After my visit tonight I see why the ratings are so bad. 8 people in the place and 6 were at the bar, myself included. Took ten minutes to get a menu, 15 minutes to be asked if I'd like a drink. I was as for the most part ignored at the bar. When my to-go food came out I debated after seeing it on whether to send it back or not. Old, skimpy and over cooked wings. I'm going to go out on a limb here...slowest service I've received in a restaurant...EVER. And worst experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. I don't like to leave 1 star unless it's unavoidable and I can't remember the last single star review I've left. The only positive thing I have to say is the food was good. Arrived at 8:30 and ordered a mixed drink which took 20 minutes. Thereafter I decided to order another as soon as each drink hit the table. It was only two of us and the section was very slow when we got here (albeit it was Thursday night football so the bar was full). After a few drinks we ordered our meal and without going into the specifics, it was a pretty easy order of wings and fries with sauce. Had to go ask for napkins and silverware. Forgot my both our sauces and my wife's wedges and her pickles. 10 minutes for the sauces to come out and 15 minutes for the wedges. Another 10 minutes and multiple requests for the pickles. Had to practically beg for refills of water. A large table of 20 came in and that's when it went completely downhill. They sat this whole group in one servers section with the rest of the restaurant basically empty. My final drink sat at the bar for 10 minutes until I went and grabbed it myself. After the meal, 35 minutes for a check and box. The to go phone rang at least 5 times for 5 minutes each time without being answered. Other servers or floor people were walking around and didn't appear to be very concerned with customers waiting or phones or anything really. Our server seemed to be trying but it was very clear that she wasn't trained. No apologies for any of this. This would have been a 1/2 star review if allowable. read more

Placed an order online for 3 meals. Order was reportedly supposed to be ready to pick up at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm. At 6:30pm I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I inquired about the status of my order twice while waiting. The first time was after waiting 30 minutes. At no point was I advised that I could expect to wait an hour or more for my order. I am not sure why it was taking so long, but I would highly recommend management to be a little more transparent about how long orders are taking. I spent more than an hour waiting for an order that I expected would be ready to pick up 5 minutes after my arrival (based on the guidance provided online when I placed my order). If I could select 0 stars, I would. I can not conceive of a reason why I would even consider ordering a meal from this restaurant in the future. read more

I have never been to this place but once and I live in Rocky Mount. A friend and I stop by for a quick bite...order 6 wings and some tacos. When we got 4 wings....asked the waitress why she said that she had made a mistake, but offered to bring the other 2 wings. At that point a manager came over and said he couldn't do this...I told him to take the order back and I would leave. He said I had to pay although I hadn't eaten anything of the food. This has to be the worst BWW we've ever been to. Heading home from a baseball tournament and the kids were hungry so we stopped. When we arrived the hostess was no where to be found. We waited 20 minutes before I asked a waitress if we they had a hostess. Waiter said he'd ask, then came back and told me the brisket was frozen and it had to be thawed?? He said I could wait to longer or order something else. I asked if they could not just sub chicken on the tacos, he said they could. Wondering why he didn't tell me this an hour ago and while I was waiting or he just forgot my order and made up a lie. Finally get my food, missing half the toppings on the tacos .., asked for it to go as we had been there almost 2 hours at this point and everyone was ready to get home. So here we are on our way home 2 hours later while I'm eating my meal in the car. We live 2 hours away and had I known how poor this establishment is I would have eaten at home. Waiter never apologized, never credited our bill or even offered to. I did not have the energy to even complain. So we have now lost 2 hours on the road and $70. This Buffalo Wild Wings is average at best. The service is average, the food is average, the overall cleanliness is average. I have eaten at this restaurant 4 or 5 times. The wait staff is ok, but I've never had a waiter or waitress to go above and beyond. Today it took an above average time to get our food. We had to ask for 3 different things they forgot as part of our meal. I had some Asian Zing wings and some Honey BBQ wings. I was happy with both. This has to be the worst restaurant I've been to. $93 for mediocre food and terrible service. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come greet our table. We got the managers attention and finally got someone to take our drink orders. Food came out one at a time. People were 3/4 of the way done before all the food got to the table. Our first order of wings were cold. We sent them back and was told "we make them to order so I don't see how". Well they were. Had to ask for silverware. We came in on Tuesday night around 5 for some take out. The take out waiting area is extremely small. There were about 10 ppl waiting for their orders. The bench was full, standing area was full also. My son and I sat at the closet available table while we waited. After sitting there for close to 20-30 minutes a waitress rudely asked if we were waiting for a take out order. I said yes and she replied "well I need to seat this table". Her tone was very very rude. And the couple she was trying to sit there chose to not even sit at the table. There are 9 more available tables in this area right now!
