By far the worst experience!!!! Not crowded. Did not see our server for over ten minutes. Ordered queso and cheese. Everyone around us got theirs. When the server came back after us waiting an hour she blamed the kitchen. I then watched her go over and put the order in. It took over an hour to get chips and queso! Finished our drinks were never asked if we wanted refills. An hour and a 1/2 later we still had not received our 16 wings and 4 chicken tenders and still had empty drinks. Spoke with manager and she blamed the kitchen being short staffed, however, everyone around us who came in after us was getting their food. She was completely useless!! We got 4 drinks and finally got our queso and they charged us for all of it. When I told the waitress I could not believe that we were getting charged for everything after such horrible service and waiting an hour and 1/2, she said "oh well". I'm changing my review. The food is ok. Service is hit or miss. But there was a punk group literally trying to instigate stuff in this place on New Years mouthing off to our group during the evening playoff game to the point even others were wondering when something was gonna be done. Pretty unacceptable behavior at a sports bar. Even worst they were mouthing off to specific people that didn't remotely provoke it. We were a little hesitant to come here due to the poor reviews but we really wanted to watch the UFC fights since we were out of town and not home to buy the PPV ourselves and we are so glad we took the chance! We were able to call ahead and get a table saved on our way in, and got extra lucky with our superior waiter, Andrew, who was also serving at least 8 other tables besides ours at one time. Being at the table nearly 5 hours, our drinks were never empty, everything we ordered was correct, and Andrew just treated us with such kindness and care which you don't see too often anymore these days. I had to go order I placed $115 worth of food. I'm not so concerned about the time it took although it did take them an hour to get it to me the first time they handed it to me. It was missing four of the eight items which seems silly because the receipt is stapled on the back of the bag when they hand it to you so no one verified it so I went back to get those items then they didn't have the other things we ordered so the things that were originally in there were out so then when they fix that, I still never got two things I ordered and it's irritating. I paid for it and didn't get it so There you go. There was no quality control at all in the to go kitchen. I probably will not be ordering from there again live and learn. read more

We were returning from a short road trip and decided to try this place. We decided to order some lunch to go. We ordered the Street Tacos and two of the House Samplers along with drinks. The portion size for the House Sampler was decent. The Street Tacos were mini tacos (3). The wait time was almost 15 minutes but that was ok. The atmosphere was lively but not overly loud. The lady who took our order was friendly. Overall, the food was decent and kind of pricey especially for the mini Street Tacos. However there was no napkins or utensils which I had to go get myself. After I had been eating a short bit the waitress brought over these items. It was way more food than I could finish. I placed an order thru the app for a 5:40 PM pick up on super bowl Sunday on Friday. On Sunday I was updated that the food would be ready at 7:00 PM about 20 minutes before pick up time and then it was pushed to 7:40 and them moved to 8:10 before they then cancelled my order. Came tonight with our children (6 & 7 years old) to have a good fulfilling dinner after a long enjoyable day in DC. The waitress was awesome. We were eating as a fight broke out by the bar, the manager got the lady and the rest of group out pretty quickly however it continued outside where our children saw it. Which now leaves them with lots of questions. Our waitress apologized over and over, the part that bothered us was she admitted this happens often with this group as they get over served. My husband did call the cops as it continued outside where our children could still see it. Unfortunately they got there a couple minutes too late. Cops stated this place is known for their frequent crowd. To top it off my husband's chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way. The employees here have ZERO customer service skills. I scheduled an online order at 3pm, for a pick-up at 620pm. I decide to cancel the order, and the cashier informs me that it'll be a few days before I receive a refund. I ask for confirmation of a refund, so she retrieves her manager because she doesn't know how to produce confirmation of a refund. "Manager" arrives and he also doesn't know how to produce confirmation of a refund, and he states, "I'm new and don't know how to do that, but the manager during the day time can". I ask him if he can write something, stating that I will be receiving a refund for the order, and he writes something on a 1"x 1" piece of paper, LOL. He doesn't even provide a copy of the receipt, I had to ask for it?! It was a very comical experience, but also sad because I love B'Dubbs, just not this particular one. I will definitely not be going back, or recommend anyone ever order takeout from this place. P.S. So how many restaurants that basically have two choices...chicken or burgers...don't have burgers available during lunch??? Really, you didn't lead the conversation with this so we could make a decision whether or not to go somewhere else?
