Typical PT's Gold in the Inspirada area of Henderson. Appears to be relatively new based on the exterior and interior, as well as this area starting to burst at the seams with development. The bartender was friendly enough and knew many of the regulars as they walked into the bar area. We went during Happy Hour which is from 5-7 and offers half price drinks. Unfortunately they were out of the Hualapai IPA so we went with a space dust and a hazy little thing...both pours were good on this occasion, some bartenders have a bad habit of leaving a larger head of foam than is necessary, but this guy knew what he was doing....didn't try any food on this visit but I did observe someone eating a rather large burger and fries that appeared to be pretty tasty...as with all of the other PT's establishments in town at the moment they are offering a small bites menu that had a few interesting choices....there is a separate dining area in the front but didn't take notice as to whether anyone was inside or if it was even open for customers....not in this area often but would return in future if the opportunity presented itself....SLIGHT RECOMMENDATION read more

I usually love PTs dining but this was probably the worst I've ever had. My boyfriend and I had a craving for Buffalo chicken pizza and garlic Parmesan chicken tenders so we figured we'd order from our local bar down the street. I ordered around 715 pm and got to the bar at 745 pm. My server, Jessica, was super nice and checked on the food for me upon my arrival. She told me it would be another 12 minutes for it to be done which wasn't a big deal to me but seemed odd for how dead the bar was. We opened the food once I got home. Our chicken tenders looked refried and were soggy like they were sitting there for hours before we picked them up. The pizza was nasty. For the extra time I waited, the crust was half cooked and the chicken on there was all batter. Totally a waste of money to order food from here :( read more

Came here yesterday to see if they had the vikings game on. I just moved into the area and didn't feel like going to a sports book. When I came in I was greeted by the bartender. Got a seat close to the game. One positive I noticed was that you could actually see in there. Some blinds were open. There have been times where I have walked in and its so dark that you are almost running into things. Also the darkness brings a depressing feel to it. I ordered a omlete. It was ok just seemed a bit dry. The potatoes were good. Nice sized bites of them. Service was on point. Bartender was very nice and accommodating to all of the guests. First night out as locals checking out local businesses we opted for PT's. We see them everywhere (Unless we're driving in circles. Also possible. ) Less than a mile away. 7pm on a Friday night. No reservations needed and we sat in the bar area (closed off completely from dining except for windows). Our waitress (Calina) (sp?) was a force of happy enthusiasm and information. She signed us up for rewards with the encouragement of other guests - it was fun. Fried ravioli was the bomb. We ordered from the summer menu and full menu. $28 plus tip. Nope. It's not a typo. A fun sit down dinner in a nice place with a collection of random people all enjoying themselves without any random unprecedented surprises....for the price of ANY hot drive through. I love my local PT's! Foods good, consistent! Yes it's bar food but come on who doesn't love good wings or nachos! Side note the cheeseburger salad is delish! I'm always welcomed with a friendly face and hello and am served my drink of choice within seconds! I tend to go during the day and Devonna (sorry if I misspelled) is awesome! She tends to the bar really well making sure everyone is taken care of while also making you feel like you're the only one there to chat with! I finally found a neighborhood bar that I love! I've been hoping around the few local bars in my area for a little bit now and realizing how bad some customer service can be, but not here! This place not only has great food and a great atmosphere but Devona is absolutely amazing! Let's start with the best: Ashley. Ashley is an excellent Bartender and waitress. I say waitress because the Bartender has to wait tables in the bar during the daytime. This PT's location has always had excellent Bartenders. When we first started coming here, 10 or 12 years ago, the Bartenders were Mike and Jeri. We loved coming here to gamble back then. Over the years, we've played here less and less often. After all, the M is nearby with all the machines you could possibly want; whereas PT's has a very limited number of video poker machines. Also, most of their customers smoke; we can go to Black Mountain Grill, sit at the bar, drink and play video poker without having to inhale smelly cancer-causing second-hand smoke. Finally, we quit going to PT's to gamble because Hubby would get frustrated with his inability to use the Player's Card. Bartender after Bartender assured him that they would have Corporate fix his card, but that never happened. So now we only come here for lunch; we'll sometimes play for a little while, sometimes not. They changed their menu a couple of months ago. The Bikini Wrap, which is what Hubby wanted for lunch yesterday, is no longer on the menu. After we were done eating and I'd given Ashley a $10 tip, she told me that they have all of the ingredients to make a Bikini Wrap; just ask and they'll make it. That offer would have meant more at the time we were ordering and Hubby asked if the new menu offered the Bikini Wrap. We started with an order of Buffalo Cauliflower. Theirs is pretty good. I wanted Chicken Fingers, Buffalo-style. Ashley told me that the Buffalo sauce will be on the side; the Chicken Fingers are not prepared with Buffalo-sauce because of the very thick breading they use. I agreed to try it. If you want Buffalo-style Chicken Fingers, this is not the place. The breading is so thick and chunky (maybe like Popeye's Chicken?) that the Buffalo dip just doesn't convert the flavor from one of fried chicken to Buffalo chicken. It was edible; I ate it. But it did not satisfy my craving for Buffalo-style Chicken Fingers. Food came out quickly. Ashley checked on us several times. It's all good, but nothing special, hence the 3-star (average) rating. read more

Devonna is simply awesome. She always greets anyone who walks in with a kind hello and a smile. They are immediately provided with a drink, a menu, and the directions to the bathroom or ATM for those unfamiliar. I don't think I've ever seen an upset customer. It almost has a "Cheers" atmosphere all times of day. The entire staff is welcoming as are the "regulars" to anyone who walks in the door. Any criticism I've read on this site seems to come from folks who enjoy complaining about something, and not getting the special attention they so much think they deserve. Frankly, I doubt their patronage is missed. The place is filled with people who want to decompress from their day, and want to win some money. Full of positive vibes. I want like this place because it is walking distance from the house but problem after problem. Their half off happy hour is not for "all" drinks like the advertising says. Corporate sent me a stack of free drink and app cards except they wouldn't let us use them. We brought friends and they were out of most of their beer. Settled for something we really didn't want. Tonight we sat in the dining room for 20 mins watching them in the bar serving people in there. I finally called them on the phone and asked the bartender to send a server. If they weren't so close with good pizza I would be totally over this place but we keep giving them one more chance. Hopefully at some point they will get their stuff together. Went back for happy hour specifically hoping Alayna was working in the dining room. She was!!!!!! She is the best thing about this PT's! Always gets the order right, always puts up with our shenanigans! It is a totally different experience when you have wait staff that cares about the customers. Our food was exactly right, as were our drinks. I understand most facilities are having staffing issues currently, so I hope that this place can find staff at Alayna's caliber soon. The Bartenders were friendly and attentive. When I asked about the size of the wings I was told that they were "pretty sizable." When they came out of the kitchen they were SMALL. I've seen bigger wings on a Cornish hen, The order of ten wings were barely enough to fill a cavity let alone a full grown man as myself.(and they were overcooked, ) The order of cheese sticks were so overcooked that they were breaded shells only, The Bartender offered to fix the problem, and he did. Their menu includes burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizzas... ya know... bar food. I go here occassionally to grab a drink with Mom or a burger. We like their burgers. They are juicy and messy and oh-so-tasty. They aren't huge monstrosities like some places so you can actually finish it and not feel like you're going to explode. Service has always been good. Not 5 due to the price. Like in another review (Beau's), my Guinness was not half off during happy hour. Other than that I've had zero negative interactions here. I have also always sat at the bar so the bartender is always asking if I need anything. I've had take out twice and breakfast once. My breakfast burrito was massive and delicious. Back to the price issue...tonight I got a Guinness, basket of fries, mozzarella sticks, 10 bone in wings with chips and 2 Pepsis with tip I spent ~$52. The wings were awesome. Very rarely do I leave a one star review but think this is worth it. The cheese steak sandwich was mediocre at best. The bread was cheap white bread and small, the meat was burned and the peppers were far and in between. It came with fries but added chili and cheese which were no good since they was barely any chili and the cheese was that imitation nacho cheese. Not only that they overcharged me as a full order of chili cheese fries for $8 while the fries were already coming with the sandwich. I can see a bit of an extra charge but not a full order of chili fries. They took away the overcharge when I complained but still for them to do this is gauging and taking advantage of a customer. It is the principle of doing such things. My friends looked at me funny to contest it but the reason why they are doing such things is because few will complain! Horrible! Never received appetizer, but was on bill. Ordered a kids meal and never got fries until my daughter finished her chicken, never got refills on drinks. Waitress takes pretzel off bill, brings back card and bill then never charges our card. So we are left sitting again, waiting for her to take bill and bring back the pizza box we asked for 3 times prior. Disloyal to customers. You would think during a pandemic a bar without bar service would be thrilled to have customers walk through the door. But not PTs. They eliminated Happy Hour food and any specials at all during Knights games. They are unappreciative of customers. I suppose no specials during football season either. I picked up the grease filled wrinkled pockets of disturbing, grotesquely burnt fish matter (which leaked of old rotten grease) fucking disgusting!! This by far is the worst meal I have ever eaten. This place is such dog shit I can't express it in words. I would rather eat a fried piece of moss than this shit. I called back and the lovely manager told me that she would give me another rancid horse shit meal for free. What could be better than a repeat of the previous order that made you want to puke? PT's used to be a great. It was an amazing place to come -- especially when the big game is on. Now, if you're a non-smoker you're an after-thought. I came into this location. Sat on the non-smoking side and it took 15 mins for someone to even notice me. This is twice I've had this experience. No refills and no chance to get an additional items. If you're using the gaming machines at the bar it's probably a great experience. If you want to come have a meal and not leave smelling like you just smoked a carton of cigarettes go elsewhere. We have not been to PT's very often in the year and one half we have lived here. After going Tuesday evening, this is the reason why. Every single time we have tried this place (our only other choice is Rounders), the smoke has been so thick it is impossible, sickening even, to eat there. And I'm a former smoker! WTF! Rounders has smokers. Not nearly as bad and far more patrons there. Balboa at GV District has machines, no smoking at all. We just returned from Europe; everyone smokes there! But outside! And with courtesy! I will never go again. And it's too bad because the food is actually pretty good and the server was very courteous. Lose the smoking on the inside and maybe you will have more patrons. Go outside people. read more

I never give a bad review as I have always loved Pts and all locations that I have been to however tonight I ordered food for pickup and when I arrived at the Bicentennial Location and go inside and wait for the bartender to bring me my food I notice the bartender standing there talking to a guy sitting at the bar for at least 5-7 minutes without even looking my way. He then turns around and then grabs my food which had been sitting by the register and brings it to me. Then when I get home I notice Chicken Quesadilla only had cheese in it with no chicken. My wife and I like to meet at a different PT's about once a week so we met at the Anthem location night. My wife was there when I got there at 6:15. She had ordered me a beer which was waiting when I got there. In the 10 minutes after I got there the waiter came by twice and we told him we'd let him know when we were ready to order. Bad mistake as we like to take advantage of 1/2 price pizza. The waiter never came back so my wife went to the bar to order at 6:45 and was told to sit down and waiter would be there. 6:58 came and waiter assumed we wanted more beers and when my wife tried to tell him we wanted to order food, he held his finger up and said just a minute and walked away. When he came back I said we tried to order a pizza before 7 and he said it's too late. I became angry and told him to bring our bill. He brought the bill and tried apologizing just in time for his tip. Not sure how he has a job and bartender wasn't much better. read more
