I wish I would have checked the reviews from my fellow Yelpers first before I ordered from this location! I put in a large order online for pickup. I ordered three different flavors of wings and one of the flavors was for the kids (honey BBQ). I personally like seasoned wings without sauce so I also added those for myself. I showed up ten minutes after the order said it would be ready and had to wait another ten minutes. I did not check my order until I arrived home. When I opened the bag everyone's order was in the same box. The wings were dumped on top of each other. No honey BBQ for the kids. It appeared to be Nashville hot and Buffalo sauce instead. The lemon pepper seasoned wings were dumped on top. So the box was then full of seasoning and seasoning on all of the sauced wings. Super disappointing and everything was too spicy for the kids. The side of celery was flimsy and watery. It seemed to have been sitting in the bag for many days as it was not fresh at all. I stood at the counter for nearly 20 minutes before someone came out to greet me and ask my name. Once i got home with my order, we realized the free 20 wings were missing. Our experience here was great. We came in to eat lunch at about 11:40 just before it got busy. We did not have to wait for a table and were able to pick a booth. The server was very tentative at keeping our drinks filled and even gave us tips on keeping our bill low while still getting plenty of food. The food was big portions and fairly priced it came out quick and hot too. We have no complaints, the sound level was ok and not overly loud especially with it being lunch hour on a weekday. We happened to have an office lunch to farewell some people from work at this location. In their defense, it was about a group of 20 people, and I think we overwhelmed the two or three servers we had. It took a while to get all the drink orders in, and it went down hill from there. They botched some of the food orders in their favor since they were more expensive food. Service was slow even for our group size. My friend and I would come to buffalo wild wings on occasion after a long week or just to wind down and eat some chicken wings. To be honest, buffalo wild wings is pretty average. We would order appetizers such a fries, potato wedges, fried pickles, onion rings and cheese curds. We would normally get the boneless wings to follow our appetizer. There is nothing special about the wings themselves as the sauces masks their mediocrity. I actually got a stomach ache more times than not when eating here so I'm not to sure how sanitary or what goes in their ingredients for that matter. The good part about this location though is most of their wait staff is friendly and helpful as one of them recommended a particular sauce to go with our cheese curds which certainly enhanced its taste. We got seated immediately and ordered our food. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food. It all came cold!! The burgers cheese wasn't melted, Mac and cheese was all in one clump, and wings were damn near frozen. Our server Danika shoved/threw our trays at us and didn't apologize for the wait. We did ask nicely how much longer but not once were we rude and all she said was there's still more tickets in front of you. I will never visit this location every again. After all the chicken wing places I have been to the past month, so far this place was my favorite. They are a tad bit on the pricy side, but nonetheless delicious. I had the small order of garlic parmesan wings, which seemed like they used real parmesan. They were delicious and not greasy. I sampled my friend's french fries, also good! I also had some vodka cocktails, please be aware that you must ask for a tall glass, otherwise you get a tiny cocktail glass, which will consist of more vodka than your mixer. I so wish I can write a review of this place... but im still so angry about it lol. This has a LITTLE to do with the facility, and some to do with the guests... We ordered fried cheese as an app... and of course that was up to par with chain style restaurants so again, not bad. AND THERE you have the second Star. Now lets investigate (and again this is just my personal opinion) why they lost the 3 stars. I say lost too because if I choose to go into some place, its because I want too. So aside from the technicality that they did pay for drinks, they are all basically loitering. Uggghhh... but you know what, those part time Soldiers are still serving, so I aint mad at the fact they arent active, but I am upset at how FREAKING LOUD these fools were. Like seriously, my wife and I could NOT have a conversation, at all. NOT exaggerating. The waitress had to stop several times, and like show me what she had written down, just because of how loud, and obnoxious and undisciplined these fools were being.... first of all, were they ALL from florida? Because the main 2 teams that they were even showing was Florida St vs Florida. These dudes were going NUTS over this game.. screaming, yelling, getting up and ging over to other tables and gesturing and banging stuff and taunting other tables and etc etc.. Most people would say, "hey, you are a Senior NCO, why didnt you just correct them?" Pffffffttttttt, like I said, there is an entire Company (so we are talking 100+) and I am in civilians, with my family and in a restaurant... what am I supposed to do anyways? Stand up on the table and scream "OH CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN" until these fools follow me and then tell them to shut up? I kind of felt like the actualy managment of the restaurant should have informed them that there are other people in the place, and kids, and families, trying to dine... getting loud is understandable at a place like that during a sporting event... but a waitress having to write me messages because we couldnt hear each other? That is NOT understandable... Come on management... take a little freaking ownership of your establishment. We are Soldiers, we can get rowdy, but DISCIPLINE is one of our corp values... and 90% of the time if you say something respectfully to a troop, they will abide. As Soldiers we are restricted from eating out off post. We are restricted from dining in at a restaurant. We can order take out but we would be violating our Division Commander's orders if we dined in at a local establishment. I am completely fine with that and am compliant. Fortunately we have dine in establishments on the installation itself which we are allowed to sit down and enjoy a meal. I decided to take my wife to finally eat out after weeks of not doin so. Ate at the local BWs where like at most establishments social distancing is practiced between diners. My wife and I had an exceptional experience all the way through to paying for the dinner. Not wanting to leave the restaurant with greasy fingers and sauce stained lips and chin, I do what I normally do when done eating and proceed to clean my appendages and yap at the eaterie's rest room walking to the bathroom with my mask on. The only two sinks are right by the door and as I'm done I am fitting my mask back on and pushing the door open. At this moment a male patron opens the door as I'm leaning with my shoulder to open it and my mask on one ear as I'm getting the other loop on the other ear. I take two steps as I've gotten my mask on by now and this skinny jerk off from Pizza Gate tells me to put my mask on. I turned to him and asked "what?" He says mask on. Tryin to continue to enjoy my night, I ignore this "shoulda been a bed sheet stain" and guzzle my draft allowing it to cool my lid. It takes only one senseless, COVID scared knuckle dragger to try to, holier than thou, tell you that their erroneous perception of your complicity is endangering their health. This douche-asaurus can kiss my ass if it weren't for my wife's presence tonight. Never wished COVID on anyone but this evening was pretty damn close. First of all thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for the false advertisement. I arrived and we were seated fairly quick but it took over 30 minutes to be seen to take our order. Once we ordered it took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Fries were cold, burger was warm and decent. The server Evelyn was extremely slow and had trouble answering our questions about the order. She seemed nervous and dropped our drinks in front of our feet. Didn't even apologize just walked away and we had to clean her mess ourselves. After finishing our meal it took an additional 45 minutes to get our check. She took so long I had to ask Maggie to help us in which I was ignored. 10 minutes later Evelyn shows up and asks if we can leave her a tip. I laughed in her face and left. I will never come back to this establishment and I don't recommend any service member or anyone for that matter. The environment of this restaurant was very hostile and it's clear the people working here were very unorganized and confused. I've been to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings in this country and sadly most tend to have poor service. Food can be inconsistent from restaurant to restaurant. So it's nice to say I have been consistently and pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service at this particular establishment. In both small and large groups I've experience quality friendly service. The food is also consistently good. I've had their Buffalo chicken wrap and it's stuffed with chicken (in other places it's been light). Today I tried the honey BBQ chicken salad and it was filling, the lettuce was fresh and the chicken delicious. Strike Two - This was my second visit. The first time was St Patty's Day. Apathetic servers. Burnt pretzel bites. But the chicken wings were as comfortingly adequate as always. However, this time... We arrived, asked to sit outside, were handed a high chair, and then the host forgot we were out there. I had to go get menus and remind them we existed. After we finally had a server and got some beverages, we quickly ordered. When our food came out, my traditional wings were boneless and the poor kid serving us put the piping hot cheese in front of baby.
