I love Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was amazing. The only problem I had with them is that I ordered large boneless wings in 3 different flavors. Two of the flavors were not the ones I selected, she was quick to apologize and bring out the correct one. She told me to keep the boneless wings that I didn't order, cool. When it came time for the bill my waitress went to the back and had someone else give me my bill. It was nearly doubled because of a failure on her part. No thank you! The new waitress quickly fixed the price. How in the heck do you expect me to pay for something that I never ordered? We had a gift card so we decided to use it on a random Sunday night. We sat down and ordered our appetizer and drinks. The waitress brought a huge glass for my eight year old so I had to ask for a lid to prevent a major spill. The app came out fine but had way too many jalapeños. I ordered a cheeseburger and you would think that would be a safe bet. When I got my burger it looked like a burnt dried out sponge. I asked the waitress why it was cooked this way and why she didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked. Her response was that the kitchen only cooks it one way It seriously looked like it was out in the microwave. I refused to eat it and she took it away. My husband had asked for sour cream and she needed to be asked three times before that arrived. I ended up having to go to the bar to order my own drink because the waitress was MIA. Standard fare. Came here after a long day and we were all starving and I would have probably eaten anything at that point: I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was pretty good, it came with fries which were decent. I felt jealous and realized after two people at my table got them but I should have gotten the wings. Horrible ambiance. I guess I assumed it would be more like a sports bar atmosphere. But it was more like being in a bright roller rink. Thought the announcer was going to come on and say "all skate," with some 80's dance song blasting. Take out ONLY from this place. After waiting for a half hour (ok no prob, it's a Friday, and they're new) we arrived...it was hopping. Then I noticed 5-8 workers on average surrounding the computer. I should have used my jedi forces to see this was going to be a mess. our waiter (and other waiters doing the same) 1. does not give us silverware or anything more than a cocktail napkin...did I mention we have two kids and a baby with us? 2. 4 adult menus; no kids menus, other tables some got them, not all 3. asked if we needed sauces . blue cheese etc..we asked for what we wanted ...and he NEVER came back with them 4. I finally found him, reminded about dressings and asked for silverware, he came back 15 minutes later only with sauces. I went to the server station and got silverware I really have a high tolerance for bad service, waiting, cold food; I mean hey I go out with a baby and two kids, it never really bothers me...but this time, it was INCREDIBLY BAD. I mean even after the children's food came, the apps, and our main meals...I had to search down our own silverware, and the sauces came 3 minutes before we asked for the check. oh yeah then we pay...as we are still at the table; getting the children's coats on, both me and my husband not even close to getting our coats on..the waiter and two bus boys appear and clean up the table before our seats are even cold. We were still standing there in disbelief as the table was miraculously set for the next group. I mean hey, we waited and had a really LOOOONG dinner, not because we wanted to; but as our coats move the service goes into high gear to clean the table and take the money. As other reviewers have said, it's definitely a place for beer and wings. Lots of beer on tap and alot of pretty good wing sauces. Other than that nothing really stands out. Service was good, lots of tv's if you're looking to watch a game and a big bar. The fried pickles and buffalo chips are good starters, but the wings are a good bet. read more

I must say I was impressed with the service and speed in which I was served at my most recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. I was out here for work and forgot lunch so came in on my lunch break. I was sat incredibly quickly and was then greeted by the very friendly Christina! She was phenomenal! Not only did she provide me with great service, I watched her zip around the high tops assisting a large amount of tables, including those with small kids. Cool to see one of these on the east end! As with any new restaurant; it's staff is a little confused and the atmosphere can become hectic at prime times. Don't come here expecting an out of this world five star meal. Beer, wings, fries, and maybe a burger will always let you leave this place happy and full. Been to Buffalo Wild Wings locations all over on many occasions and have NEVER ventured into the non-chicken wing menu. Been happy every time. If you don't want a simple beer and wings kind of meal (Mac & cheese for the kids) stay away. Plus there's about a thousand televisions in this place....take it or leave it. read more

I love the food from here. I think the wings are amazing, second only to Hooters. I have ordered 3 times online from there and they have either not gotten my order even though I paid for it online, or they screwed it up somehow and I had to wait 25 minutes to get my food to go. Great wings, plenty of varieties, and wonderful service. Our waitress, Marita, was outstanding. She took great care of making sure that we were enjoying our dining experience. She brought over all of the different sauces so that we can do a trial before ordering. Marita was very attentive throughout our time there. Have yet to have a good experience at a BWW. Both times the food was horrible. Fries were soggy. Wings were small. Burgers were dry. Is it just me? I go to Fridays about 4 times a month and also Applebees. The food is much better and cheaper. They have no rewards program, no good food during happy hours and the food sucks. A group of ten of us recently walked into this location hoping to have a great rainy Saturday afternoon. It wasn't crowded. All ten of us found a seat at the bar, side by side. There was only one other couple at the bar when we arrived. After we got our drinks (took 15 minutes for the bar server to acknowledge us and then pour 8 tap beers, one mixed drink and one soda). After that grueling task was accomplished she took our order. 3 large orders of wings. 40 minutes later...still no wings. The other couple that was already there had not received their food either (so that's more than 40 minutes for them) The bartender comped the couple and apologized for the delay. For us, she claimed we only put our order in 11 minutes before I started to complain (the 45 minute mark). While I don't doubt that this crack barmaid who boasted of having 13 years experience...may have only entered the order 11 minutes before I complained ( but still over 30 minutes after the order was placed)...I still can't believe that she had the audacity to bring out cold...yes, cold, wings. Thankfully I don't ever have to go back there. And even better, I convinced my nephew (a local) to never bring his football team there again. Well done 13 year experienced bartender. You...and your chefs in the kitchen are awful and lost your boss lots of business. read more

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings a million times and love their wings and beer. But I did have a bad experience here a few months ago.... I ordered the Asian Zing wings. My husband and I drank our beers and waited for our food. When it arrived, they gave me Thai Curry (which I've had before and it's my least favorite wing there) So, I said nicely to the kid that gave it to me, "This is wrong, I ordered asian zing" So he left and the waitress came back and was like "what's wrong?" and I said, "I wanted asian zing" And she said "You ordered Thai Curry" And I felt embarrassed and upset so I just said that I didn't mean to order that one. She left, never said sorry and came back literally 2 mins later with my Asian Zing wings. Which is weird to me anyway cause how did it come out so quickly...? idk but I was happy I finally had my food. But the waitress was really snotty and nasty and i thought it was completel unprofessional that she accused me of ordering the wrong thing. EVEN IF I DID.... I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated with respect, not treated like an idiot that doesnt know how to order. I would never say Thai Curry. I wouldnt ever say those words Because i dont like it. Just sooo completely ridiculous. I wish there was an option for zero stars. We were seated and waited 20 minutes for a server and that was only because we went to the front multiple times and asked if we even had a server. When Matthew finally showed up he seemed annoyed by our wanting to order drinks and proceeded to bring them to the table 2 at a time (there were 6 of us). I asked for lemon for my soda when I ordered it and each time he returned to the table and never got my lemon, I guess he showed us! When our appetizers finally arrived we asked for napkins since he brought silverware only to the table. It took multiple trips and me asking each time to finally get the napkins. He took the ketchup from the table when we got our food so we had to use the ketchup from another table. He spent more time rearranging the empty tables then he did serving ours. We eat here frequently and will probably go back but will be sure he is never our server again. read more

In town on business. Placed an order at 9:20, was told on their website it would be ready at 9:40. It's not 10:06 and it finally came out. The restaurant was dead and in my time waiting, 3 pickup orders came in. When they did bring my order out the first time, they did not bring the drink (blender) that I ordered. The cheese curds I ordered were fries and they had to "make fresh ones," so now my wrap is cold. While I was waiting for those, one of the orders that had been picked up came back in and the employee said to them, "nachos, right?" Then he went back into the kitchen and the guy who came in looked at me and said, "they must have given me your wrap." And after all this (and more, just rudeness in general from the employee, no greeting, a broken hypercomm, etc), not even an "I'm sorry for the delay," or anything. Won't be back here, and good luck getting me back to any of them. I had to repeat myself and he still got the order wrong when we picked it up and had to go back. The wrap was lose and soggy with low quality and low amounts of meat. If I could give negative stars I would. From the dirty looking, unpleasant hostess to the 30 minute wait for our order only to finally get a chicken wrap that was literally dry, old end pieces of fried fatty chicken bits that they should have thrown away. I can go on about the wrap but I would have expected that from MAYBE idk like a hospital cafeteria but that would have been better. Fries were old dried out and not even hot. Boneless wings were almost all breading (which was old) and almost no chicken but what was in there was dried out. I didn't eat the food but some of the wrap bc I was so hungry. The boys didn't eat their chili and the wings were just ok to them. (If you dump enough hot sauce on dog food little kids would eat it. So don't go by them) The garden salad was actually good. But the side of bread it came with was equally old and dried out. It was a Saturday afternoon and not crowded (now I know why) I am mostly upset because after telling my server, she said she hears this often and it's who they hire. And yet she did not take anything off the bill even though the food was left intact and uneaten. If I paid $10 bucks would be ok with it -but the bill was $57.83!!!!! plus a tip!!!!!!. I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and they all taste consistenly good no matter which location I go to. Friendly service here and great food. Prices are decent too. I always order a wrap here which is my favorite. Only downfall is that I asked for "mild" sauce and was brought "wild" sauce so that definitely shocked my mouth for a good portion of my meal. The people in the kitchen probably got confused since they sound similar but perhaps they should change the names to avoid the mishearing confusion because there is a big difference between the two even though they sound similar.
