My husband ordered ribs with fries. The ribs were very tough, and the fries way undercooked. I ordered the beef nachos appetizer. The taco meat was so overcooked and dry that it was almost burnt and tasted awful. Plus, looked nothing like the pic online or the menu. Online order, you would think if I ordered online it would be correct, after all I am not sitting waiting and it is put in exactly as I requested NO! They shorted us 2 fries, we got none of the extra dipping sauces we paid for or the sauce for the prime rib sandwich. After spending 120$ on a meal 2 things were not good enough to eat we threw away all pasta that was overcooked so bad it was mush! 2 of them. Ordered a club it was so burnt we could not eat it. This is the worst one I've ever been to. They need to close this restaurant. I'm not sure where to even begin to describe how dreadful it was. Let's start with Caleb. Went on a double date for a friends birthday. Place was super packed and understaffed. Tables were filled with dirty dishes, people standing around to be seated, and what employees they do have just stared everyone waiting. Finally got to a table, ordered our drinks. Don't bother getting one from the bar, it takes 45 mins to receive and make any drink apparently. Ordered our apps and dinner, apps came out quick, but no plates or silverware to use. I had to wait 30 mins to get a refill of mango sweet tea. About 20 more mins go by, our food gets delivered. Everything is Luke warm, and all out of steaks were over cooked. I've ate here twice. Once with my husband, we ordered curb side. And once with my mother in law, we ate lunch at the bar. The food was really good both times. Price for food and drinks isn't bad either. Although some of the waitresses could use some more training on how they approach customers and speak to them. When my Mother in law and I walked in we weren't sure if we seated ourself or not. The waitress that we asked was very rude and snarky about it. This place has improved dramatically in the last year and I find myself going there a lot more often. Great appetizer and drink specials. The menu has some nice new items and everything is reasonably priced. Waiters and waitresses are doing a much better job as I haven't seen any problems in that area. Terrible rip off. We stopped in for some drinks in the bar with a group of friends. We were served cocktails with no alcohol included. It was sugar juice. After each of us had 2 cosmos - no one could feel any effects - a joke. Order a beer to be sure or ensure you watch the skill challenged bartender include alcohol in the drink. read more

One star is a gift! Service was HORRIBLE from the start. It took nearly 5 minutes for the "greeter" to even acknowledge that we arrived. The server was pushy not allowing us time to peruse their ever changing menu. When we did get our food my sandwich (Clubhouse Grill which is/was my favorite) barely had the cheese melted on what is supposed to be a hot sandwich, my fiancée's chicken was absolutely covered in fresh parsley making it overpowering and inedible. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We arrived at 6:20 and put our name in. The hostess seemed overwhelmed but was courteous. She seated us in the bar around 6:35. 20 minutes later, we flagged down the hostess and told her we still had no waiter or waitress take our drink order. The hostess then took our drink order but promptly told us she could get my soda but not my husband's beer (she was obviously under 21). Shortly thereafter, she brought my soda and told us our waitress would be over to take our order. About 10 minutes later, our waitress FINALLY came to our table with another soda. Don't expect high end customer service - drinks will come slow and check ins will be few. Great servers are at a minimum. Greeter was mildly friendly. General manger just walked around and never came by to check in even though we were with a large group. Positively, the food is what would be expected from a chain - atypical and nothing that will wow, however will satiate your hunger. Exceptional food, experience, and service. We were immediately greeted with smiling faces. We ordered an appetizer (which was amazing,) then a pasta, and finally a shrimp&parmesan sirloin steak. When our food arrived, we noticed that the shrimp and parmesan was missing on the steak, but we noticed it may have been a mistake, and it was immediately attended to. They gave us the shrimp and parmesan for the top of the sirloin within minutes of reporting it. Overall, an amazing experience. read more

Me and my fiancé shared our plates. We had 3 all together. Lemon chicken with sweet vinaigrette and a side of rice , spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and pickles with frys , and chicken with bacon and cheese with sides of mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Food was somewhat delicious. But I do have to point out, the lemon chicken was super sweet ! Couldn't finish the sides. Even the rice had a certain flaw. The plate wasn't brought together peacefully also the portion was off. I'd say the chicken was outstanding though ! We definitely wanted more! Next is the spicy chicken sandwich! It was served on a brioche bun which my taste buds had a blast going through that. The chicken was super crispy; makes my mouth water! It had a sauce that went heavenly with the coleslaw and pickles We devoured it! The fry's were perfect. Not soggy or too much/little salt. They were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I don't even want to discus the bacon,cheese, and onion rings.. It was disappointing to even look at. Bacon was soggy to the touch. The onion rings were so little I didn't even see any onions inside. And that cheese was just Awful! That whole plate was a disaster! The broccoli had no taste what so ever. And the mashed potatoes was more like a mixture of instant potatoes with lumpy prices cut from a raw potato. Come on!! Seriously ! You've wowed us with one plate .. another was okay. My family and I went to Marion, Indiana for my college graduation. We went to Applebee's for lunch to celebrate. The service was great even with the unexpected college graduation rush! We left without realizing that I had forgetton my son's tablet there. I received a Facebook message from Alicia who worked there asking if I left a tablet. We were already in Ohio :( Without any hesitation, she sent me the tablet via FedEx right away!!! I absolultey appreciate the honesty and generousity that she has given us! Our steaks were undercooked, the manager's solution was to take the steaks from our plates that we had been eating the other food off of, take it back to the kitchen and put it back on the grill.
