Wow.. we came in on Saturday at 6 pm... nobody here (like 4 tables) sat at the bar. Ordered boneless wings and burgers. Waited almost 30 minutes wings at an empty restaurant. Another 5 minutes later the bartender says someone told her our food was to- go we say no then she comes out with food that wasn't ours then says she messed up and we have to wait another 10 minutes. Went here while in town tonight and very disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the potato wedges with small wings. Asked for blue cheese and ranch on the side...when the wings came out the tray was so hot from sitting in the window under a heating lamp that the waitress could barely handle the tray without burning her hand. The staff are great. But this establishment attracts really unpleasant customers. Who use the wifi to watch adult entertainment, get drunk. Then feel they have the right to write obscene notes to other customers. Critiquing their appearance. I've never had to suffer such humiliation. Other servers and employees were socializing the entire time we were there (literally dancing together in adjoining room.) Took my grandaughter to restroom and dirty tampons on floor told waitress and she said it would get taken care of asked to speak with management never got that till i went to leave 1 1/2 hour later when I took my granddaughter back to restroom and the tampons were still there and other restroom still out of order for the 3rd week. Our server Jimmy was new and doing his best at helping in every way possible. Very much appreciate all that he did. The rest of our visit there was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was completely empty minus the staff and our table. Multiple staff members were standing around on cell phones, chatting back and forth while our table never received napkins. It took over 30 minutes for some of us to get our meals and a good 15 minutes after that for the kids to get their meals. Two drinks had bugs in them, the table was sticky and unwashed, there was missing food from our order and we were charged for 4 extra beverages. Time after time the excuse was given that we had gotten there during a shift change. Thankful that we are not locals who will be returning. read more

It is a chain but I still like the atmosphere, the backless bar stools are rough on the hind side and there isn't much of a variety on the menu but what they do have is pretty good, service has been slow but friendly every time I've been there, its a good place to bring a date or the family if you like wings read more

I've tried to give this location as many chances as possible, but I can't go there anymore. I know the owner is there most every night, and is always working hard to make the place run smoothly. I respect him a lot for that, and it's because of that respect I am leaving this review. Every time I go, the service is ridiculously slow. I've been there when the place was packed and when it was only a couple other people and the speed was abhorrently slow in both situations. Several times, I have waited over 30min for my wings(and I would say 3/4 of those times, they weren't busy at all). This leads to irritated customers who then take it out on undeserving servers when they are not the one's responsible! Most of the time, the servers are friendly, although I have had several bad experiences. On one occasion, my server did everything from the other side of one of the dividing walls, including giving us our drinks and check! Ridiculous. Recently, I had two servers working my table inconsistently because they had other parties (despite there being only 20 other people in the restaurant!) and several times found myself wondering where my food/drinks/server was. Finally, I can't stand the prices there. I tend to be reasonably understanding when it comes to costs/revenues, but I think these are too high. The price doesn't match the service, if it did, maybe I wouldn't care about the price as much. But for now, if I really want to go get wings, I'll go to Applebee's or the BWW in Kokomo. read more

I had a bad day at work! I love going to BWW!!! It always lifts my spirit. I'm on the road, all the time so that is my go to place. I went to BWW around 8:30-ish. I figured not to many people would be there and, this should be the pick me up after a horrible day. I went to the front desk and saw an employee talking to a lady. I also saw another employee talking on the phone to a customer. so I waited there for at least five minutes, before the gentleman got off the phone and was able to answer my question. I simple wanted to know where i could sit. I found out that the employee talking to the lady was only shooting the breeze(some call it BSing). once they told me, what was the bar area, I went to sit down. I was happy that the waitress arrived promptly. Unfortunately she told me that the beer i wanted(Yuengling) was out. they did have Yuengling gold, so i settled. I had to call across the bar three times to get her attention, completely out of my comfort zone, and out of character. Once for an additional bowl to put my bones from my hot wings, once to ask her, about the food, because i have allergies, and last time for some napkins(which she forgot when she went to talk to her friends). I latterly had to wave at her and make the motion of wiping my mouth, before she realized I needed napkins. Once done, I stopped at the door to put stuff away in my computer pouch. two individuals were passing by me, The lady at the counter told them have a good night! A good sign, to a bad experience, at a place, i love to go to when I travel! I really hope they see this and use it as a learning tool. They seemed like charming people! Saturday afternoon with football payoffs going on. Why are you short staffed? I can't blame the server. I think she did everything she could for a group of 14. But the food quality and length of time it takes to receive your order leave a lot to be desired. In our case about an hour. My wife ordered a house sampler which included nachos. This was the strangest nachos I have ever seen. Dozen chips in the bottom of a tray with about a table spoon of nacho cheese and maybe a table spoon of ground beef covered by 2 inches of lettuce. I ordered the double stacked bacon cheeseburger. What you see is ALL you get. There is nothing on those buns. No Mayo, mustard or anything else. The patty is well done. The server said that is the only way they cook burgers. Glad the server had just given me a refill on the soda because I needed it to choke this very dry, tasteless burger down. This is only the second time I have been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, but neither visit would inspire me to come back. read more
