I am hoping there are some training opportunities in the future for staff as whenever Lacey is working the service is slow or non existent there seems to be a lack of awareness or focus as she just favors one section of the bar. It's been a while since I've been in here and decided to head here with some friends and family. The menu has almost completely changed from the last time I was there. They took off my beloved lobster rolls so I ended up ordering the cajun pasta and that was pretty darn good. Also, they had $8 margs! Not bad!!! I got a watermelon one, it was pretty tasty. Service was pretty good! I feel like they took our order and waited on us well! The food here is honestly pretty good, I just wish it had windows and things like that but it is a gaming bar. We met some friends for Happy Hour. We didn't order from the Happy Hour menu but instead we ordered: sliders, chili lime salad (2) and the Ruben. One salad had regular chicken, one had blackened. We had to send the blackened chicken back, it wasn't quite done. The new piece was very small and cooked until it was so dry. I was also charged $1.00 extra for blackened. We ordered fries with garlic aioli and ranch and we were charged 75 cents for each; however, on the menu the garlic aioli does not show a price?? The food and service is pretty good, but didn't like how they nickeled and dimed us (especially after we had to send back the chicken). Today the long awaited grand opening of the Inspirada location pealed open its doors. As one can image the parking lot was packed with cars. This location sits adjacent to the future site of the upcoming casino slated for construction in the coming years. This site like the other (9) in Nevada offers a fun filled atmosphere where you'll enjoy draft beers, cocktails and all the classic bar foods you've come to know and love. The diverse menu offers other items that you might not find at similar establishments but rather in restaurants. Some of these dishes include appetizers like, Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Ahi Poke Stack, Stuffed Sourdough Cracked Bread with Fresh Spinach Cheese Dip and entrees such as, Blackened Cowboy Ribeye, Sesame Crusted Atlantic Salmon and Beer Battered Fish & Chips. And for you burger lovers there's a vast selection from the classics to a build your own burger. There are also several soups and salads available. I ordered the Ahi Poke Stack, BBQ Pork Belly Burger and the Chicken Caesar Salad. I figured with the crowds my order would take longer than normal. So, I wasn't expecting fast service. However, What was impressive and a bit surprising was Rachel who was working behind the bar came over and provided me an update on my order.
