A bar that ignores customers and does not practice The Golden Rule. Find a better more courteous bar; there are tons of them in Denver

Great little hole in the wall, dive bar. Great service from staff and friendly local 'regulars'. Definitely a place to stop again.

Cheap drinks, free pool and popcorn, real friendly people. If you like a good dive, this is the best bar in the Denver metro.

If I lived closer, I'd make this a local spot. Super nice people, cheap, cold drinks and an easy place to just hang out at.

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.

I was unimpressed with the quality & quantity of the food, especially based on the Mile high prices. My burger was very flat, almost like a cheap hamburger patty from a fast food restaurant. Besides being thin, my burger was undercooked. How does that happen to a sliver of a burger? My experience at Tom's Watch was fun, but too expensive.

No mess no fuss easy peasy. We went on a Sunday at noon and it wasn't busy at all! All of our food was delicious - kids Mac and cheese, tenders, and OG sandwich. I brought my son and a family member to Waldo's one Saturday evening. No line to order food, but the bar was full, so we ordered and were seated right away. Things we liked: The mac & cheese was the best thing on the table. Tasty with good texture and plenty of cheese both in the sauce and melted on top. Kiddo reports that the tenders were great and the fries "ok." He cleaned up the former. I appreciate the beer selection. They have some solid local brews to go with the corporate swill. Everyone wins. I enjoyed my Avery Maharaja. They have plenty of TVs if that's what you are into. Service was patient, prompt, and courteous when ordering food. Not so thrilled: Adults were disappointed in the bone-in fried chicken. It's why we came to Stapleton for dinner. Oily and overcooked, one piece each was too much. It was closer to a TV dinner than a place like Tom's Home Cookin (RIP). I know this is a chain, but the quality and taste were not up to par. Noise was suited for a sports bar environment, but wasn't unbearable. Beer and food are ordered in separate locations. I stood where it says to order, then waited 10 minutes to be served. One person ahead of me, two struggling behind the bar, which was full and getting all the attention. My son came looking for me. It's their model. I just don't like it. Waldo's offers good beer, decent tenders/sides, and an upbeat vibe. It's hard to not rate it better, but the fried chicken was a huge letdown. I'd go back for a beer and snack if in the area again with watching sports on the brain.

Their salads are also always so good. The produce is super fresh and their combos are usually surprising. For example, I just recently had their seasonal green goddess salad and it had farfalle pasta noodles which was so fun. Some of their menu is seasonal, so get what you like before it rotates out! The Oneida park spot is really cute. I love the interior and they have a great covered patio for more all-weather seating. Parking is always fairly easy as you can park in the nearby neighborhoods if needed.

The whole atmosphere here is very family-friendly. There's a large open outdoor area where kids were running around and playing, and being right next to a soft serve spot makes it even better for families. Inside, it had a great sports bar vibe without feeling overwhelming. They had all the NBA and NHL playoff games on, and I could easily see myself coming back here to catch a game and grab food with friends. The beer selection was also solid, with a nice variety of local breweries and ciders. For food, we started with the roni rolls, which were really good. The portion isn't huge, but it's perfect for sharing between 2-4 people. The menu mentions allowing extra time for them to come out, but ours arrived surprisingly quickly. We also split a half Caesar salad, which was pretty standard but worked well as a lighter course between appetizers and pizza. The highlight was definitely the Catapult pizza -- really flavorful and absolutely worth ordering. Would definitely recommend the pizzas here overall. For dessert, we went with the brownie skillet sundae based on our waiter's recommendation. It's basically like a smaller brownie version of a pizookie. The edges were a little overdone from the hot skillet, but overall it was still really good. If you're a brownie fan or just have a sweet tooth, it's definitely worth trying. Great energy, great setup for families and sports fans alike, and a place I'd happily come back to.
