This weekend, my teenager and I stopped by the mall to do some shopping and decided to grab a bite to eat. We saw the 2 for $20 deal and had to check it out, such a great value! For $20, we each got a full meal and a drink. I ordered the three crispy chicken dippers with a side of wedges, and my teenager went with the All-American cheeseburger with tots. Both meals came out fresh and hot. Every piece of my chicken was all white meat with no fat, which I really appreciated. My teenager said her burger was one of the best she's ever had! Our waitress was very attentive, and I loved that she even packed our sodas to go. The bathrooms were also very clean, which is always a plus. There's plenty of seating, so it's a great spot to relax. If you sign up for rewards, you might even score a free burger offer (shhh!). Overall, highly recommend, especially if you want to catch a game on the big screen. We will be back so I can try the new Dunkin drink. read more

I'm sorry but I have to be completely honest. Daniel was nice in explaining the confusion but it still doesn't excuse the fact the my husband and his parents all got their food before I did. The ambiance was okay. My family did enjoy watching the WNBA while I was waiting on my food. My father in law made a joke and said "They must have went to another restaurant to get your food." Well when the waitress walked by she did hand me a plate of fries to enjoy while my sandwich was being made for a second time. Then when it arrived I was so sad . It looked nothing like the picture. The only thing I asked for was Swiss cheese instead of American cheese and I guess that's where the miscommunication went wrong. I did not like the food. The taste was horrible. It was the principle that I had to complain. I didn't want the waitress to get in trouble but my in-laws had 2 chicken wings left and my husband finished up his food and here comes my food while everyone at the table was finished eating. I don't want to go back to Buffalo Wild Wings but just because Daniel understood why I was unhappy I will go back to take my grandchildren and try again. We were immediately greeted and seated when my parents and I arrived. Which was nice of them because 80% of our party was missing. Tanner (our waiter) did a really great job of holding down our group considering our party size. Everyone enjoyed their meal! The only reason they didn't get five stars is due to the wings ordered. It was not clear which wings were which. So you can imagine my mom's surprise (who does not like spicy foods at all) when she grabbed an orange sauce (moderate) and not the mango flavored wings. I really enjoyed the all you can eat wings. The waiters were nice. It's a well kept place. The reason of this being 4 stars is because I ordered the bbq ranch wings. It's on the bottom of the spice list and it ended up being really spicy. I asked the waiter for a new serving and she herself admitted that they just mix the sauces. We waited around 10 minutes at the host stand with other patrons coming in the front door behind us. People were waiting at the to go stand for their orders also. We did not see a staff member in the restaurant area during that time until the manager came out to seat everyone. We ordered our food straight away to prevent any further delays. The restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed to assist the amount of people in the restaurant area. There appeared to be two staff members serving all the tables and the bar. Our booth had an uncovered outlet which can be very dangerous for children who have direct access to silverware. We told our server we were in a rush when our food finally arrived and asked for checks and boxes. We did not see her again, and had to flag down the manager to get what we needed. She took our order and got our drinks to the table soooo fast. She was friendly and helpful we needed sling/height chair for a baby. She was happy to help. So our server Morgan was sooooo great! But the food was actually horrendous . It looks like u received someones unseasoned left overs, and they just pour cheese on top of it to cover it up. The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings is always good, and I have never had an issue with the staff. The food is consistently solid, and I especially enjoy the rotating sauces. Sometimes I wish a few of them were not seasonal, but it does make their return something to look forward to. The ambiance is great, with games always on and a space that never feels too crowded. I also appreciate the late hours, which make it easy for people with busy schedules to stop by even if the only time they are free is 10pm. read more

I'm used to going here a couple times a year but its usually good. This is why I convinced my friends to go here instead of Wingstop. We ordered the special of 20 bone in and 20 boneless to go. We got home and I was so disappointed at everything. First of all the wings were TINY. The bone in looked like the worst wings I've seen. They were rock hard and not even warm. It was just bone and barely any meat. The boneless were very small as well. The mild sauce was my favorite part. Fries were cold too and I got to the restaurant before my order was done and live 3 mins away, so I probably got old ones. Staff was super nice and I'm sure they have nothing to do with this since they work what they're provided with. With Bww being a chain I expect them to fulfill all expectations but thinking about other locations, this experience was the worst. Please bring back the quality. read more

I went there a few weeks ago and ordered 20 boneless wings with my friend. When I received the wings they were burn and the sauce was dry. I ate about maybe 3-4 of them trying to get through it to not ask for help but couldnt due to them being too dry and hard. So i asked for them to be remade of if they can get me the bone in wings and i could pay the difference. At this time the manager (young black dude didnt get his name) came to our table with a chair to CHALLENGE our request. BWW has become a new favorite of mine. I like to go on Tuesdays when they have BOGO wings! Out of all the wing sauces, my personal favorites are the Parmesan garlic, Nashville hot, jammin' jalapeño. The Parmesan garlic is a heavy sauce, so I think it's more filling than the other sauces. The Nashville hot and jammin' jalapeño have a nice kick to them. I think they're the perfect level of spice because they're not too spicy where it makes me cry, but it also keeps me on my toes. Sauces that are my least favorite are the Thai curry and Caribbean jerk. Both these flavors do not complement wings at all! I usually order a BOGO small, which comes with 4 sauces and 18 wings in total. For me, 18 wings is too filling and I always have to take a couple of wings to go. The location is not my favorite because it's a bit out of the way for me, but it's worth the drive when I'm craving wings on a Tuesday. I only think it's worth coming on Tuesdays when the wings are BOGO because I personally think their regular priced wings are overpriced. Otherwise, I would wait for Monday's where I can get 50 cent wings at Mother's Pub on University Ave. The only downfall with Mother's Pub is that they have less selection compared to BWW. I've never had an issue with the service and staff here. The service is always prompt and friendly, but I've also never visited during peak hours, so service may be different during those times. We ordered some drinks and a couple of appetizers. By the time we received our food I watched both of the girls go through menopause and I watched both guys develop colon cancer. So we went in wanting to experience BWW for the first time. My friend and I ordered 20 boneless wings. The wings came to us greasy and burnt on the outside and dehydrated on the inside. We asked the waitress to return the order and to charge us for traditional wings and WE WILL PAY FULL PRICE FOR BOTH orders. Nobody asked for a discount or free food. We had money and we just wanted good food to eat; the boneless were terrible. She must have went and complained to her manager who then ROLLED UP A CHAIR TO OUR BOOTH to confront us and tell us the wings were fine. He wanted a whole explanation on our complaint. We didn't even want anything but a fresh set of traditional wings... so we asked for the check, because the audacity was insane. I've eaten the bone-in, and boneless wings from this BWW on numerous occasions now. Overall, I'd say that the service is great. I have eaten within the restaurant prior to the CO-VID19 shutdown and can say that the service can sometimes feel slow. The quality of the chicken has been consistently and mostly great. The Asian zing chicken wings have incredible flavor, and remains one of my favorites. Overall, I'd definitely recommend coming here. The Tuesday and Thursday BOGO specials are also hard to pass. The rewards program is also very useful if you frequent this place. I've managed to redeem the reward points at least twice, and have gotten a bottle of their asian zing sauce, and a side. read more

I've been here countless times. Food is pretty meh. a lot of the basic drop and serve pubbish fare. Nothing to write home about, but gets the job done I guess. Wait service is always a gamble, sometimes better than others. But the wait itself - for your food, is a sure bet: it will be very long, no matter how few customers are in the place. I never really considered giving a review until tonight when despite having lights and TVs on in their patio, they said it was "closed" and wouldn't let our party of three eat out there. Given Florida's current COVID spike, I didn't feel comfortable eating indoors, and so I specifically picked this place because they have a great screened-in patio with plenty of fans, so it's relatively comfortable to be safer and eat outside for being outdoors in the Florida heat. Unfortunately I didn't eat there that night because despite there being less than 25 people in the whole restaurant, they were unwilling to allow us to site outside. I'll probably give this another try at some point and we'll see if they have decided to accommodate for safer dining or not. read more

I'm not even going to comment on the food, since I'm waiting for a pickup and I'm sure it will be good. However, i came inside and waited for someone to greet me at the front. While waiting (for too long to be acknowledged), a couple came in after me. When someone finally approached us, she greeted and sat them. I would've thought she'd come right back to the front, knowing there was someone there waiting. Instead, she took her time getting back to me, at which time I told her that I was there to pick up a to go order. As I sit on the bench in the front, I have watched three more people come in and have to wait to have someone come out to meet them. If I wouldn't have already paid for my food, I would have left without it. read more
