The first time the order came out the sauce for the boneless wings was on the traditional wings and vice versa. Then after 15-20 mins the order came out wrong again so I had to send my food back. There was no I'm sorry your order was made wrong/ keep these while we work on your order or compensation for the fact it took 2 times for my order to get sent back to come out correctly the 3rd time. Each time the bartender kept asking me (with an attitude) what was made verse what should have been made. I don't know anymore shoot all I'm trying to figure out is why I don't have 8 Caribbean jerk wings in my face right now. When I first ordered the food it was only 3 other people there with me so I'm not sure why the order kept being messed up and why it took so long to get the food. After the 2nd send back it was maybe a total of 10 people there and I seen a few people send food back to the kitchen. One overworked employee juggling the entire floor on a half-full Sunday isn't service...it's triage. And the food? Bacon so undercooked it practically squeals, burgers and buns burnt like they lost a bet, and somewhere under the carbon you can taste what used to be a pretty good patty. If you eat in, they have those fancy new platters for improved presentation...I'd rather have good food than a sexy plate. The milkshake is the real magic trick...almost $7 for a "large" that's one-third whipped cream, two-thirds regret (looked like 8-10 ounces of shake). Across the street, you get about 3X more, better, faster, and cheaper. That's not competition...that's a tutorial. To-go order? No napkins, no utensils. Fast food places get that right...and for a third of the price. But hey, nice paper boxes. Really elevates the disappointment. At this point, it's not a restaurant with a bar...it's a bar where food is an afterthought. Fancier plates, sure, but that's lipstick on a burger that used to matter. They might be making money for now, (although I've not seen the Milford parking lot packed since the old management) but this is how places lose the room...families fade out, regulars disappear (except for the bargain beer drinkers...heck I may come for $3 Miller Lites in March, but I'll eat elsewhere), and suddenly "pretty good" becomes "why are we here?" I wondered by their reviews have tanked. It didn't used to be like this. That's a problem...and yet with all the locations it's as if they think they're worthy of franchising. I could go to a big chain, buy a much better couple of burgers, fries and a shake and afford new platters and still get a better meal and reusable utensils and plates, for much less. After we ordered our drinks and spent about 25 minutes looking over the menu, we were finally informed that the restaurant was out of French fries, chicken tenders, and several other sides and menu items. By that point, we had already been waiting and were disappointed to learn how limited the menu actually was. We ended up ordering hamburgers, which unfortunately were overcooked, and there were very few options available to accompany them. My biggest frustration was that we were not informed about the extensive shortages until well after we had been seated, ordered drinks, and spent considerable time reviewing the menu. In my opinion, customers should be made aware of major menu shortages when they are seated or given the menu, rather than discovering them after ordering. I hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously. A simple notice at the entrance or a clear explanation when customers are seated would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. I hope the restaurant can address these issues so future customers have a better experience.
