I'm not the biggest fan of BWW but I do like the flavor options. The potato wedges are also good. If you have time to wait, OK. But otherwise, service will be slow. I placed an online order & now it is 20min past pick up time and I still do not have my food. I actually just went to the bar & had a drink. The wait time was tooooo long! read more

If you are in the area find another place to eat. Don't waste your money. Ok first off took 12 mins to get drinks. Then next I ordered a beer (glad I didn't order more) 25 mins to get that. No one at the bar. We got the dessert before the food. Sorry place to eat. Don't waste your money. read more

I'm new to Rocky Mount and was happy to have a BWW near but was concerned about the horrible ratings. After my visit tonight I see why the ratings are so bad. 8 people in the place and 6 were at the bar, myself included. Took ten minutes to get a menu, 15 minutes to be asked if I'd like a drink. I was as for the most part ignored at the bar. When my to-go food came out I debated after seeing it on whether to send it back or not. Old, skimpy and over cooked wings. I am the customer restaurants should be the most afraid of, the one who pays without complaint, tips 25% and as they walkout the door smiles and says thank you (not the there was anyone to greet me coming in or leaving) knowing all the while they will never return to waste their hard earned money. I'll miss my old BWW in FarmVille VA, they had good food and good service and saw me 2-3 times a week. You will not. Maybe in a few years after I forget or return by accident. read more

If there was a way to give this place a 0 star by God I would have. This is fucking bullshit I waited for an hour for my food. This inconvenience cut into my precious drinking time. Me and Allen were ready to fucking leave. This is horse shit! read more

we came to Buffalo Wild Wings and several of us got our drinks after 45 minutes of being here and three others didn't get their LEMONADE for another hour. They left out several parts of our food and we found several hairs within the food. And they didn't have good customer service and didn't seem like they cared about us at all. read more

The service was terrible. I think it was because I'm white. Many servers walked passed me many times to take care of black patrons. I will not be going back there again. I hope the owner and corporate reads this. read more

The customer service was horrible!! I ordered cauliflower wings and potato wedges and I got the cauliflower wings first and when I was almost done my wedges came out.. I told one of the servers that my tea was not sweet and she replied with it was sweet but just not sweet enough for me. I was in awww. read more

I'm going to go out on a limb here...slowest service I've received in a restaurant...EVER. And worst experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. I don't like to leave 1 star unless it's unavoidable and I can't remember the last single star review I've left. The only positive thing I have to say is the food was good. Arrived at 8:30 and ordered a mixed drink which took 20 minutes. Thereafter I decided to order another as soon as each drink hit the table. It was only two of us and the section was very slow when we got here (albeit it was Thursday night football so the bar was full). After a few drinks we ordered our meal and without going into the specifics, it was a pretty easy order of wings and fries with sauce. Had to go ask for napkins and silverware. Forgot my both our sauces and my wife's wedges and her pickles. 10 minutes for the sauces to come out and 15 minutes for the wedges. Another 10 minutes and multiple requests for the pickles. Had to practically beg for refills of water. A large table of 20 came in and that's when it went completely downhill. They sat this whole group in one servers section with the rest of the restaurant basically empty. My final drink sat at the bar for 10 minutes until I went and grabbed it myself. After the meal, 35 minutes for a check and box. The to go phone rang at least 5 times for 5 minutes each time without being answered. Other servers or floor people were walking around and didn't appear to be very concerned with customers waiting or phones or anything really. Our server seemed to be trying but it was very clear that she wasn't trained. No apologies for any of this. This would have been a 1/2 star review if allowable. read more

Placed an order online for 3 meals. Order was reportedly supposed to be ready to pick up at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm. At 6:30pm I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I inquired about the status of my order twice while waiting. The first time was after waiting 30 minutes. At no point was I advised that I could expect to wait an hour or more for my order. I am not sure why it was taking so long, but I would highly recommend management to be a little more transparent about how long orders are taking. I spent more than an hour waiting for an order that I expected would be ready to pick up 5 minutes after my arrival (based on the guidance provided online when I placed my order). If I could select 0 stars, I would. I can not conceive of a reason why I would even consider ordering a meal from this restaurant in the future. read more

Should be zero stars! Service was awful. Waited to be greeted at door. Waited 10 mins and wait staff never greeted us. Walked right out. If I could pick 0 stars I would. This Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't even deserve 1 star. Service was horrible! I do not recommend!

I have never been to this place but once and I live in Rocky Mount. A friend and I stop by for a quick bite...order 6 wings and some tacos. When we got 4 wings....asked the waitress why she said that she had made a mistake, but offered to bring the other 2 wings. At that point a manager came over and said he couldn't do this...I told him to take the order back and I would leave. He said I had to pay although I hadn't eaten anything of the food. He threatened to call the police and he did. I was not arrested, but is this the behavior you want to display....is this how customers are treated after they have been given the wrong information. Service bad mess your order up and you end up waiting for a pickup order for 1hr this is unacceptable

came here for unlimited wings and got shafted, no more unlimited wings deal, what a scam.

Kudos and many thanks to this location. It was the end of moving day, everyone is tired and grimy. My son ordered food online and screwed it up. Wrong food, wrong time, etc. One quick phone call to the restaurant and they fixed most of it, no hassle. Thank you all. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Sports Bars Near Me - Rocky Mount, North Carolina

This has to be the worst BWW we've ever been to. Heading home from a baseball tournament and the kids were hungry so we stopped. When we arrived the hostess was no where to be found. We waited 20 minutes before I asked a waitress if we they had a hostess. She said "yeah she'll pop up sometime" ... finally another waitress helped us to a seat about the time the hostess "popped up". Sat down, ordered our food and drinks. Waiter forgot my drink and we had to ask again before it was brought. Then we got our food at the most random increments. My son's fries came out (his side) 20 mins prior to his chicken. Then my other sons, then finally my husbands. I sat patiently over an hour later when everyone was done (meanwhile waiter never came to our table to check on us or our drinks) I asked about my food. Waiter said he'd ask, then came back and told me the brisket was frozen and it had to be thawed?? He said I could wait to longer or order something else. I asked if they could not just sub chicken on the tacos, he said they could. Wondering why he didn't tell me this an hour ago and while I was waiting or he just forgot my order and made up a lie. Finally get my food, missing half the toppings on the tacos .., asked for it to go as we had been there almost 2 hours at this point and everyone was ready to get home. So here we are on our way home 2 hours later while I'm eating my meal in the car. We live 2 hours away and had I known how poor this establishment is I would have eaten at home. Waiter never apologized, never credited our bill or even offered to. I did not have the energy to even complain. So we have now lost 2 hours on the road and $70. I would not recommend this place of business at all. Also - as we were walking out a young family had stopped a waitress to ask if they had a hostess because they had been waiting for a while and had not seen one ... wow. read more

Call in order with pickup: 20 Wings (2 Flavors, Blue Cheese, & Celery), received 9 Wings of one Flavor and 4 Wings of the 2nd Flavor and Ranch Dressing and the Celery condition is Attached How do they come up 9 & 4 not any of the combinations. And their "Wild" sauce had 2 wings with no sauce Called immediately and they said celery is a complimentary item you get what we have and company policy was not to give any credit for wrong order After a discussion they finally issued me credit for the 6 wings that were omitted from the order that I had already paid for. This is the finally straw to a string of wrong orders from this place. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - BWW Staff said its complimentary - I guess edible is not required - Sports Bars Near Me - Rocky Mount, North Carolina

This Buffalo Wild Wings is average at best. The service is average, the food is average, the overall cleanliness is average. I have eaten at this restaurant 4 or 5 times. The wait staff is ok, but I've never had a waiter or waitress to go above and beyond. Today it took an above average time to get our food. We had to ask for 3 different things they forgot as part of our meal. I had some Asian Zing wings and some Honey BBQ wings. I was happy with both. I will eat here again in the future, and I hope I can write a more favorable review then. read more

We are Buffalo Wild Wing fans. Only plan to go to this location if you don't have anything else in the schedule for the day or night. We travel over an hour for this location. There will be a lengthy wait time. This has been the case on multiple visits. Would have been nice to have hot and fresh food after the wait but it was room temperature. We appreciate our host assistance tonight with getting service flowing. read more

The staff does not show up, we walked in for lunch and one brave woman was waiting tables, and the bartender was also doing the to go. The hostess said they couldn't seat anyone at the time. Slowest pick up every single time I come. There is ALWAYS an issue with my order, they always forget something. I am 100% sure that I ordered my food correctly when it came out it was wrong. This has to be the worst restaurant I've been to. $93 for mediocre food and terrible service. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come greet our table. We got the managers attention and finally got someone to take our drink orders. Food came out one at a time. People were 3/4 of the way done before all the food got to the table. Our first order of wings were cold. We sent them back and was told "we make them to order so I don't see how". Well they were. Had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for a knife twice then finally my son got up and got it. My salad was delicious though. Then new order of wings were good. Husband's sandwich left some to be desired. Tots were over cooked. Maybe if the employees weren't outside putting tvs in their car, in the bathroom putting on makeup- the service would improve. It didn't seem like the manager gave a crap. It wasnt very busy. Service should never be like this read more

No waitstaff. 2 for the entire bar/restaurant on Football Sunday. Slow, lazy and uninterested in customer service. 25 minutes to be acknowledged and another 20 for a glass of water. Not a bad place to hang out and have wings and a beer plenty of tvs. Bathrooms are clean and wings are good,

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings every week, first time at the Smithfield location was told a 30 min wait, they have 20 tables14 of them were empty? we always just go sit the bar at every other location all over the east coast, when we went and sat at a bar table one of the waitresses that was standing around not serving anyone we can't just sit at a bar table. then we order wings at the bar, out of Asian zing? not off to a good start, get the apatiser ask for salt and pepper and ranch after the he food was cold we finally got the ranch...8 customers at the bar 4 of them with me including myself no water refills no sweet tea refill after 10 min. 4 people ordered food 3 people got food, I am not the fortunate one sadly, after the 3 others finished their food mine came out room temperature read more

We came in on Tuesday night around 5 for some take out. The take out waiting area is extremely small. There were about 10 ppl waiting for their orders. The bench was full, standing area was full also. My son and I sat at the closet available table while we waited. After sitting there for close to 20-30 minutes a waitress rudely asked if we were waiting for a take out order. I said yes and she replied "well I need to seat this table". Her tone was very very rude. And the couple she was trying to sit there chose to not even sit at the table. There are 9 more available tables in this area right now! (3 booths, 3 2-person tables and 3 4-person tables). I highly doubt that I will be returning to this location due to the rudeness of this waitress. I'll stick to Greenville. read more
