To be honest, I didn't know this place was located in the airport. When we first pulled in, there was nothing to tell me there was a restaurant there. Through my amazing powers of observation, I figured it has to be inside the terminal. You walked into the executive airport terminal, and you see a sign on the wall. Pointing you upstairs to the restaurant. Go up two flights, then you see a gang way walking across to the entrance of the restaurant. You walk in, and the first thing I greet you is a beautiful bar with a great assortment of high-end alcohols. Honestly, this would rival any bar that I've seen in downtown Las Vegas. We stood around at the front where it said. Please wait to be seated, and nobody helped us. So I finally asked if we should just sitting where we want to. Oh yeah I said well, I was only following orders from the sign out front. She said good job following orders. I could tell this was going to be a fun meal. We went and got a window seat so we could watch the planes, table service was quick, we got a cup of coffee and looked over the menu. The coffee was great! Not ultra strong but definitely stronger than most Diner style coffees. I had the chicken, fried steak and eggs, which comes with an amazing sourdough toast. My girlfriend had eggs and bacon with hash browns and the sourdough toast as well. This place definitely has a hometown Diner vibe to it. Is it the most high-end food I have eaten? No, but it was tasty and it came to the table hot. It was well seasoned and well prepared, making this a definite four out of five stars! If you're looking for something a little bit different, I would highly recommend The landings. I would totally come here for a drink and just watch the planes go by too. You definitely want to go check them out. It's a great place for breakfast or lunch. read more

Expensive for the low quality ingredients, unfriendly service, long wait time to get service once seated. Can't adjust tables to fit our party size. If the table for 6 is taken...tough luck for the next party of 6; you have to split your group to two tables of 3 (or 4 and 2). Fish tacos with frozen deep fried fishy fish. $3.50 service charge for using a credit card. Zero options for non-meat eaters. I asked if I could have the taco salad (comes with chicken or beef) with extra avocado instead of meat. Response from server, "It already comes with avocado!" I had 1 slice of avocado plus a little spoiled black piece that I had to pick out since it was spoiled. We ordered 3 such salads and paid full price though none of us had meat on the taco salads, there was no price reduction or extra avocado. $100 lunch for 3green salads and 2 frozen fishy taco plates. No drinks or deserts. It wasn't a landing, it was a crash. A local, but never going back. read more

What a cool spot inside the Henderson airport. It is super cute and you get to plane watch . Walked in and got seated right away. The waitress brought us coffee and water right away. The names of the items on the menu were all name after planes. Super cool. The food was good as well. I had no complaints. I would definitely come back and most likely sit outside. read more

The Landings is a restaurant located on the second floor of the Henderson Executive Airport. The patio portion looks out to parked aircraft and tarmac and good views all the way around. We weee the only ones there however this place is known to get busier on weekends. Our server was very nice and the food came out pretty fast. The cheeseburger was cooked as specified, pretty good taste. The onion rings are a $1.50 upgrade but worth it. The chicken tenders on the other hand didn't quite meet the mark, very unoriginal and basic. Probably geared more towards kids for those tenders. Otherwise pretty cool place all around. read more

Haven't been to the landings in some time. Went for breakfast this morning. Was seated right away by Karri she's been a fixture at the restaurant since I've been coming here. Ordered a ham and cheese omelette. Food came out fast and hot. But they changed up there country potato's. New cook maybe. Literally no real taste. With strains of something not sure what it was. The omelette was ok. Just wish the potatoes were better. It's one thing that's important in a breakfast. Omelette was 16.00. Not too bad for breakfast. May have to give them another break and hope a new cook is hired with better potato's. read more

She made everyone feel they had her full attention, never hurrying anyone and just letting us enjoy each other's company and our meal Hopefully they're paying this young lady well, as she is definitely an asset. Ambience: 5 Stars! Both the inside seating and outside offer uninterrupted views of the aircraft, which in my book is wonderful as I love anything that flies. Having worked in aerospace for seven years, this was a nice "fix", to be immersed in the aviation world, on a vicarious level. The restaurant decor and Architecture all in themselves to the experience. Everything was neat, clean and orderly, and very comfortable Food: The food on the menu is geared more for meat eaters, with a nostalgic look back at the "basics": good "honest" food. If you want more frills, or choices for those that don't eat meat, then you should probably eat elsewhere. Maybe, down the road, some more choices will be offered. So from my perspective as a pescatarian, the lack of offerings would be 3 stars, but quite frankly all the other pluses garner this delightful place a total of four stars. We went for breakfast, and the food that was actually served, was good. My friend enjoyed his coffee and what he ordered. The tea service is quite lovely, presented in a beautiful mug, and the tea was piping hot in a large stainless steel teapot. What I appreciated, was that there was no coffee after taste in the water, as many restaurants, give us tea drinkers a backseat, and figure we won't notice the difference, but we do. As most everything came with meat items, or were too large of a portion, I ended up ordering two eggs, hashbrowns, and sourdough toast. I did not care for the "jams" in little packets as they lacked in anything of substance. They were too "institutional" tasting. Cami was very accommodating as she understood perfectly my request for, " over somewhat easy" eggs! She also brought out, at my request, some salsa, which was really good, as it was made in-house (very refreshing with a gentle kick). I also enjoyed a large glass of orange juice before. I don't know if they offer two sizes, but hope they have a smaller glass size for next time, as it was quite a lot to drink. read more

Being Las Vegas locals, I always saw people post about this so my husband took myself and our two sons one weekend and we actually went back the weekend after. I posted on my Instagram about it and had so many friends ask about the place to see airplanes! I liked that it wasn't busy both times we went and we sat by the window to see planes but not many were flying. I heard Sunday is a great day to go. Cami was our waitress both times and she was awesome both times. The food is quick easy breakfast food and we love that. It was yummy and the kids devour it each time so that is always a plus. Food is always top notch. The $100 hamburger is great and 100% angus. I chose the Foxy burger that is infused with jalapeños. Excellent. Located upstairs at Henderson Executive Airport Terminal it is slightly off the beaten path. Gives great views of flight operations at the airport. Fun for anyone that enjoys watching airplanes. What a fun place to eat at The view was very cool! Planes coming and going. It is tucked away by an airport so no wonder i never saw this place going to or from Las Vegas. They have been on my bookmarked list for a while now, and I finally brought my boys to check it out. They are located in the Henderson Executive Airport. It's such a cute place to have breakfast or lunch at. The prices are pretty reasonable. My kids loved watching the planes come and go. Carrie our waitress was really sweet and attentive. I have eaten at the Landing restaurant several times and always had great service and wonderful food. I especially enjoy going there to see all the aircraft memorabilia. I will be donating an aircraft propeller and several model airplanes up upon my passing. This was my Father who was a World War II decorated veteran and his last wish. read more

Was so excited to take family there after last experience. How can it go from a 10 to a 4 in 3 weeks? Consistency is key for me. 1 waitress obviously frustrated. 1/2 a grill not working. Coffee was WAY TOO STRONG. Last time strong but delicious! Ordered pancakes and they were not even brown, barely tan. And taste was box mix quality! Last time AMAZING! We've been coming here for years. I love their BLT. I don't know what's changed but our visit this week wasn't great - the BLT just had B and T. Lettuce was like one leaf, disappointing. Then I noticed a charge on the bill for using a credit card. No where was there any advance warning of this charge, and this must be something new. Ripoff. The service is always good though, but not sure we will be back. And please, change the dang TV channel to something less divisive! read more

Stopped in after church for a brunch meal. We had a good waitress, she was friendly with those that have been there many times, fairly friendly with us. The food was very good and plenty. The restaurant is obviously aviation themed. A bunch of models hanging and come pretty cool pictures on the walls. The windows over look the ramp and runway. THE WAITER ROBBER FROM ME. I have been coming to this place for about 4 years now. I went in today around 9:30ish. I got 1 burrito chorizo and 1 sprite. For 1 my main meal did not come with a side neither did she let me get one. I gave the waiter $100 in cash she came back and gave me $70. There is no way a burrito was charged for $25 when it's $12 on their menu a side $5 I get it cool. She then refused to give me a receipt. I have called and all they do is place me on hold. Loved my experience here! My husband and I decided to check this place out since it's been on my list for forever. This diner is located at The Henderson Executive Airport and you can watch planes take off as you enjoy your meal!! So cool!! It felt a little odd to drive up to the airport to eat, not gunna lie, but I'm glad to went to eat here. It's located on the second floor and there's plenty of signage to point to where to go, which I appreciated. We walked in and were greeted by the woman at the bar and she told us we could sit whereever we wanted. The entire restaurant is decked out in flight memorabilia. Pretty awesome! We opted to sit outside since it was a beautiful day. They had some patio furniture you would literally see at a house outside and I loved the vibe out there. So nice. Our server was definitely working her behind off. She was super nice and accommodating. They don't have any fancy coffee or anything like that (this is definitely an old fashioned type of diner), but she was nice enough to put my coffee over ice, which I appreciated. I ordered the typical breakfast, with scrambled eggs, toast, sausage patties and bacon. It was delicious! And my husband got the steak and eggs. He enjoyed it. Definitely seemed like the people sitting around us were regulars and I can see why. A great spot to grab some good breakfast. Service was timely and friendly. Menu was vast and ordered many options to accommodate the pickiest of palates. The tea service is straight out of a Disney movie, and that's a good thing! Mrs. Potts would surely be impressed. Food came out with the appetizer arriving a minute or two before the entrees. Two in the party had the "Club". While tasty enough, the disparity between the two identical orders was a bit confusing. One had a generous portion of meats (turkey and ham) and the other barely had any turkey on it. That was disappointing. (See photos) Two kids got Mac and cheese. It came out in fun bowels the kids appreciated. Staff was a bit slow for asking about refills on beverages, but ok considering it may have been considered a busy lunch. Stopped in at 3pm on a Tuesday for a little recon. We were passing by & decided to check it out. Such a cute restaurant with great views of the airplanes! They have a very nice patio overlooking the tarmac. We had a chance to meet & speak with the owner Maria. She was very gracious & gave us a little history of the place with all the art on the walls. I've been to this restaurant 3 times now and I've never been dissatisfied. It's a nice little neighborhood local gem since it's in the airport in Henderson. Has that old school diner vibe. Fun with little ones because they can sit by the window and look at all the planes. Servers have always been kind and friendly. Food has been great as well. read more

I loved it here! If you can handle the occasional jet fuel due to a plane idling nearby then you'll do just fine. We met some friends at the outside patio area for lunch. I ordered a coffee and it was just okay. I ordered an omelet with fruit. The omelet and sourdough toast was great. I had to send the fruit bowl back because some of the fruit was moldy. The second bowl of fruit was better. Thanks Everyone else enjoyed their food which was great. Our server was great and very attentive to our group. Thank you! I hardly ever write a review. But this was so bad, I couldn't let it ride. Three of us went for a late breakfast. My husband ordered the peanut butter burger (medium) with a side a coleslaw. The burger was well done and chewy. The coleslaw was bad, so he asked for fries. The fries were soggy and cooked in old grease. My girlfriend and I shared a 3 egg omelette that could not have been more than 1 1/2 eggs. About the size of your palm. And we were lucky enough to get the last of their "too ripe" 1/2 avocado for $5. We also ordered one pancake. That was very thin and tasteless. The service was good, but the food was a "D". We would have had a better meal for half the cost at Denny's read more
