I tried to order online twice and the website/mobile app said it was having issues and to "try again". I ended up ordering the same deal listed online and was charged more since i was unable to use the online ordering. on the phone i was told it would take 10 minutes, so when i got there 15 minutes after the call i assumed my order would be ready. it was not. a couple ordered in person at the counter 10 minutes after i arrived to wait on my order and received their food at the same time as me. my food was somehow still cold. 30 minutes later and i have someone's old fries and some cold air fried chicken nuggets for $21. 0/10 read more

I don't leave reviews very often, but Zoe absolutely deserves one. From the second I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She has such a warm, bubbly personality and is so easy to talk to. I was a little nervous going in, but within minutes I felt completely at ease. One thing I really appreciated was how much she actually listened. She took the time to understand what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy--not just with the results, but with the whole experience. The quality of her work completely blew me away. She has an incredible attention to detail and puts so much care into everything she does. It honestly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't stop smiling when I left. It's obvious that she takes a lot of pride in what she does, and it really shows. Beyond how talented she is, Zoe is just a genuinely kind person. She has such a positive energy, and spending time with her was honestly one of the best parts of my day. It's rare to find someone who's not only amazing at what they do but also makes you feel so comfortable and valued as a customer. Food is decent. We just had food delivered which isn't the same as eating in the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. When we first walked in, we stood waiting for about 4-5 minutes before anyone greeted us. After being seated, we sat at our table for about 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. A woman eventually came over, apologized, said our server was busy, and took our drink order. About 5 minutes later, our actual server came to the table and asked what we'd like to drink. We had to explain that someone had already taken our drink order. At that point, we had already been sitting there for around 12 minutes. We asked if we could go ahead and order our food. While our server was taking our order, two drinks were dropped off, but the other two never arrived until another 5 minutes later. It took roughly 15 minutes just to get drinks. We then waited about 25 minutes for our food. When we asked our server where it was, she responded with an attitude and said, "What do you want me to do, yell at the kitchen?" Another 7-10 minutes passed before food finally started coming out. At one point, someone brought a dish to our table and asked if it was ours. We told them no because it looked like an appetizer and wasn't anything we had ordered. A little while later, we saw someone come out of the kitchen carrying what was actually our food, but instead of bringing it to us, they went to a couple of other tables asking if it belonged to them. We told them that it was our order, but they took it back into the kitchen anyway. The food then sat in the kitchen for another few minutes before they brought the exact same plates back out to our table. Even then, only about half of the order arrived. The food that did come out was cold. Every order of fries was cold. The wings were cold, overcooked, and barely had any seasoning on them. Our ranches were missing, my vegetables never came out, and I wasn't even given a fork for my mac and cheese. The mac and cheese itself was cold as well. When our server finally came back several minutes later, we politely explained that the fries were cold, the mac and cheese was cold, we still needed ranch, and I needed a fork. By this point, we had already been waiting around 40 minutes since walking in and were so hungry that I didn't even bother mentioning the wings. Items slowly started coming back out one by one. The replacement mac and cheese looked completely different from the original, which made it seem like the first one had been sitting for quite a while before it was served. To make matters worse, today I have been dealing with some of the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced, which I strongly suspect came from the wings. I've been throwing up for the last two hours straight and can barely get out of the bathroom. I'm from out of state and had plans for today that I've had to cancel because I'm too sick to leave the hotel bathroom. Between the extremely slow service, missing items, cold food, poor attitude from our server, and getting sick afterward, this was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. If you're considering eating here, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. read more

The perimeter of the building was a bit rough, with street people loitering around, poor lighting in the parking lot, and a busted-out front door with plywood installed. However, once I got seated inside, it was 5-star server Charlie that handled her business! Quick and efficient, asks the right questions, suggests appetizers, and makes the dining experience memorable. Loved the onion rings and boneless wings! We ordered their special 20 wings and a fry online on Sunday. We arrived at pick time, checked in and then proceeded to wait another 50 minutes. The host checked multiple times. While we waited, 3 orders were picked up, one person ordered at the bar, received their food, and were almost done eating. Other than that it was pretty empty. Just as we were asking for a refund the order was "magically" ready. It was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. They intentionally held the order. The only explanation I can think of is the staff deemed the tip not enough for pick up. But the thing is, we still tipped just not as much as we would've for sit down. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff was overwhelmed or just not interested in providing a good experience. We waited nearly 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the host stand, and once we were seated, it took another 15 minutes just to get water. Our server seemed distracted and forgot parts of our order--not once, but twice. We also had to remind them about drinks we had already ordered, and when the food finally came, it was lukewarm and missing sides. Getting anyone's attention was nearly impossible, and we weren't even offered an apology for the delays. I get that places can get busy, but this wasn't just slow--it was careless. Definitely not what I expect when going out for a casual meal. Not sure I'll be returning anytime soon.And they have too many gay workers that just walk around all sassy.:( read more

Dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on 10/12 around 530pm. The place was pretty empty and got there early knowing the Bronco game would pack the restaurant. The girl who sat us mumbled a few things to us and brought us to the booth. We finally figured out what we wanted and while other tables were being served , but no one came up to take our order. We decided to use the QR code and placed our order on our phone. About 10 minutes go by and still no soda or appetizer. We finally flagged down a waitress who turned out to be super nice assisted us even with it not being her table. My food eventually came out, but my dining companions didn't. We asked her where his food was and said it should be up soon. About 15 minutes go by and we flag down Olivia who was the assistant GM. She was super helpful and was able to get my friends wings right away. She took off his wings from the bill and apologized. For the waitress assigned to table 113 you got zero tip from us and we gave the waitress who helped us out the cash tip. Food: 4 stars. When the food came out it was hot. Ambience: 4 stars. To the mgt of this restaurant: get rid of ordering off the phone and have the waitress actually work instead of sit by soda machine and drink soda and talk. We tried again 6 months later and not much has changed. Here's the update this time- Our server was Lex who was very nice but we didn't see her much after the food was delivered. It started off so good but went downhill. I didn't care for only Spanish speaking TV shows on all the TV's. Maybe one English speaking station would be nice. The appetizer arrived after the main meals did. Never got the bill or saw our server after all the food finally got delivered. We walked to the front counter and said we'd like to leave. The manager was there and no apology or anything from her. No cole slaw w/entree The runner dropped off the appetizer rudely, loudly and ran away startling everyone at the table. 2 entrees several minutes after 1st one's. We had a group of 11 adults after sitting here for 45 minutes waiting in one server then we got handed off to another server who actually did her best! And we are asked to leave after we were having a good time after 3 hours of being here enjoying my family. this place smells like piss when you walk in and I ordered a salad as soon as I sat down and didn't even receive a salad until AFTER my wings were brought, cold and not even with my whole order. Then when the Manager officially showed up for her shift she chose to TELL us to leave before we even paid. And the manager chose to say "oh well we still took your money" as we all left. I just moved into the Central Park nbhd and have been trying some of the local restaurants close to where I live. Etais Bakery is pretty good, the service is what I expected from a restaurant where you get in line, order and they bring your food to you. The food is ok as well. Certainly worthy of a return trip. Four Friends service and food would rate 4 stars from me, again worthy of a return visit. Chipotle is what it is. Fresh food served quickly. That leads me to Buffalo Wild Wing's. I'm looking for a place to have a burger, fries, a beer and watch a sporting event on the boob tube. After watching their ads on TV I was expecting a huge crowd of rabid sports fans watching sports on TV, enjoying their burgers and hot wings. NOT! I thought possibly a buffalo might even show up. NOT! I even expected a bartender to be behind the bar ready to pour me a beer when I sat down or even 5 minutes after I sat down. Not! That only took 10 minutes so I suppose patience was in order. I'm not sure where the bartender, Jaxx, was but she wasn't serving customers at the bar. When I asked the couple, about the only couple, sitting next to me at the bar where the bartender was, I was told "she'll be back". And she did return, took a minute to recognize another customer, me, was at the bar, ok there were three others at the bar so it could have been difficult seeing me and asked "what can I get you". Not all that welcoming but maybe the fact she knew it wasn't going to be a big night for tips why be courteous. I ordered a beer and the Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The fries were pretty good, the Swiss burger was as they say "over" way "over" for my palate. Not the bartenders fault but she could have asked "How's the burger", which didn't happen. The beer was tall, cold and delicious. No complaints. There are plenty of TV's behind the bar and I was watching a baseball game until two dudes sat at the bar and asked Jaxx to change the channel to a basketball playoff game. It would have been nice if she would have left one of the TV's on the baseball game but instead two of the four TV's were changed to basketball and the other two were left on a hockey playoff game. Again just ask the only other person sitting at the bar what they're watching and leave one of the TV's on that channel. That's called customer service, which is lacking at this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

In my opinion there is no better way to eat anything potato - based on flavor - than BWW wedges, dipped in ranch. Yum! I ordered the wedge salad and it looked nothing like the picture in the menu. I asked for a knife to cut the wedge and chicken was informed that the restaurant doesn't have any knives. I thought I was on a flight instead of a restaurant. Made it tough to cut chicken and the wedge. Ended up using fingers because I bent the fork trying to cut. Last time I went to this location, they didn't have any catchup for fries. Online beer menu is never updated. Good selection of beer but never seems to have the one I want on tap. Luckily they had a decent replacement. Place is good for watching a game or 2 but not if your hungry. This chain normally has some of the best burgers and fries in my opinion but this location does not live up to the BWW name. read more

I come in to eat some wings and watch the Phillies play the Braves, while the game is in the third inning . I notice the game is not on literally any of the hundred TVs in the entire bar so I ask if they can put it on... I asked the bartender, but she was too busy eating food. Then I asked our waitress and she even asked which TV I wanted to put on, but then she never put it on.. Ate my entire meal, got my check and walked out and they never put the game, national league division series mind you on any television in the entire bar . Empty trays piling up on our table, with empty glasses.. waiting for refills or order another drink.. when we asked for our checks, none of the receipts were correct..but everything got paid for.. Today I ordered online from this location and had the worst experience ever. I ordered around 1232pm and had and estimated pick up time of 1250pm. I understand it is an estimated pick-up time but I was there right at 1250pm. I waited 10 minutes after I got there for someone to notice I was standing there. There was another person that was there to pick-up their order too. The manager finally came and asked if we had been helped and I answered no. She asked if we were picking up and we gave her our names. She came back and said our orders are being bagged and should be out shortly. She came out and handed the other person their food and didn't say anything to me. Waited another 5 minutes and someone else came to me and asked me again if I had been helped. I gave him a stern no and told him I was picking up an order and gave him my name. He walked to the kitchen and never returned to give me an update. Another 5 minutes passed, and another server asked me again, have you been helped? I told her that I would like my money back. I told her when I placed my order and when my estimated time for pick-up was. She looked at the time on her phone and said she was going to speak with the manager. She returned and asked for the name on the order. She went to the kitchen and came back and told me the order was almost ready. I started a review within the BWW app. The manager finally came out with my order 25 minutes later. She called my name, and I ignored it as I was busy leaving a bad review. She asked again and I told her I heard you, but I made her wait until I was done. I finally grabbed my food, and she started to explain to me what happened. I just simply walked away as she was talking. Apparently, they messed up my order and started it over but never once did they communicate that with me. I have never had such a bad experience like that with a such a terrible management team in my life. I was never rude, nor did I speak badly to them. Just grabbed my food and left. read more
