Sadly this is a corporate store and they couldn't care any less about local sports. The servers/bartenders always work hard and provide great service but if you want to watch a local game - like the playoff game for Miami University mens basketball...which is actually located in Oxford... or a MLS game for FC Cincinnati you'll have to visit another competitor - not on here in Oxford and corporate just doesn't care. Take your business to any of the several businesses that actually do have the game on...and care about the local customer. read more

One of the only sit down late night options in Oxford. Food is consistent. Beer is cold. Service is usually good unless the place gets slammed - but I guess that it what it is. DRYEST WINGS, RUDEST WORKERS ordered my wings tonight for online pick up.. when I got to the bdubs to pick up my food I was met w workers on their phones looking at me like I was the problem. then I had to ask if they had my food after waiting. I was handed a bag and the girl looked at me with disgust. I told her to have a good night and she ignored. When I got home the wings were almost completely dry w little to no sauce. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered take out last night, came at the projected time was told it would be five more minutes. 35 minutes later I was getting my food. The front girl had to repeat our order to the cooks at least five times before they finally did what she asked. Maybe if they took out their AirPods they could have heard what she was saying. As someone who works in customer service I completely understand having bad days. Or maybe being stressed out and over stimulated when you're busy. But when you can't have the decency to answer the phone with a little introduction, or at least in a friendly voice, it makes me already not want to order your food. Ceria I think is her name? I love Bdubs and I'm a hooters girl. We went on 65 cent boneless wing night and we expected it to be busy but we only saw our waitress twice. When she was taking our order and cashing us out. I had to get up and go find her so we could leave which is pretty annoying and she forgot to bring us silverware. But, bdubs is bomb and I love it so much. Management should consider adding more staff for busier nights. I'll definitely be back but I'll do take out on wing nights from here on out and I would recommend the same! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - 65 cent boneless wing night! - Sports Bars Near Me - Oxford, Ohio

There's only one reason to come here instead of other bars in Oxford and that's NFL Sundays or college football Saturdays. There are better wings (SDS or Mac and Joe's) and much better food/service overall at nearly any other place. After being there with friends last week, a friend and I decided to split 20 wings. When dividing them up, we noticed that there were only 17. Not a big deal, this stuff happens. The annoying part was when we told the woman who brought our food (we had to find out from another employee that her name was Autumn), she replied, "Did you eat them?". My table was obviously pretty upset about being accused of basically stealing 3 wings (lol, really?). We told her no and to check the cameras if she was that concerned. She said nothing at all and turned away. About ten minutes later, after us not seeing our server and not knowing if we were going to get our full order or not, the food runner Autumn returns with TWO wings, both of which were completely plain (obviously not we ordered). At that point, we were so tired of the crappy service we just ate them plain. After all this time our waitress finally returns and is very apologetic but doesn't do anything to remedy the situation. This unfortunately is an example of how the staff views younger groups, accusing them of theft and not doing much to rectify mistakes. Would Autumn have made this accusation if everyone at the table had been 20 years older? I'd guess not. read more

Good location since it's next to a parking garage, streets with free parking, and a hotel. Usually friendly service and a lot of drinks available when I eat there. I recommend choosing something else if you want carryout and/or you think they might be busy. Once I got there when they told me it should be done and I had to wait around for an extra 10-15 minutes before the food was ready. So recently when they told me 40-60 minutes I showed up after 55-60. The food was ready, but when we got home we realized a) I got boneless wings but ordered traditional, b) there was no side of ranch like we ordered, c) the food was pretty much at room temp already (partly my fault for choosing to get there at the end of the wait time, but they should still be able to keep it relatively warm), and d) the food looked way rushed. The tenders that were part of our order and my wings looked pale/underdone, and the wings barely had any of the dry rub I ordered. Most just had a little on one side. Usually they show you your food to make sure it's right and I guess they just forgot to since they were busy. Having ordered an hour before I was just ready to get home and eat. Came here with 5 friends during finals week when they were having a special: buy one get one boneless wings. Of course college students were all over that, so the place was packed. We were told it was about a 30-40 minute wait, decided that cheap wings and procrastination were worth it so we would stay. We were actually seated after about 20 minutes, but told that food would be 40-60 minutes. Once again, we decided to stay. After 30 minutes we were told ticket times were running at 90 minutes and our food would be a long time. We still stayed. My friend wanted to cancel her order but couldn't find the waitress so she ended up stuck at the restaurant for another 15 minutes past when she wanted to leave. Also, I ran out of water but the waitress was nowhere to be seen so my friend filled it up since we were sitting near the machine. When someone else's waitress finally came near, we asked her for refills and she left the old cups on the table. Finally, after probably another 45 minutes the waitress appeared and said that they were OUT of boneless wings, and they could switch us to traditional but not at any discount or the BOGO deal with the boneless. This was the last straw and we left. The entire event was disastrous and I can't speak to the food as we didn't get any. Likely will try again because I love wings but not more than once if they don't get it together. read more

First of all they have good wings here and plenty of beer. The service is excellent and the waitresses are friendlier than you'd expect in a place hidden in the bowels of a hotel in a college town. Good food, TVs everywhere and beer...that's three stars easy. Still, it had a weird vibe to it. People here were there to have a good time but they weren't having a good time. It had a feel of one of those lame everyone-in-the-department-is-going-out-to-lunch-for-gladys'-birthday feels to it. Everyone wished they were somewhere else. People looking at their watches, wishing the service was faster because they wanted this 'fun' to be over so they could get on with life. I'm a big fan of B-Dub's and have reviewed a few of them, so here's the specifics on the Oxford location: Recent renovations are right on the money. The place looks great and there's a ton of seating. There really doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house, with TV's everywhere. We had our fantasy football draft here and they give you $100 in BWW gift cards if 8 or your 10 players show up and take part in the draft. Pretty cool. The location is good, too - just of the main drag. You're close enough to everything else but kind of hidden away so there's rarely a wait (I've never seen one but I imagine it happens from time to time). They are very accepting of all fans and affiliations, probably because it's a college town with folks coming from all over (yes, it's still mainly Bengals, Browns and Steelers). Free Wi-Fi, too, and that's at all locations. read more

I really wasn't happy with this experience. Our server was abrupt, at some times even rude, even though we were spending $40 over the total check, not including tip. My sandwich was absolutely TINY compared to the picture on the menu, but tasted decent, so I didn't complain. They kicker is that the restaurant got 3 things wrong with my boyfriend's dinner, which he doesn't like to complain about, so didn't make a big deal. He ordered Buffalo Chips with a seasoning and sauce; when they completely missed bringing the sauce, he asked for one. The chips weren't even seasoned, so they brought him a cup of the dry seasoning... I just couldn't help but find that ridiculous. That doesn't remedy the situation, that just shows how little you care about that table. I don't usually say this, but my boyfriend's a waiter--so I'm a very good tipper. I definitely have the ability to commiserate with a server that's being stretched too thin. But when you treat a table like they're not important just because it's two of them versus a table of five college students, you're going to get a tip that shows just how little they cared for you. Worst cheeseburger meal my wife and I have had in many years. Service was slow and unattentive. Cheeseburgers obviously were cooked the day before, or just sat under heat lamps for 40 minutes or more. Salads were bad quality ingredients, poorly prepared and presented. My draft beer was completely flat. Should have complained and asked for better, but we were exhausted from a long road trip. Used to be fairly good. Not now. This place was recently remodeled and flows much better. The big bulky booths have been replaced with more comfortable seating. There are large group tables in the back. It's the same old food found at Bdubs; pretty much always good. There are several new menu items I haven't tried, including hotdogs and a brat burger. The manager is very attentive. If there were less stars I would Give a -10. Worst experiences ever. We were there in a Saturday night. Waited 25 minutes for a table no big deal. The waitress got out drinks, returned to take out order. We ordered naked chicken and fries and pulled pork. Nothing extravagant or would take time to make. We wait, we wait, we wait, tables come and go- tables come and go. An hour later- the waitress comes and says "I forgot to put your order in" we were like "ok things happen". Now out table include a 76 year old grandma, my husband and myself. We were waited some more. My husband went and asked the manager what was happening. We waited some more she came by and said the chicken is coming off the grill now. It will be out soon. Waited 15 MORE minutes. We finally decide after 1 1/2 hours to leave. On our way out the manager tries to get us to stay - saying here is your food now. It was too late. Then she started yelling for her GM. We did not wait to talk to him we had had it with their refusal to apologize for the mess up or offer our meal for free. We will never go back there even if our son decides to attend school at Miami. The worst service! The server (FORGOT HER NAME, SHE IS A BLACK GIRL WITH LONG HAIR, TALL AND THIN) made us wait super long to get our food. She did not come to serve after she asked us if we need something to drink, until I got to find her and told her we were ready to order. During our dinner, she never came to ask if we need something else, and even we did want to order more chicken wings and need some napkins...Also, I noticed her standing right in the corner until we finished our food, when I stood up, she came to us quickly and asked my boyfriend if we were ready to check out...My boyfriend was ASTONISHED because she ignored us all the time and by then seemed that we should get out of the restaurant because we finished our food(actually my boyfriend did want more chicken wings...)! Besides, I asked if they offered pizza without cheese, the server checked and said yes. But gave me a pizza without chicken and within lots of cheese on it! I had to admit that i WAS SUPER MAD at that moment and made a mistake for questioning her instead of finding the manager or a better way to complain....just because we were treated terribly and seemed to be kicked out of the restaurant according to the serve's tone. Finally I did not give her any tips (this was also one of my fault since other people in the restaurant were nice to us...we went to Buffalo a lot and do enjoy your food there).
