Long day and a burger and fries sounded good. It was getting late and I can't remember how this place won out. I had someone trying to custom make a burger that wasn't on the menu so I couldn't order ahead. I think it was close to 2 when I got there. Never been that far down via inspirada. Pulled up the same time as the uber eats lady. She seemed more familiar w how to get in than I was. In my defense I was tired! No one answered the bell so she called and we got in. 2 am Monday morning isn't popular so there was like 3 other ppl besides the bartender Mitch. He told me the custom burger wasn't happening (not in those words, he was awesome, so no shade) and helped me finalise my selections with his recommendations. We did a western bacon w crinkly bacon cheddar cheese fries, and the Guinness burger w onion rings. The music was my jam, hair bands and classic rock. I had my soda water & bitters, I was happy. I can honestly say I don't go to bars much anymore, bc why but this was solidly good time. Idk if it was the lack of ppl, the vibe or what but I truly enjoyed the time waiting on the food. TBH, more than the food itself. Mitch was chill, I was filling him in on Yelp elite life, and we talked about food. The ppl there seemed to be regulars, one guy told me not to order a medium rare burger, only steaks lol. He left while I was there and went to get more ppl. Whole little community living their best lives while most of us are asleep! I drank my drink, sang songs and rocked out til I got my food. That was the best part of the night lol. The food just didn't do it for us. It did look good, but it lacked flavour. It wasn't the burger I was imagining. I mean I had leftovers. Hell we both did. A day or two later I jumped when I opened the right side of the fridge. I forgot they were still there. I think I tried to eat the patty. Truffle oil and Erewhon sauce did a lot of the job. The fries I ended up tossing. Woman kept trying to push her onion rings on me. The best time was the bar. I can't see myself going back just for that. I don't want to chase a vibe I probably can't recreate, bc I had a LONG day before getting there, and I don't want that recreated either. It's cute inside, great decor and vibe. Another good meal here at Distill! Our server Samantha is awesome - friendly, great sense of humor, and tolerated my crazy family! Ambience is always relaxing, well ventilated, and comfortable. Warning during AC season... if you run cold, bring a sweater. They set it here to 'Antarctica'. Distill is one of my favorite gaming bars. I like how this location has a separate dining room from the bar. The service from both the servers and bartenders is always on point. The food is great and I haven't had anything from here that I didn't like. I've dined in and ordered food for pick up and it's always consistent. They have a good happy hour and food and drink specials during football games. read more

It's been a while since I've been in here and decided to head here with some friends and family. The menu has almost completely changed from the last time I was there. They took off my beloved lobster rolls so I ended up ordering the cajun pasta and that was pretty darn good. Also, they had $8 margs! Not bad!!! I got a watermelon one, it was pretty tasty. Service was pretty good! I feel like they took our order and waited on us well! The food here is honestly pretty good, I just wish it had windows and things like that but it is a gaming bar. They do have a restaurant side without game where you can dine with kiddos and whatnot. But the gaming side does have pool and lounge seating that is pretty nice, too. After a day of shopping, my aunts and I stopped in for some food. What I like about this place is that they separate the bar vs the restaurant, but both sides have plenty of tvs for whatever sports you want to watch. Christina was our waitress and she was awesome. She was nice, friendly, efficient. I ordered the blackened chicken club: the bread was a little burnt, so it did tear up the roof of my mouth, but the flavors of the blackened chicken saved it. It was spicy but it all worked together. I ordered the steak fries and they were also good. The prices were great, about $15 for my food. read more

Family lives nearby so this is a go to spot for lunch or to watch a game. It has a local neighborhood vibe and always great service. For lunch I recommend the Chili Lime salad with salmon the dressing and toppings are delicious and the beer on draft is ice cold, always hits the spot no matter which is your favorite. They have a $2 16oz draft special during pro football games! We usually sit at the bar but the other night we had a party of 6 to watch a couple games and we were sat at the couch/lounge area with a perfect view of the big screens so that is definitely the way to go for a group. She provided us with quick service , was attentive, joyful and added to a wonderful visit. I think what I love about this local spot is how Rachel the manager really gets creative and involved with making this drinkery a place you want to come back to for fun. We met some friends for Happy Hour. We didn't order from the Happy Hour menu but instead we ordered: sliders, chili lime salad (2) and the Ruben. One salad had regular chicken, one had blackened. We had to send the blackened chicken back, it wasn't quite done. The new piece was very small and cooked until it was so dry. I was also charged $1.00 extra for blackened. We ordered fries with garlic aioli and ranch and we were charged 75 cents for each; however, on the menu the garlic aioli does not show a price?? The food and service is pretty good, but didn't like how they nickeled and dimed us (especially after we had to send back the chicken). Not sure if we will go back; we heard the WSKY up the street has a great happy hour, so will most likely try that next time. read more

Food is pretty solid especially in a neighborhood lacking dining options. Bar and restaurant is always clean and has a lively atmosphere. I am hoping there are some training opportunities in the future for staff as whenever Lacey is working the service is slow or non existent there seems to be a lack of awareness or focus as she just favors one section of the bar. I end up on those shifts going to play and drink elsewhere. Every other team member is very attentive even on the busiest nights. read more
