I made a delivery order and there was a good deal for boneless wings and fries. I got the wings in the "Wild" flavor and added on some carrots, celery, onion rings and an extra ranch. This is my first time having this flavor of wing from BWW actually.. but glad I got it. It is flavorful with a spiciness that builds. I looove spicy stuff too.. I really enjoyed these wings. Onion rings could have been more hot and crispy upon arrival. The veggies were fine. The fries were completely missing. I was pretty bummed because I was craving some fries too.. smh. Tonight my family and I had an experience at this location that left us feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable. After being unable to get a wait time estimate at the Mall Ring Circle location, we called this Horizon Ridge location and were told the wait would be 20 minutes. That sounded reasonable, so we drove over. When we arrived, there was no line and no one seated in the waiting area. We stood at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, a busser approached and said he would wipe down a table and seat us. After wiping one table, he proceeded to wipe several more and perform other tasks while we continued standing there waiting. Shortly after, a white couple walked in behind us. A white server passed by both of our parties but made direct eye contact only with them and apologized specifically to them for the wait despite us having been there longer. We were not acknowledged in the same way. That couple eventually seated themselves at the bar due to frustration. When we were finally seated, the situation did not improve. For approximately 15 minutes, no server introduced themselves, offered drinks, or checked on us. Meanwhile, the same white server who had apologized to the white couple repeatedly walked past our table without speaking to us, while actively attending to surrounding tables which were all white patrons. My sons began noticing the pattern and expressed that they felt uncomfortable. As a Hispanic family in what is considered a more affluent neighborhood, the contrast in treatment did not go unnoticed. We were polite. We did not complain. We did not cause a scene. We simply waited to be treated like everyone else. Ultimately, we left without ever being helped. Not one staff member stopped us to ask why we were leaving or if something was wrong. My wife is a veteran who served this country. My sons are educated, respectful young men. We believe in courtesy and mutual respect. No family should walk into a restaurant and leave feeling invisible. This was not about a long wait time. It was about the perception of unequal treatment and the discomfort that came from watching others receive attention while we were consistently overlooked. First they forgot my sauce that I included in my order and also the French fries that come with the cheeseburger. I would say the food quality is pretty consistent when it comes to chain restaurants. I can't speak for what it is like inside the restaurant since we haven't had a chance to dine inside. First time at this location The feel of the restaurant is a bit dark and cold, but I definitely see how it could be an ideal place to grab a beer and watch some sports. We started with the sampler, and it was fine. It looked even better when we got it than it does in the picture, but it was sopping with grease. Biting into the mozzarella sticks was like a little grease explosion every time. The fries were either so crispy they snapped and crumbled, or were a bit chewy. The service was the most noticeable issue, though. We've been coming to this location for a few years. I admit, during the Rona they went downhill, probably because it was hard to find people to work and the chicken shortage hitting a chicken business hard. They came back, though. We had lunch here today and the wife and I tried their burgers instead of wings. I enjoyed the hatch bacon burger and she liked her cheese curd bacon burger. They're smash style, and we're cooked well. The beef could have used a bit mkre seasoning but the toppings were good. Daughter stuck with wings, and they were back to normal size and the sauces have always been good. Not overdone like some places can be. Buffalo chicken tots were surprisingly good. Tots still crisp under the toppings. Regular tots, onion rings, and curds for sides. All crispy on the outside but not overdone inside. There were a couple oopses (dropped the wrong sides) but our server was good and they corrected it before we even knew. Just meant a slight delay. This place has the worst manger and employee's ever. No one knows what going on or how to take care of customers. After trying this location on Eastern a few times, I know I will never go back. It does not surprise me of their ratings. Ordered on the phone and reviewed order 3 times before hanging up the phone. They tell you 20 minutes but because I know from previous orders, that's not true. I went to pick up in 30 minutes and no one to help because she is on the phone and no else comes up to help. Please Avoid this location! I used the mobile app while finishing errands. Ordered my food at 8:20pm. The app said food would be ready by 8:45pm.
