I was at PT's Gold to watch the VGK game the other week and had a fantastic experience! Assistant GM Brandon was incredibly professional, efficient, and clearly committed to providing a great guest experience. Bartender DJ was friendly, attentive, and made everyone at the bar feel welcome. The entire serving staff was outstanding as well, you'll never have to wait long for a drink. The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent, and it was the perfect spot to catch a Golden Knights game. If you're looking for hockey, hot machines, and ice-cold beer, this is your bar. Stopped by PT's Gold and had a really good experience. The food was solid, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was great. Our server Jessica was friendly and attentive the whole time. When our tater tots came out a little cold, she immediately took care of it and had a fresh batch made for us. The new ones came out perfectly hot and crispy, exactly how they should be. Mistakes happen anywhere, but it's how a place handles them that matters, and they handled it perfectly. Good food, good service, and a good vibe overall. I'd definitely come back. read more

It's been a minute since I've written a review for this spot and I've come in here quite a few times in the last 4 years, so decided it was time to update my post. On a date night, we decided to stop in and grab a drink. They had the World Series on so my husband and I watched a little bit of that while grabbing a drink. They have it decorated for Halloween right now which is super fun. I was laughing so hard at the skeleton sitting at the table with the sign that it was a Broncos fan waiting to win the Superbowl haha. Our waitress was really nice but it took a minute before she got to us. When she did, she was great! Took really good care of us. It was still technically happy hour so I ordered the potstickers on happy hour. These things are DANG good. Honestly. I think I crave them now haha. But truly this is a basic Vegas bar. I do love this location though because it feels at least a little bit lighter and whatnot and they even have a back patio you can sit out on which is great. GM is always rude and in a nasty mood when I come in; tonight, i walked in, circled the bar once, and then I asked if any machines were open and she cut me off mid sentence and very rudely told me there was a "list" for waiting for the machines. I said "okay add me", A few minutes later I noticed someone sitting with no money in a machine, so I asked her how long they were allowed to sit without playing, she tried snapping at me that everyone was playing, and I clarified they weren't. She then asked me to leave the bar before I had been there 10 minutes. Might actually be my least favorite PT's location and while there are several worth driving for, this one's GM makes it unbearable to visit. read more

I came in and started playing. i was betting 160 on one machine. i was playing 80 cents times 2. and i was there a good amount of time. i moved from a different machine. and i was playing 40 cents. Ro the bartender was talking to her friends on the other side of the bar. i called for a drink, i was told to wait a min and then i was served. i was then told that on the next drink i had to pay. i totally agree. because i dont like to argue. i did have the burger which was good. really recommend. but i am not sure if i didn't get served as good because i am Latino. i paid for the 2 drinks that was charged. but i been to other PT and i do like to play and my drinks been free. i didn't see her charge the people that she was talking too. when i ask how much did i spend. she said 40. when i know i had in my wallet 120. when i left i didnt have anything. including the tip i gave in cash. read more

UPDATE 12/18/23: Wow, it's been a very long time since I've stepped foot into PT's Gold on Green Valley and Horizon Ridge! So, it's time for an updated review. My car was being worked on across the street and they would call me back later when it was ready. I was looking for some late morning food and I decided to pop in for a quick bite to eat while I waited for my car to come out of the shop. It was still too early for me to have a beer so I just stuck with food and water. I took a seat at their cozy couch close to the bar area. Upon sitting down, my waitress gave me a breakfast menu, a lunch menu, and a specials menu. I wasn't that hungry so I looked for a dish that wouldn't have large amounts of food. I made my decision and ordered their ahi tuna tacos from their specials menu. The tacos were really good but at the same time they were super spicy. As far as I know, their beer menu has changed a bit since my last visit almost six years ago. They had more beer choices, but it seems like nothing else has changed. The service was friendly, prompt, and quick, and I don't mind coming back here again. This is still a great place to watch a football game or a hockey game. read more

Kayla, the Bartender, provided great service today. She was personable, competent and efficient. Hubby and I shared a southwestern-style salad and an order of taquitos. We asked Kayla if the kitchen would put the salad into two bowls for us. They did. And they put two taquitos and one plate with salsa and guac for him; and two taquitos with salsa and guac on a second place for me. We really appreciated it. When you get old, you can't eat very much at one sitting. We've finally learned to split orders which can get messy when we're left to do the splitting ourselves. It's so much easier when the kitchen does it. This location is next to Sun City MacDonald Ranch. Maybe they get so many older customers, they've learned this. Whatever the case, I appreciate it. Spent $80 gambling yet got charged for 2/4 drinks, woman bartender changed her story twice while trying to "explain" the charge. "Not playing enough money per a spin" yet I play $3 a spin slots constantly. PT's is always such a rip off. Sorry if I think if I loose $20 it should at least be a free drink. read more

This location is super nice inside and has a unique patio with gigantic booths. My first visit was on a Sunday afternoon at the bar, and they had some specials- 2 for $3 street tacos, a $9 CoronaRita and $5 Modelo pints. I had 4 tacos- 2 chicken/2 beef. They were very good, and the salsa was better than I expected! I also had a margarita, which was also very good. It's one of the newer PTs, and the decor is upscale yet still reflects the PTs brand. My friend and I have been to this PT'S Gold on Green Valley twice now. The last time was Friday December 20,2024. Are waitress in the beginning was good, but as the evening progressed, she was no longer coming to see us. Not only that, but never explained that the drinks I was ordering were doubles. They charged me for an extra drink and when I complained, the MANAGER said that I should have known that. I told him that I had no idea because I had just started drinking that type of drink, but he didn't care. He did admit that I was overcharged for one, but it was my responsibility to know that all bars do this and when I asked him why the waitress said anything, he again repeated that I should of known. He, the MANAGER, was curt and never apologized for the misunderstanding. Not only that, but I had ordered take out food and there was a black hair in my food!! Never going back! read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch and really wanted a great burger and boneless wings! The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and large. They had various boneless wing sizes and I picked the smallest. I usually don't frequent PT's but I really liked this one. Newer location, beautiful patio, plenty of tvs (one that was playing Food Network!!!). I thought the service was really good. Had a nice hometown feel to it. No joke the bartender knew the order of like 90% of the people walking in. And she was real good about refilling my friends drink super constantly too. I didn't experience a lot of smokiness. There were quite a few people smoking but the air was clear and nice when I was in. The food was alright. Bar food. read more

A new PT's opened up near us so we wanted to check it out. We have visited other locations but this one seemed to step it up a notch. The dining area is a very open space. Being new, it's very clean and polished. Our service has been pretty good with several visits in. Drinks are served quick as well as food brought out in a timely manner. Our most recent visit included ordering the Nachos and the Angry Burger. I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the nachos so much. They were generously covered in ingredients including pepper jack and cheddar cheese, beer cheese sauce, beef & bean chili, jalapeños, onion, pepper, olives, avocado & lime cream and salsa. So much flavor that there isn't any need to add chicken or steak. The chili adds plenty of meat as a topping. The Angry Burger is aptly named with all of the spice loaded into it. It's made with pepper jack cheese, smoked Siracha bacon, guac and a spicy ranch dressing. Before biting into this burger I would suggest having a lot of liquid available to cool down the taste buds. Wow. Very very spicy. The burger was cooked medium as requested. They did a great job with the sandwich. I hope they keep up the good service and food. We will return if it stays the standard. They have the best happy hour in Las Vegas hands down so I only attend during their happy hour. FOOD 5/5: -Gilroy pizza (hh price $8): WAOOOW. This pizza had tomatoes, mushrooms, & small meatballs. This place was so much better than I ever would have imagined. Malissa was our bartender and she was a complete sweetheart. I have lived in town for a couple months now and circumstances had me out of my house so, I figured this was the perfect time to try this place out. I wasn't really sure what the vibe was, as there were hot bartenders and hot girls posted on the walls so I wasn't sure what was next...I'm down for any and all of it. It was just a great neighborhood bar with good food, gambling, and sexy chicks working. Lots of regulars came in but Malissa seemingly made every single person that was new feel right at home. I didn't get the name of the other girl she was not attentive or receptive with us but she was definitely familiar with her customers and working hard. I will definitely be back! Food good, service awful. The two female bartenders working last night acted like they didn't want to be there working. Bare minimum service. We had to ask for menus both times we dined here at the bar. If you want drinks, you have to flag them down. They were not busy. My drink was made out of my view both times on opposite side of bar. Drink was not good. No silverware or water offered with food, had to ask. We were playing the slots while dining. They cater to the regulars, making sure they always chat them up, ignoring the rest of us. There are better choices in Henderson, we won't be back. read more

Had a great time. Came in on a Wednesday around 6pm. Was in the mood to chill until the knights game at 7pm. Ended up with a couple rounds of the Pt's ipa and gf ordered bud lights cause she was a gamblin'. Bartender signed us up for first timers got $25 free play, sweeeeet. Also the drinks were happy hour for me since I wasn't feelin gambling tonight. The pizza was on happy hour as well, got the veggie pizza and oh my goodness, it was so good. Ended up with left over pizza and gf ordered her usual club sandwich no ham with a suprise of pepper jack cheese ;). Needless to say this will be our go to. Brand new beautiful location, the service is another thing. Carlos on grave is by far the best tender in this location. Can't judge too hard because it's new but will keep coming back bacause i'm not an asshole & judge on the first 2 times in. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was first time coming here with a few friends and I've never felt so disrespected and just overall disgusted in my life. From the second we walked in the atmosphere was very hostile and uninviting. It felt like we weren't supposed to be there with dirty looks from everyone. Here after a funeral. About 50 people. Playing video poker on and off all day. Bar top was empty. There were 8 of us sitting at the bar and they asked us to move even though there were no other people gambling at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Poor customer service. read more
