the wrong order. So they brought me a new one. My friend ordered mild wings and she swears that they had to be wrong because they were extra spicey. We asked for some water and it took our water almost 10 minutes and a second request. Staff obviously needs more training. read more

There was hardly any tables when we stopped to eat, however the server had no enthusiasm, didn't seem happy to have guests at all, several tables around us were dirty (for a while!) and employees were just standing around. When we left we passed our server, three other servers and more than 5 people behind the hostess stand, and only 1 person said have a good day (and didn't even smile when she said it, or seem genuine). It was my first time ever going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I thought it would be way better than this since it's a growing chain. Shame on the General Manager for not being on their staff and not training their staff on customer service. You location should not have dirty tables, and should at least have employees that work! Our first time at BWW today, and it was memorable to say the least. After our party was seated on the patio, we realized that there were no sun shades to block the after noon sun, so be sure and bring your sunblock. As I hungrily dug into my medium lemon pepper wings, I was surprised to find a wing with chicken feathers still attached. I'm talking lots of fried feathers! Yummmy, fried lemon pepper chicken feathers!!! Okay, not such a fun visual, so I'll refrain from posting the picture. We notified the wait staff and the manager quickly responded. The manager, Alfonso was very apologetic and adjusted the bill on our entrees by 25%. Thanks Alfonso, but we'll stick to Wing Stop for now. read more

I Gave four stars because my wings came out super crispy at the edges and was hard to bite but overall seems to always be a hit and miss with the boneless wings. Been here three times since it opened.. Place is small compared to the one at Seaside. But what do you expect, it was the old Blockbuster Video Store.. (RIP lol) But yeah, they should've at least bought the other free space, which was used to be Cigarrettes Cheaper. But anyways, the place is packed, feel pretty crammed in there. The one at Seaside is has actually a separation between the dine in and the bar w/ stools. This one does not. It just feels like everything was just placed. Most of the employees again are teenagers. Especially the host desk. Sometimes i'm not sure if they actually know what they're doing. The first time I was here, they said that they are full and the wait will be about an hour. Looked around and there were two tables empty and me and my party was the only ones in line. So i'm not sure if those tables are reserved. The first two times I was here, there were mistakes on the order. I know that they are busy, but they still need to be at least precised on which table or order it's going to. The staff is pretty friendly, and I know that they are trying to put out great service. I still think they need some improvement. But opening month on these kinds of chains, I don't really expect anything. Food and drinks are good. Same as it is at Seaside. Overall, I think this will be a great place to hang out after work, hang out with friends for dinner and drink. Happy hour that I know is about 9pm since they open til 2am. I think that's a great idea. Tv's are everywhere and game and fight nights are on. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to just hang out with friends and co workers over dinner and drinks.
