However, once I got seated inside, it was 5-star server Charlie that handled her business! We ordered their special 20 wings and a fry online on Sunday. We arrived at pick time, checked in and then proceeded to wait another 50 minutes. The host checked multiple times. While we waited, 3 orders were picked up, one person ordered at the bar, received their food, and were almost done eating. Other than that it was pretty empty. Just as we were asking for a refund the order was "magically" ready. It was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. They intentionally held the order. The only explanation I can think of is the staff deemed the tip not enough for pick up. But the thing is, we still tipped just not as much as we would've for sit down. I don't usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be said. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff was overwhelmed or just not interested in providing a good experience. We waited nearly 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the host stand, and once we were seated, it took another 15 minutes just to get water. Our server seemed distracted and forgot parts of our order--not once, but twice. We also had to remind them about drinks we had already ordered, and when the food finally came, it was lukewarm and missing sides. Getting anyone's attention was nearly impossible, and we weren't even offered an apology for the delays. I get that places can get busy, but this wasn't just slow--it was careless. Definitely not what I expect when going out for a casual meal. Not sure I'll be returning anytime soon.And they have too many gay workers that just walk around all sassy.:( read more

We tried again 6 months later and not much has changed. Here's the update this time- Our server was Lex who was very nice but we didn't see her much after the food was delivered. It started off so good but went downhill. I didn't care for only Spanish speaking TV shows on all the TV's. Maybe one English speaking station would be nice. The appetizer arrived after the main meals did. Never got the bill or saw our server after all the food finally got delivered. We walked to the front counter and said we'd like to leave. The manager was there and no apology or anything from her. No cole slaw w/entree The runner dropped off the appetizer rudely, loudly and ran away startling everyone at the table. 2 entrees several minutes after 1st one's. Dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on 10/12 around 530pm. The place was pretty empty and got there early knowing the Bronco game would pack the restaurant. The girl who sat us mumbled a few things to us and brought us to the booth. We finally figured out what we wanted and while other tables were being served , but no one came up to take our order. We decided to use the QR code and placed our order on our phone. About 10 minutes go by and still no soda or appetizer. We finally flagged down a waitress who turned out to be super nice assisted us even with it not being her table. My food eventually came out, but my dining companions didn't. We asked her where his food was and said it should be up soon. About 15 minutes go by and we flag down Olivia who was the assistant GM. She was super helpful and was able to get my friends wings right away. She took off his wings from the bill and apologized. For the waitress assigned to table 113 you got zero tip from us and we gave the waitress who helped us out the cash tip. Food: 4 stars. When the food came out it was hot. Ambience: 4 stars. To the mgt of this restaurant: get rid of ordering off the phone and have the waitress actually work instead of sit by soda machine and drink soda and talk. I just moved into the Central Park nbhd and have been trying some of the local restaurants close to where I live. Etais Bakery is pretty good, the service is what I expected from a restaurant where you get in line, order and they bring your food to you. The food is ok as well. Certainly worthy of a return trip. Four Friends service and food would rate 4 stars from me, again worthy of a return visit. Chipotle is what it is. Fresh food served quickly. That leads me to Buffalo Wild Wing's. I'm looking for a place to have a burger, fries, a beer and watch a sporting event on the boob tube. After watching their ads on TV I was expecting a huge crowd of rabid sports fans watching sports on TV, enjoying their burgers and hot wings. NOT! I thought possibly a buffalo might even show up. NOT! I even expected a bartender to be behind the bar ready to pour me a beer when I sat down or even 5 minutes after I sat down. Not! That only took 10 minutes so I suppose patience was in order. I'm not sure where the bartender, Jaxx, was but she wasn't serving customers at the bar. When I asked the couple, about the only couple, sitting next to me at the bar where the bartender was, I was told "she'll be back". And she did return, took a minute to recognize another customer, me, was at the bar, ok there were three others at the bar so it could have been difficult seeing me and asked "what can I get you". Not all that welcoming but maybe the fact she knew it wasn't going to be a big night for tips why be courteous. I ordered a beer and the Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The fries were pretty good, the Swiss burger was as they say "over" way "over" for my palate. Not the bartenders fault but she could have asked "How's the burger", which didn't happen. The beer was tall, cold and delicious. No complaints. There are plenty of TV's behind the bar and I was watching a baseball game until two dudes sat at the bar and asked Jaxx to change the channel to a basketball playoff game. It would have been nice if she would have left one of the TV's on the baseball game but instead two of the four TV's were changed to basketball and the other two were left on a hockey playoff game. Again just ask the only other person sitting at the bar what they're watching and leave one of the TV's on that channel. That's called customer service, which is lacking at this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Today I ordered online from this location and had the worst experience ever. I ordered around 1232pm and had and estimated pick up time of 1250pm. I understand it is an estimated pick-up time but I was there right at 1250pm. I waited 10 minutes after I got there for someone to notice I was standing there. There was another person that was there to pick-up their order too. The manager finally came and asked if we had been helped and I answered no. She asked if we were picking up and we gave her our names. She came back and said our orders are being bagged and should be out shortly. I gave him a stern no and told him I was picking up an order and gave him my name. He walked to the kitchen and never returned to give me an update. Another 5 minutes passed, and another server asked me again, have you been helped? I told her that I would like my money back. I told her when I placed my order and when my estimated time for pick-up was. She looked at the time on her phone and said she was going to speak with the manager. She returned and asked for the name on the order. She went to the kitchen and came back and told me the order was almost ready. I started a review within the BWW app. The manager finally came out with my order 25 minutes later. She called my name, and I ignored it as I was busy leaving a bad review. She asked again and I told her I heard you, but I made her wait until I was done. I finally grabbed my food, and she started to explain to me what happened. I just simply walked away as she was talking. Apparently, they messed up my order and started it over but never once did they communicate that with me. I ordered the wedge salad and it looked nothing like the picture in the menu. I asked for a knife to cut the wedge and chicken was informed that the restaurant doesn't have any knives. I thought I was on a flight instead of a restaurant. Made it tough to cut chicken and the wedge. Ended up using fingers because I bent the fork trying to cut. Last time I went to this location, they didn't have any catchup for fries. Online beer menu is never updated. Good selection of beer but never seems to have the one I want on tap. Luckily they had a decent replacement. Place is good for watching a game or 2 but not if your hungry. This chain normally has some of the best burgers and fries in my opinion but this location does not live up to the BWW name. read more

From the second we arrived to the time we left he was the most kind hearted and attentive server you could ever ask for. Honestly so terrible. It was a Thursday, BOGO boneless wing night. We're greeted by a man who can't seem to speak up, look at us, or be helpful at all. He says we can "go find a table if it's open and if it's not we should come back to him." ??? What ???? After making him repeat himself multiple times, we walk past him and find a table. A nice waitress comes and gets our order, low-key fat shames us for ordering as much as we did, and leaves. Then the confused host guy brings us a plate of cold fries. We return the fries. Where do I begin waking in the place was just a mess! The first red flag was when are water had parts of food in it. It seemed that they were under staffed everyone seemed over whelmed including the supervisor. Online order pickup, scheduled for 3:40 pickup time on 2/12/23, at this location was absolute chaos. There was a very long line of people, just waiting for their pickup order. There was just one guy (his name was Elias or something, apparently new) telling people to get in line while helping people seated for dine-in. Even when no one was coming in to dine in, he just stood there without helping people in line for pickup orders. Finally, people started asking him about their orders enough that he started "checking in" people in line for the online orders. When we finally got to "check-in" we were told that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes before our order was ready. When I said "but we made an order online for pickup right now", he just said that it's just going to be what it is and we will have to wait. No apologies or 'sorry for the inconvenience' was uttered. There was a guy that came up saying he placed an order yesterday, he got the same message - he will just have to wait. Again, no apologies were uttered. Then a female employee (Jordan) came out and started saying that one of the fryers broke down this morning, hence the wait - again there was no apologies from this employee either. We then asked why take online orders with designated pickup time? Why not prioritize getting the food ready for online order commitments? Then Jordan became very defensive and rude. I asked for a manager or the owner of the franchise to speak to, then Jordan impersonated a manager and said that she was one. When I asked Elias later, he said that the manager was a guy named Jason White and that he was too busy to come out and talk to me. So either one or both of them lied. When we asked for them to cancel our order right then and there, Elias said something about 7-14 days for it to happen and gave us a receipt, which we assumed was the cancellation of order confirmation. When an employee (vanessa) next to him asked him what he just gave us, he said something to her that indicated that it was not the confirmation of order cancellation. So I asked him to give me the confirmation but he refused and said that it will be done when "she" can get to it. After this incredibly rude and unhelpful encounter, I told them that I would reach out to the company to give feedback, Elias said in an incredibly condescending and rude manner "good luck honey". I am going to report this experience to Better Business Bureau. If your company stands by this type of "service" from your franchisees and employees, I have serious doubts about your company's integrity. In fact, looking at the track record of this place's ratings here and on google suggest that it's a persistent and consistent problem that neither the corporate nor the franchisee care to remediate.
